We needed a 25 ft storage unit due to quick move into a smaller home. The manager and staff were very supportive and friendly. We rented for 10 months and had no issues with our storage unit. I highly recommend CubeSmart, they even have a truck you can borrow but be sure to plan ahead to ensure the truck is available.

I called initially and asked the gentleman I spoke with to confirm that it was the facility where I am already renting. He confirmed but when I completed the paperwork he sent me I later discovered that he book me in Bordentown NjJ instead of Eastampton NJ. I am not happy with the service .

At first it seemed perfect. It’s clean and affordable as feels safe . But after a few months they Jack up your rent no matter how many units you have. There is no discount for multiple units. And the low price is to lure you in but they don’t care about long term customers they only care about YOUR MONEY!! Find a better place with integrity, fairness and a loyalty to customers.

Great staff at Store 0299 in Mansfield Route 206, NJ. They are welcoming, warm and make you feel great to be there. They are helpful and neighborly when it comes to how things are in the local area. They made choosing that location one that I would drive an extra 30 minutes to get to when there are so many others available. The brand is clean and up to date for their access and facilities, the people are happy to be there so that's a great sign when you want to have a place to extend your home and keep your personal belongings there.

Bought two storage units at the online auction. I called to make sure they were still available before I took the long drive and I was told I have to wait even though I already purchased them and They took over $1000 off of my card towards them. I waited over two hours for them to tell me they MADE A DEAL with the customer. And my money would be back on my card after a COUPLE DAYS .

When leaving the storage facility, you shouldn't have to put in a pin code. There should be an automatic gate. It is a huge pain to have to get out withba loaded truck and enter the pin again.

I was currently in the area looking at apartments because I am moving. This CubeSmart was in the area of where I was looking for my new residence. When entering I was greeted employees who wanted to help me and not brush me off like other businesses. The employees working that great were smiling and helped me gather packaging materials. I was satisfied with their efforts. I bought some moving kits, tape, and extra boxes. I thought they were going to charge me an arm and leg for boxes. The prices were great and well in stocked! I was currently in the area on my way to the Columbus fleamarket I saw the Cubesmart Self Storage on route 206 and stopped in and I was greeted at the door by the general manager and store manager, I was amazed due to the both shaking my hand. I have never rented a storage facility before and was just requesting information about storage. I did wind up buying some merchandise and was amazed on the products that I bought I never knew the differences between the boxes I purchased at CubeSmart and the ones I used to purchase at Home Depot all I can say is wow. When it comes time for me to utilize a storage facility I will definitely come to CubeSmart over in Bordentown New Jersey because they know their products and Guarantee that I would be happy with what I purchase.

I was turned off by CubeSmart falsely advertising first month free & then Michael from the Bordentown location telling me that offer wasn’t for the unit I chose or any other one that I inquired about. Also, he said with all the fees I will need $152 on first day & then $85+ each month after. Public Storage offered me 50% off first month which will only cost me a total of $62 with all fees on move in day & $70 each month after. After I canceled Michael wants to offer me a free month & only pay $61 on move in day after he realized he couldn’t screw me out of paying a months rent plus all those other fees. He really left a bad taste in my mouth as a rep for CubeSmart & I will never be interested in ever giving CubeSmart my business with so many better options out there.

Michael and Tonia are amazing! I fell upon hard times for the last couple years becoming disabled. I was released from my job due to my medical conditions and have had no income. Michael and Tonia worked with me in everyway possible to help me keep my unit. My entire life is in that unit, losing it would devastate me. I am 1200 miles away and have no place else to store my property or to get it to my location. I can not say enough about how they have helped me and what exceptional customer service skills they possess. My husband and I were in need of storage immediately. We stopped in on a Sunday, it was almost closing time. Tony (Bordentown office) accommodated our emergency. She never made us feel rushed even though she was close to the end of her swift. Very professional and accommodating. This is the second time I used this facility. A couple of years ago I used for about 14 months so I got to know Tony and Michael well. Both of them are a pleasure to work with; that is why I came back to the same facility when I needed storage again. I needed a storage unit quickly. My mother passed away and we had to move her personal property from a unit in PA. Our family was in mourning and didn't need this added stress. Mike and Tonia were kind, compassionate, thorough and professionally efficient and the rate was more than satisfactory. The facility is squeaky clean and I appreciate the easy access to our unit. In short, they assisted us with an expedient and smooth transfer with their truck and we can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs!

Everything was fine until I arrived on Sunday morning at about 07:30. Someone had put a red lock on my unit . Since there is no way to reach anyone until 11:00 this put me back 3.5hrs and will cost me additional days rental on truck. About $55.00

We all are aware of what the traditional meaning of “family” is. I am blessed with a loving family, but because I have spent the last 29 years of my life in South Jersey, the physical contents of that life are in CubeSmart in Mansfield. My family is spread out from over an hour to several hours north. Two of my closest are in other states. Yes, I am going through a major life change and have had to consolidate 5 units to one. Needless to say this has been daunting and emotionally draining at best. My family, including my close friends who are my family, have helped me in many ways. However, the faces I see every day, the ones who lift me up and encourage me and make me laugh belong to Michael and Tonia, the General Manager and Assistant Manager . Their sincerity and caring are evident in the reviews on this page. I have had the opportunity to rent storage units at some of the area’s competitors over the last 15 years. I have never witnessed the perfect balance of professionalism, customer service, cleanliness, warmth and genuine caring as I have with CubeSmart through the efforts of Michael and Tonia. Michael is extremely knowledgeable of the storage business and CubeSmart’s protocol, equal to a corporate trainer. Tonia has many years experience as well and is undeniably an asset to the successful operation of the Mansfield property. Together they bring a unique and pleasant experience to the customer. I have seen Michael and Tonia, together and individually, skillfully help their customers find the right fit for their storage needs with focus and professionalism, then turn into mother hens and buzz around in the golf cart on the hottest days bringing ice water encouraging you to “make sure you drink plenty of water!” They have opened their work “home” to any customer who may need to sit in the air conditioning for a spell, or store lunch in the fridge, or merely just to vent . I have sat in the back kitchen on my laptop, when needed, to catch up on some work in between organizing my units. I truly feel at home here and know that this property is run with efficiency and care. Michael and Tonia possess what every business owner dreams of: an owner’s mentality. They do their job and care for this property as if this was their own. They deal with a lot and handle each nuance with confidence and knowledge. The property and units are beautifully maintained. Something, I can say, you don’t see a lot. I have had a good fortune of being present one day when the District Manager Dave was on property. We had a very short chat but it was evident that the philosophy of outstanding customer service, warmth, caring and the importance of the individual customer was the nucleus of CubeSmart’s corporate culture. This is a family. Yes it’s a business, but it is a facility charged with a very important task. It houses family memories, it houses business inventory, assets to the livelihood of individuals and families. Michael and Tonia take this very seriously. So here’s another definition I found: a family can be a group of people you feel safe with; the ones that have the ability to create a warm and loving bubble around you. I have been renting from CUBE SMART on RT 206 for approximately four months. I choose this facility because the location is centralized and close to the Military base. The property is always maintained and looking good for the customers. My initial experience was with Michael who has exceptional customer service skills. He is extremely knowledgeable and polite and made this experience a lot easier for me. He was able to accommodate my needs for storage and always goes out his way to help. I am still renting storage from this location. I went from two large storage units to a small storage unit. Since I did not have a good experience with the other sale person working there, I will only have contact with Michael. I highly recommend this location.
