I needed a long-term storage unit and chose CubeSmart basically because they had the lowest rate. It wasn’t the closest or most convenient but I’d like the price. After a few months, they charged my card for more than double the rate, and when I called to ask why he told me he would call me back after looking into it and never called. A few days go by so I called and asked what was going on and was told that I signed on for a four month promotion and the promotion period is over now. I never would’ve signed up for a temporary promotion seeing as I was looking for a long-term storage Unit. I am now paying for a full size unit but getting a closet. Go with public storage and save yourself the hassle and frustration

CUBESMART raised my rate while advertising at much lower rate and wouldn’t honor the price for existing customers. I was told I would have to move everything out of the unit I was in and buy a new unit to get the discounted price ?? made no sense so I moved it to a much better storage at Uhaul in Toms River for much better price and it’s temperature controlled.

This was my 1st time at cube smart and I will never go anywhere else again! I was astonished to see that Not only was I able to hold a reservation with no card at 1am on a weekend, the unit I requested was the one I got! (Not common in my renting experiences in N.J. and around the country) immediately after renting online I got emails with my code to the gate and I was able to go there before opening to my spot and pleasantly please to see not only a very clean unit, there was a welcoming package with instructions and lock and keys, and I was set! Not long after I started UN packing I received a phone call asking if everything was OK I had questions and I was given perfect answers the staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I've only met Arnold in person so far, but not only was he well knowledged and helpful with answering my questions, he was friendly and funny which was a very welcoming change to my hectic weekend. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a friendly fast clean storage solution!

I live in the development right next to the storage center. While I can’t speak about the service of the storage units, I can state that there is constantly a gentleman racing his motocross bike around the lot. All times of day and into night time. I can see him from my yard and he goes pretty fast through the lot which makes me think 1. The lot is not secure and he’s sneaking in there and/or 2. He has access to there and is going to hurt someone with how fast he races through the lot. Just from a safety stand point I chose a storage space further from my house because I don’t feel this location is safe.

As a resident with this business in my backyard, I find it extremely frustrating that I can’t even enjoy social isolation outside without hearing a motocross bike driving all through this unit. Day or night there is someone riding their bike all around very annoying. Not even sure that’s legal but I’m no cop.

Cubesmart on Route 70 in Brick is a good value. No pressure sales or gimmicks when you get there. Only negative I had was they could use some lighting on access road to gate. Unit worked well for my needs, no complaints. Still renting.

We had multiple units at CubeSmart for our family/extended family in transition (4 moves in 1 year!) we had three different sizes. The staff was always helpful, Joe and Don are great guys, helpful and informative. My belongings were for the most part, preserved well. My only issue is the moisture, hard to combat moisture in any outdoor storage unit (especially with the copious rain) I had some clothing in storage that got moldy, and I had to dry clean. That was WITH tubs of Damprid and hanging pouches which I changed repeatedly. The guys recommended the damprid, I’m glad they did, because my furniture and electronics held up great. Aside from the moisture (which was to be expected) the units were solid and the staff is great. Would recommend.

It has been my intention to write this review for ages now. I have three storage units at CubeSmart, and I have been going to this location for a number of years. Joe helped set me up in the beginning, and he has been my go-to-guy, if ever I need help with anything. He has been wonderful from day one. Don has also been available to help me, and he, too has been wonderful. The two of them are always cheery and especially pleasant, and they go out of their way to accommodate me, if ever I need assistance. They have made my “storage experience” a good one, and it’s thanks to them that I have stayed as long as I have at the facility. I only wish I had ranted and raved about them sooner! They’re awesome, and I am most grateful for all they have done to help me!

Making the reservation online was easy. Got a call from the rep within a few minutes, tp verbally comfirm all details. Upon arrival at CubeSmart, before the paperwork, the rep took us to see the unit ti make sure that it was exactly what we needed. He was very helpful, courteous & friendly. I was looking for a safe, clean place for our belongings before our move. I have been nothing but impressed with my experience with Cubesmart. Professional, friendly and accommodating! The size of the unit is perfect - clean and secure but most importantly since I have rented, a few things have happened to show I have made the right decision. A snow storm hit last week and with a quick call to let Joe know I was coming, he shoveled and salted for me upon my arrival. On one of our trips over, my son accidentally left the unit door open. Joe called me to tell me -- what was probably within the hour of the mishap --and secured our unit until we got there. I feel very comforted that our most important possessions are safe in the care of cubesmart @brick at under the Joe's management and care until we find our new home. Highly recommend!

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about the Cube Smart in Brick. We shopped around and they have the best rates. We have rented several units for personal and business use over the past 3 years and have had no problems whatsoever. Plenty of space for a tractor trailer to come in for deliveries. The location is set back enough from the highway that it is very quiet and secure. The staff is very cordial and accommodating.

The first 2 or 3 times I tried to reserve a unit, there was nobody in the office during office hours. I gave it one last try and someone pulled up when I was getting in my car to leave because--NOBODY WAS IN THE OFFICE. In any event, Don managed my reservation. he was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in depth and left no question unanswered. The facility is extremely clean and location convenient. And you can't beat the price in this area! I highly recommend this facility, unless you require a lot of person-to-person interaction. Don is the only one in the office and takes care of the entire facility!

I have used many storage facilities over the years and this is hands down the best one I have ever used. The guys that run it Joe and Don are friendly and very helpful, cant say enough good things about them.
