I’ve only had the space for a few months, and my rate has gone up 2x. It went from $140/mo to $204/mo and then I get charged a $4.08 fee for paying over the phone because I can’t get the app work. I don’t want to say this is Washoe’s problem in specific, but it makes me dislike Cubesmart in general, and makes me wonder how many other renters they’re milking money from to put more money in their pockets.

Only been to this location one time. It is located in Washoe valley. The facility was fully fenced with barbed wire. You needed a gate code to get into the facility. The buildings look fairly clean. And well maintained. Parking lot is half asphalt half dirt.

We just moved out after I'm getting there since 2015 till now removed in they charged us $100 deposit well didn't get that back and we moved out 10 days early before your next due date and they keep the money. We have been renting at that place long enough to know their has been different owners in about 12 different managers

All in all, a really good experience. The facilities are pretty clean, and easy to access. The website is the only flaw. I was only able to log onto it one time, and it was only because I called and waited on hold forn20 minutes to talk to someone. After that it kept telling me I needed to change my password or I had to re-register my account. Other than that the facility and people working there were nice and kept up with everything.

Lisa was absolutely amazing! We rented a space to store our RV while we spend a week in Tahoe for the 4th. We definitely aren't pros backing up our travel trailer RV and as luck would have it, there was a massive storm just as we got to CubeSmart. After struggling with multiple attempts to back in, Lisa came out and showed us how it was done, even in the pouring rain and hail. She coached me backing in while my wife let us know how it was doing in the back. Can't recommend Lisa and CubeSmart more!

Hi there, I had a great experience with Cubesmart this last week. My grandmother had came in on Wednesday to drop off some stuff in her storage unit. There was about 6 inches of snow next to unit from where the plow had plowed. Mikkal is awesome!!! So helpful and informative. He stayed over his shift to finish completing paperwork. And being positive and upbeat in that very warm office had to be a big challenge on it's own. His instructions and explanation of the procedures were simple, concise and spot on. I had no problems entering the property, finding my unit, or leaving same.
