I met the two most beautiful young ladies Kimora and Joalitza. Your company will go places with these two young ladies. They were helpful, they were knowledgeable about everything I needed to know. We have been using CubeSmart in Bound Brook to hold our company supplies for the past few months and we have been very happy with the customer service and facility. The two ladies who work the front desk are excellent- very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our frequent needs. The facility is easy to access and well-maintained. I looked at many other storage facilities in the area and this one is by far the best. I’m so glad I chose CubeSmart Bound Brook!

The place is designed to have the customer in mind. One could say state of the art facility. I love how carts are provided for you at the entrances. I just dont know if the room dimensions of the unit are very exact. I hope they get more promotion as $90/month nornal price is too steep.

We made a reservation online for same day move in. We arrived at the Bound Brook location about 45 minutes after making the reservation. We had been emailed an access code with all of the information needed to move in but upon arrival our code did not work. We spoke to Kimora in the front office who was wonderful. She assisted us with the closest point of entry to our unit from the parking lot and provided us with a welcome kit ready for us in our unit. She took the time to answer my questions and assured me that our code issue would be resolved as soon as possible. Shortly after leaving I received a text message from her letting us know the problem had been corrected. Kimora was a pleasure to work with. She was so helpful and friendly. We really appreciated her time and kindness on a stressful day.

I was using the storage unit to store our items before we moved into our new house. When we went to move our furniture we noticed there were mice droppings everywhere. Mice had gotten into all our items and ripped apart our couch. The woman working at the unit was extremely rude and of no assistance. The insurance company also said they did not cover any damages by rodents. So we were stuck and had no way to get any compensation. Would never recommend this storage unit.

I’ve been renting a unit since October at this location and have had not had any issues until I received my billing statement today that reflect a nearly $20 monthly increase. I called to ask the breakdown of why my bill was going up, and the general manager was EXTREMELY nasty to me. She stated that “someone should have told me the promotion was only for 6 months” and I calmly responded that I hear her and that discussion never occurred when I moved in. Both ladies working at the front desk at the time I picked up my keys were very sweet and helpful, but never provided any information about billing—only information about how to get in and out of the unit and building. The general manager, named jolitza, was awful. She was literally screaming at me over the phone, she did not let me finish my statement when I attempted to explain that I never received any communication in person, via email or over the phone about a promotion only lasting a short period of time, ever. She was talking over me and not letting me get a word in until I had no choice but to hang up. I used to work in customer service for 6 years and I understand how to speak with customers and with customer service personnel, and this lady is absolutely awful and does not need to be speaking to any customers in any capacity. My thought process is: if the price change can occur without warning and without any documentation, what is to stop them from charging me even more another 6 months from now? I’m new to renting storage units so it would have been nice to have someone explain how the pricing is managed, instead of the terrible interaction I had today. Imagine renting for a place to live and your rent just randomly goes up without any type of communication or explanation. If jolitza had assisted me and was calmer and nicer over the phone, I might have been able to get over the increase. But, who wants to keep their items in a unit where the management is so awful? I regret ever storing my things with cubesmart and will be looking for other options even if they end up costing me more. No one should be treated this way.

First time renting at this facility. Reserved online and came a few days early just to have a look-see before I signed the contract. It's clean, well lit, and secure. Because I was there twice I met with both of the young women managers, Jalissa and Kimora, on different days. Both were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. They explained all the rental parameters in detail and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions...Signed up on Wednesday, I think I'm in good hands!

Always increase rent of the unit even when they have a ton of empty spaces. Upon move out it was determined that the have rats. There was rat droppings in the unit

The facility is new, clean, and easily accessible. The staff were helpful, efficient, thorough, and accommodating. My movers left behind a hand truck. The staff noticed, called me, and put the hand truck in their office for safe keeping until the movers could return to pick it up. I accidentally broke some glass and had nothing to clean it up with. The staff on duty was nice about it (so sorry¡) and handled it for me.

The woman working there is absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable, skilled, thorough, and extremely helpful. I didn't give 5 stars only because the specifics around the promotional price are not optimal. We switched to a smaller unit and didn't qualify for the promotional price. It should apply to all new contracts, or at least have some sort of promotion for repeat customers.
