Aw man, Eric was a breath of fresh air! I came in to get set up for my unit, and from the door he was friendly, warm, and very welcoming. Facility is clean, well organized. Took advantage of special discount going on. Love the option of roll up doors on both ends of the unit which provides better light source when used at the same time. Dave, who is the store manager at the time of opening the account was wonderful, Friendly, courteous and professional, last factor in for deciding to go ahead with this particular cubesmart instead of the other storage co near by.

I've been a customer since Nov, 2023. 5 stars across the board: 1. Erik and David are simply awesome 2. Territory is always clean and maintained 3. Sensor activated light inside the units, which I had never seen before when renting from uhaul or Extra Space facilities. 4. They have 10x30 and 10x40 units, which are usually unavailable at the above-mentioned facilities or are comparatively much more expensive

I have to write this one for Dave cuz he is a REEL ONE. (Pun will be understood at the end of review). I came to the storage to go into my unit to try and gather a few things. As I enter the elevator my key fob decides to slip out my pocket while I’m pulling my phone out and my key fob falls into the split of the elevator shaft. I immediately panic and run to the front desk. Dave calls his superior, they were at a loss for words cuz it’s a rare situation. He then proceeded to find a old fishing rod, twists a paperclip onto the end and gets my keys from the shaft in under 5 minutes. Looking at the man thinking “this must happen often”. He goes “Nope, this is a first for me.” Either way he was quick, efficient and kept me at ease despite not having a streamlined solution to the problem AND STILL GOT THE JOB DONE!! Again REEL ONE!! ???GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!! ??????

My rent has gone from $195 to $345 in 2 years. I receive different information depending if I call the office on the phone or in person at the office. They do not provide all of the relevant information you need when leaving to ensure there aren't any surprise fees or other issues that may arise. I would advise anyone considering this company and this location to save yourself many headaches and rent elsewhere.

I rented a storage unit here for several years in the climate controlled section. The manager, Steve, is friendly, professional, and truly a good guy who goes out of his way to work with you. The buildings and property are kept very clean and well lit. This is by far one of the best storage facilities I have ever used. I highly recommend CubeSmart at 6649 Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township, NJ for your storage needs. Stop in and see Steve! He will definitely take care of you!

Cubesmart bought out Prime Storage but customers were never notified. I received a bill from them and had to call Cubesmart to find out why as I do not pay bills to companies I have no relationship with. Along with that the bill was incorrect, they are now charging me insurance at $11 a month even though I have insurance through USAA that covers it off of an existing policy that I have. The customer service experience is the worst that I have experienced from a company in quite a long time. Can't wait to see how long it will be before they increase the prices.
