Leasing was quick and easy. Had my unit reserved in 5 minutes. Glenn is super nice and did an awesome job of making sure everything was good for us. Units are nice and clean with great access to the outside units. We were able to drive a 20 ft Uhaul around without an issue.

I originally moved into CubeSmart the largest unit they have which is a 10 x 30 I believe for $160 a month and within a six month period the rent has increased to 233 a month and the reason I moved here in the first place was because of the ridiculous rent increased from Public storage. I addressed this concern prior to reserving a unit, and I was assured that they do not raise the rent like they’re competitors And here we are six months later and paying almost $70 more. I’ll be looking for somewhere less as well as in company that can keep their word.

Started out ok but 9 months later they jacked the price up $42 a month for my unit. This was after thinking thay had a competitive price & why I chose them. So now $231 for a storage space?? This facility is ran by a very hands on great guy. Recently a unit became available and Glenn thought about us since the unit would make it SOOO much easier for us to get our boat in and out of. This place is old, filthy, and poorly maintained. Both rented units had water and blowing dirt intrusion causing damage, the door seals are shot. The pavement is cracked and has many bare dirt areas. Drywall in units is in disrepair. Parked vehicles limit access to one row of units. Yearly pricing increases amounted to over 11% per year, outrageous! They really took advantage of the COVID influx of people to Reno. Management is accommodating and helpful though.

Today I toured the CubeSmart facility with Mikkael. OMG I have never enjoyed anything as simple as choosing a storage space so much ever. Mikkael was professional, knowledgeable about the facility and very kind. I had an appt to see another place right after that and they didn't hold a candle to the customer service I received with Mikkael.The unit was clean and completely enclosed, no dust or smells able to cross over from the next unit over. These guys are fantastic. I know that it's just a storage place and you won't interact a lot, but I really like when I do. Sabrina, the manager, is always helpful and proactive and efficient. I chose the location originally because of costs, which I know will probably drive your decision, like most people, but honestly the service is top notch and worth it even if it's a little more. That is especially true if you interact with them a lot. They also have good procedures for security to ensure your stuff is safe.

I can not say enough positive things about this facility. The manager, Jessica's (the on site manager) attention to our needs and any concerns we had about storage was excellent. She genuinely cares about her customers and about our specific storage situation. She found the perfect parking place for us and she has assured us that she will be personally keeping an eye on it. She personally reached out to us and her communication was incredible. The security is also excellent, the price very reasonable. We are very fortunate that we found this storage facility!

I have recently signed with Cubesmart after searching across storage facilities in the reno/sparks area. The value is absolutely incredible but what sealed the deal for me was the superior customer service I received from Jessica Herrera. Sadly, it seems to be a rare occasion that you receive truly great customer service but Jessica was a welcome change to that trend and is the reason that our property is there. Really great customer service! The lady who helped us was very patient and understanding about our timing since we were coming from California. I didn't know I needed to supply my own lock but that was easily rectified. They also prorate the price which is awesome! Overall I'm pleased with the service and the price.
