We booked our reservation online and were able to secure a pretty reasonable rate for an RV parking spot. It was ok for several months despite the construction on Centennial making exits and entrances difficult with our RV. It is a small and safe area and we had no problems. Unfortunately, the price suddenly shot up on the space we rented by more than double the initial monthly price in the span of just a few months and were only informed in advance about one of the increases they made to this price. It's well overpriced now in my opinion for that area given how many storage places there are. We were able to switch to a nearby place for close to our initial rent with no problems.

Lupe was very nice and stayed after closing to assist me. The storage location and price, compared to other storage facilities, are good. The only problem is I wanted to use my homeowner’s insurance, I had the copy on my phone. When I forwarded it to their website, it disappeared. Then I was required to pay for their insurance anyway. ??

It was very easy to book a unit and the process was quick and seamless. Staff was very helpful on contacting me and answering any questions I had. The facility is very clean and well kept, the hours of operation are more than enough to be able to access my unit whenever needed. There are also dollys and elevators provided which made the process much quicker and simpler than expected!

Update: it's been several months since I wrote my original review and the facility is still excellent. What isn't excellent is the significant price increase that just happened. They're upfront that rates can go up at anytime and boy was that correct. My unit is now over $400 per month and it's not air conditioned in any way so they're not incurring extra costs related to higher utilities, etc. I'll be looking to consolidate the stuff in this unit into other, significantly better priced semi air conditioned spaces at other facilities. It is more convenient to access this facility but even convenience has a value threshold... ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is not my first storage unit rental but it has, so far, been the best! Lupe was in contact and communicating start to finish so I could check out the unit before committing. Such a clean facility, top to bottom. The unit we rented had been empty for a little while and had some (expected) dirt blown in by the seemingly Omni present Vegas winds -- the immediate question was "when will you start moving items in?". The equally immediate response to my answer was "great, I'll get it blown out and tagged so all you have to do is remove the tag, move in your stuff and lock it up!" What a pleasure this transaction was!

I love the green team! Nice big clean enclosed car storage! Also got everything done over the phone in literally 10 mins. Signed contract, got gate code and unit number. The new office manager Carlos is very rude and he gives incorrect information and then dont take accountability of his mistakes. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION with him managing it 100% a negative. Lupe was very helpful in providing information that Carlos did not but it was to late but she tried to accommodate the best she could

Great, friendly customer service. Prices are a little high. I would only recommend if you have your own lock, use it instead of spending $21 on their locks. Now that I closed my account with them, I don't see where I can use this Cylinder lock :(

Well Gary for starters was EXCELLENT! He gave me all the instructions to get access to my unit and walked me through it. I guess he could see on the cameras that I was struggling and although I kept telling him I could do it, he literally got in the golf cart, and drove around to help me get in!! I should’ve let him come with me the first time(but stubborn),lol!! I highly recommend this place. It’s clean, easy access, and I also like the motion detected lights(energy saving), which is why SMART is in your company’s name, lol!!’

Checked out Cubesmart initially on Sat. Dec. 3, 2022. Suzanne and TJ were very helpful, informing me of the unit sizes, availability, cost and showed me two prospective units. I secured a Cubesmart unit on Centennial in N Las Vegas on Dec 5, 2022. Was greeted by the Gary, the GM and found him personable and informative. The property appears clean and cared for. No evidence of rats although there are traps set up outside at the entrances as a deterrent. **UPDATE: After 8 months, this facility is clean, clean, clean!! No rats! Staff has been friendly and helpful everytime I was in contact with them. Highly recommend this location!

Checked out 4 spots near our apt and this place had the best price for a 5x10 unit. Gary was the only person out of the 4 places we went to to introduce himself and who also took us to see the space. He was so welcoming and helpful and explained the breakdown of charges and price differences for other sizes, it was easy to pick CubeSmart. Thank you Gary for the drive around and for the cold water! Update: after 2 years and 4 price hikes, we decided to move. They wanted to raise it to $156 for a 5x10, which is wayyy too much. Also instead of calling us to confirm we moved out, they just send me an email, which is so impersonal. I guess it was good though, cus it promoted us to look elsewhere, and found a 10x10 for only $85 with 2 months free! Pay attention to your bill with this place.
