Do not rent from them. They are dishonest. My unit was broken into. I was assured the rate would not increase then a few months later it did increase and they increased it again. Make sure you read your contract it says that they reserve the right to increase the rate at anytime. The person working there told me it in their policy to raise the rate every four to eight months. They are a dishonest company the units are not cooled those swamp coolers do not work I wouldn't recommend them ever.

These guys are fabulous. They really went out of their way to help me get into the storage unit. The facility is clean, well lit, single story, and they have an app that allows you to not only pay your bill but you can open the gate from inside your car. Kind of nice really If you need storage space check these guys out, you won't be disappointed.

The staff went into my storage and went through my belongings. I was slowing moving my stuff inside until i got a UhAul the following week. I had to make a police report and change to a different company. I felt so violated and this was my experience after only renting from them a week. Moved in on May 23 2024 moved my things back out May 30 2024. So please be aware idk if they have a master key that opens every lock because I purchased the lock from them. So I know it was them after they went through my stuff their dumb a%%es put the lock back on like I wasn’t gonna notice my things were all opened up smh.

I was on military deployment and my belongings were all stolen. Security at this facility is little to nonexistent, multiple units were broken into during the holiday weekend, and there's no cameras in sight. The locks CubeSmart provides are easily broken. I've lost thousands from this.

Yeah, Do Not Rent Here. My unit was broken and my stuff was stolen, and they did not do anything to help. They said I need to report to police. And it’s NOT their business, their problem. No security Cameras. Renting here is your own risks, Good luck .

DO NOT RENT HERE. Your belongings are not safe. Our unit along with several others were broken into over new years weekend and there are NO cameras inside of the buildings. Clearly they don't even walk through their own buildings as this happened on a weekend and we were contacted the FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. The woman at the counter was very unsympathetic and showed no remorse despite being the ones responsible for the security of their building. Do not let these people fool you into thinking that they have a secured place to store your belongings. They don't. And with the way they "fixed" the latch on our unit, it will 100% happen again. Pictures attached of not only our unit latch but the other units that were broken into. Edited: And what is it you're going to do exactly? You aren't going to get back the thousands of dollars that was stolen from us. Ya'll don't have cameras inside the buildings. No security on premise. The walls aren't even high enough to keep people from jumping over the fence. Your gate codes do no good when people drive in or out after another person enters their code. The doors to the inside units aren't locked. Somehow though, ya'll raised the price on the rent and for what? Because you sure as hell didn't spend a dime to make your premise safer. This place is NOT SAFE and until YOU hire someone that actually gives a damn about their job and premise as well as your business, it's not going to do any good. Clean, sure. Safe? 100% NOT. It is your responsibility to keep your premise safe and as your customers, we rely on you to be assured and to know that our belongings are in a secured location. We had locks on our unit. We did as we were supposed to. Why didn't your employees and business hold up their end of the bargain? Oh wait, was it because they were cleaning? Impossible, because that means that someone would have actually been walking around on the premise.

The service I received from Chris was exceptional to say the least. She treated me like family made me feel very welcome and right at home. She was very fast and efficient and got me in and out in no time!!! Not only did she get me checked in super fast, she also quickly assisted a vendor and showed me the unit explained all the rules and details in a jiffy. This place is a joke! We had a storage unit and never had any issues until this past Sunday 9/10/2023. We went there to get a few things and found out, someone tried to open our storage unit by damaging the latch. Whoever did it, couldn’t do anything by cutting or opening the padlocks but the latch. No one was in the office and the emergency phone number, isn’t emergency. We called to the office and left a few messages without any answer. Monday 9/11/2023, we were there at 9:08am since they were supposed to open at 9:30am. Well, nobody was there. We were so worry since no one returned our messages left on Sunday and Monday as well. Around 5:15pm on the same Monday, a male from another CS location, called us to see what was the issue since he went down there and inspected our unit and the padlocks and latch seemed to be ok with no damages. We explained what was the issue and noticed that the person didn’t even tried to do an inspection. Today, we went there with a rented truck and we’re unable to open the storage due to the damage to the latch. Fortunately, a guy and a lady were there today and were able to assist with some tools, to open the latch. They even said that the same issue happened to a few people around the storage but that thanks God, ours wasn’t opened! Really? Well, long story short we took our things and emptied the storage. Bad service, cero customer service and careless attitude.

The staff at CubeSmart. Professional, but kind. Helpful not pushy! Staff member Libby is very knowledgeable on prices conditions of the lockers, and rental dates availability of lockers and ect... They raise your rate at least twice a year and are charging a fortune for a tiny unit at $156 per month you can hardly store a 1 bedroom apartment if that? Managers are rude and do not care about loyalty. I was there for years and NOT once did they ever give me a discount ONLY rate increases. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE HACK

I was a loyal customer for over 3 years while stationed overseas. A few months ago Storage West sold their soul to Cube Smart which is bad news for current customers. What I found out during my recent move out was that if you are enrolled in auto pay and you move out a few days after your payment is processed, you will no longer get your month pro-rated and refunded accordingly. The new regime (cube smart) does not care about the previous policies set by storage west. Despite my communication with the front office prior to the auto pay date that I was vacating my unit, I was not told that it was no longer pro-rated and that the contract I signed with storage west was basically void and meant nothing. Prior to my move out day and prior to the autopay date I talked to the lady and she said that her system was down and that once it was back up that she'd stop the auto pay (before the payment already went through). Also that we could finalize the balance on the the move out day and anything else needed. Basically I paid $260 for 2 days of using the unit. They also hiked the rent 2-3 times while I occupied a unit (to be fair I knew it was a possibility, they tell you this when signing). If you are out of state you basically have no choice but to comply and pay. My unit and I'll assume this is true for others as well had had about a foot wide open gap at the top that led to the unit next to mine which also did not make me feel secure but due to the lack of time I had to accept. Nothing was missing in the time I stayed there but it was a concern. Called a few times to discuss the pro-rated policy but no answer, left a phone message and sent an email, no response. Now I am overseas again and it's hard to line up time zones to communicate. I know you don't have my phone number because it changed and I'm now in the UK but you do have my email so feel free to contact me store manager or cubesmart!!! I rented E148...

My first time communication was great & I was helped right away. Unfortunately this time service has been horrible called several times to get a unit rented. I want to cancel because I no longer need this unit and nobody answers the phone . If they do they tell me they can not help me because the lady that process move out is not available. Which is very poor customer service since I last spoke with her she told me she would send me a receipt. It has been about 4 days and nobody has helped me very upset never again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this particular location and the manager "Libby". She is an angel right here on earth. She is knowledgeable about space size, and can tell you what size you need b4 YOU even know. If there is any kind of way to get you a deal, she'll find it. The office opens at 9:00 and closes at 6:00pm. Your access is 6am til 8pm. Before you go anywhere else, try storage rental here first.

The employee's are very friendly. Making payments is great, you can make payments over the phone so you don't need to jump hoops to get over there. The it's and property is always clean. The only down side is that for long-term renters (over a year) they have a habit of raising the rent every year - not drastically but a little every year. But overall it's alot better than my other unit have at another company. Also insurance is included in the total monthly cost of the unit.
