Myself and my family have used this facility since 2013. We keep coming back to this facility because of Susan and George. Unfortunately George is no longer with CubeSmart. The customer service that these two provided over the years have been impeccable, understanding and very knowledgeable with the needs of their clients. Both of these individuals have made sure that clients and customers have the knowledge needed to obtain the correct size of unit. George made sure lights, and the grounds were kept to a standard in which it made customers feel comfortable leaving their items in a storage unit. Susan also maintains this level of customer service. It would be nice if George was back to help.

I had my Storage with Susan and George there when it was Storage West for 11 years. What had attracted me in the first place and continued during Susan and George's stewardship was that the place was always nice and tidy and they were always professional, friendly, and helpful. Now in this 12th and last year of storing my household goods there, CubeSmart came in and raised the rent while reducing support for the facilities and the customers -- and I’m disappointed to say that they separated the team of Susan and George as well ?? I purposely searched for contactless E-rental storage units......bc I dont always have time to stop at the front desk and talk all day to the person behind the desk. I came across quite a few different ones, but it was CubeSmart that stood out to me bc of the monthly rent as well as the ease of moving in outside of office hours. I received my gate code and unit number instantly upon paying for my rental which I received a great discount on as well. Thank you yo SpareFoot as well for allowing the entire process to go as smoothly as it did.

However my husband rented a unit prior and have to say the team there husband / wife team made the experience renting a unit exceptional. You should consider having both as a team managing again. Most wonderful facility and love the way the center is drive up second story!! And the phone open gate is so convenient. I really appreciate the customer service. I have an unusual situation where I have two storages in different states and they are combined together on the app, making everything so much easier. Thanks again for the special treatment. I also got a unit with a pipe in it for cheeper but wanted the extra space instead and she seamlessly switched me to a unit without the pipe for just a four dollars more. I’m very Happy, thanks.

I don't like the idea of not being able to use a lock that I had to buy for something else! It was one of those round locks that they use now! They made me buy their lock at $20! What a rip-off, and you don't get a refund for the lock after you're done using their facilities! They tell you "oh you can use it if you come back." I'm taking my stuff out of your facilities, I'm not coming back!! High cost for a small unit!! Also, the place lost their climate control and didn't even tell anybody!! I wonder how long was it out of service, I paid for climate control!!

I like the service I receive when visiting the north las vegas office on Ann road between Valley and Decatur. The staff is very professional. However, I really miss the husband and wife team that worked there together prior to cube smarts takeover. They were great together. High energy, very personable and provided extremely helpful information for newbies that we are to storage and the area. Loved the "old fashioned" customer service -- face to face. Susan got us to the appropriate sized storage unit quickly and efficiently. She also assisted us in locating a safe facility, in a safe area, to drop off our U-Haul truck. Couldn't have accomplished what we wanted to do for storage without her help! Off -loading "stuff" into storage was unbelievably easy and fast. Drive to the unit and unload! Facility well kept. Susan even drove by on her day off to check on us while we were "in process". Thank you!

When CubeSmart took over Storage West, the first thing that happened was they attempted to triple bill for the next month. Their customer service was cold. Payments charged are not the final number because they increased rents, then don't allow phone payments without charging more through a "convenience fee" the local managers can't take payments over the phone. Past the corporate greed though was the only reason I stayed as long as I did, namely the 10 star direct customer service by their managers Susan and George.

I am concerned with some of the changes I’ve experienced since the change from storage west. Paying and paying in advance (online) has become more complicated. And the fact that George and Susan are not both at the Ann location. I felt very comfortable and secure and the knowledge that they were both there and keeping an eye on the entire property, which includes our storage units. The two of them, were one of the main reasons we rented units at this location. And have stayed these several years. We may need to rethink our decision to stay at this location.

Jorge and Susan have always been wonderful to work with. I have recently found out that George Has been moved to a new location. I am very very disappointed with this choice that you have made. George and Susan make a wonderful team. I am very confused with the decision you have made. Honestly I find it disheartening that you would separate this team. Jan 2022: George, the manager, was so thorough, knowledgeable, and straightforward about the unit, the charges, rent, etc. that it was a very comfortable and stress-free situation. Update 6--05-22: This company has changed to Cube Smart. Although the people who work there are still kind, the new company ethics are Nil. I moved out 6 days into a new month, and Cube Smart would NOT pro-rate the monies back to me. Times are tough. Shame on you Cube Smart.

When I first started going to this storage. George and his wife were fabulous and here lately I wouldn’t recommend it. I had my rv there for over 2 years. I pulled it out of there on the 13 of June. I get an email today they want me to pay a whole months rent. When it wasn’t due til the 15th. So I owe them nothing. They r sending me emails telling me they r going to send to collections. How can they charge u if your rv isn’t there not one day of that month. So beware.

The staff are friendly and helpful but state that rent increases are out of their hands. I believe that the best avenue for me is to eliminate the need for a unit altogether.
