This corporate model self storage facility is evil as hell. They raise their rates about twice a year. When I started there 4 years ago. My rent was $80. It's $180 now. . Do not take your business to places like this. They are vampires. They are disgusting, horrible, terrible swine. They are in the business of stealing your things and selling them off. Why else would they raise the rent constantly, constantly, constantly, consistently . You've got to avoid places like this. They are a scourge on this country. They are a scourge on your bank account and they are terrible, horrible corporate bullies that are an eyesore in our neighborhoods.

Really good place to store. I have had a storage a loaded other people's storages here and both experiences have been fantastic. My safe has always stayed dry and never been broken into. All good things. Nite hrs till 10 helps when you work late.

Please do not buy a unit here. I made my original post 2 weeks ago and units have been broken into every weekend since... They are literally not doing anything but letting these people come in after hours to steal and break into units. I went over the weekend 1/20 and there was a large unit left wide open. No one to contact at the office to let the customer know that their storage was broken into. So we closed it but no lock so their stuff is probably all stolen now. Multiple units were vandalized over this weekend including mine. They broke locks and stole items from more than 4 units. No cameras in the hallways. No security. No one works on weekends apparently. Cheap locks that they give you, had to go and buy my own master lock ?? canceling this place asap. Hopefully the insurance they make you pay was worth it.

Prices for storage space are extremely high, and being late 5 days and putting a lock on the storage unit is extremely demanding and harsh. The company policies made it difficult. Storage areas are clean and staff are great, but the company...they work with people and personal property. They should treat people the way THEY would want to be treated.

Becca and George who manage the facility, are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. They discussed my storage needs at length with me, so that I would get the amount of space that I needed. Becca took the time to walk me through my first access to the units which was reassuring to me. The units were clean, lighted, and cooled (which is greatly needed in summer. in Las Vegas)! The security was very good, the facility hours were convenient, and my units accessible. I felt content and confident that my "worldly possessions" were safe from theft and damage while being stored at this CubeSmart location -especially with these particular conscientious managers watching over the facility.

Every experience I've had with the personnel Rebecca and Richard, has been outstanding. Their knowledgeable, thorough and hard-working, I can't tell you how much I appreciate them. I had to give this business a 4 star however. This is because of the price increase over the last 18 months. The storage unit price was 140.00 in the beginning, then went up to 168.00 and now it just increased again to 203.00. I purchased a storage container, moved it onto my property and used that for my storage needs.

CubeSmart was great! Communication was easy. I like that I could call and someone would answer the phone to help me. There was also always someone on property if I had an issue when I arrived. The email reminders for payment were very helpful as well. When there was a flood issue, Rebecca called and emailed me right away. Then, she walked to my unit with me and helped me with the process of starting a claim. She is wonderful. If I ever need storage again, I would definitely come back to CubeSmart.

I've had a unit here for over 2 years. Every time I went to retrieve something, even in the heat of Vegas summer, my unit stayed cool and dry. I recently emptied the unit out and the same woman who helped me secure the unit was there, and she recognized me right away! Closing out literally took 10 seconds. That says a lot and I feel bad for not remembering her name but I really appreciate her friendliness and service! Excellent service when we arrived. The manager, Jan, took us by golf cart to see where we would be storing our RV. We like the access hours, security cameras and that you have to have your own code to get in. Good location for us as well. You can set up auto payments which is very convenient.

Everybody on staff is super helpful and making moving/storing very easy and fast. Rebecca initially helped me, but I was also helped my an older woman and a gentleman working in the office. My space is perfect for my needs, the location is clean and well kept. I give 5 stars.

Rebecca was very helpful to us. We only need a unit for a week. She found us a good deal and made it an easy transaction. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out in no time. I would recommend this place to any one needing a unit.

I've been with Cube Smart for the last 2 years, and I've had 3 storages in that time, they have been, polite , pleasant, and ultra accomodating when I needed to access the storage after the office closed( I forgot my code), and even once I needed the lock cut. Very friendly, kind, and sweet.
