Initially Marsha was so easy to work with. I was in and out with full details and had time ped. As time progressed, she became haughty. If one is late, simply assess a late fee. Don't become a collections agent. Additionally, don't add emotions to business. If you call someone to "remind them" their payment is due. Leave it there. If they day "I'll pay when I can." How are you being professional by staring "Well it doesn't work like that and don't come asking for any favors?" Where on earth did a comment like that come from. I don't even recall getting my free month. So the space was overpriced and the Marsha person has her days. Even today. Myself and another lady are waiting for the doors to open. At 9:35 I walk in and her immediate response is "I'm not open yet." Just nasty for no reason at times. I have YET to receive any receipt of my payments which I asked for, and was told I would receive in my email. I have searched all folders, not one receipt. I know I was cheated out of some money and charged for all three months and did not get a free anything. Marsha caters to people she knows personally and ask friends to leave good reviews. I'm not a friend and I know I was overcharged. NO RECRIPTS!

Created a reservation last week. Called to confirm 2 days beforehand, but their system was "down." Next thing I know, my reservation was canceled. Corporate says it was canceled in "error" and recreated it at a higher price. Receptionist at locale says very rudely that reservations are only held for 2 days unless confirmed when website & confirmation email clearly states reservations are held until the day of with no commitment. It was conveniently canceled the day I called to pay when it obviously held for over 2 days and prices are higher.

Latina lady with dark hair was really pleasant and helpful. She's the nicest employee there. She set me up for a storage unit and explained everything including costs. Thank you for the exceptional customer service. Place is accessible 6am - 10pm which is convenient for those working during the daytime. I feel my belongings are safe here so no worries. Plus you can drive up to your unit. It might seem costly to rent here but honestly I only recommend because of her and convenience of accessibility.

This place grounds needs to cleaned. I complained to the district manager but that fell on deaf ears. Their prices just jumped up $50. This economy is bad and charging $50 is way too much. I can see $20 or $30 buy $50 is too much for a place that does not keep up with the cleanings and no one is never in the office. Just horrible!!

When I initially got my unit in November 2020, I received a special discount rate of $144.30. I was not told, nor do I remember it being in my paperwork, that CubeSmart could increase the price any time it wanted to. Only a short time later, I received a notice saying my bill would increase to $165 a month. There was no explanation given for the increase. When I called the Hamilton, NJ office, I was told that CubeSmart could increase the rate whenever it wanted, as long as it provided 30 day notice. Additionally, the Manager said that since CubeSmart could get more for my unit at this time of year, it raised my monthly fee - which is ridiculous because I got my unit at a time of the year when rates are lower. Simply because CubeSmart can get a higher price now doesn't justify raising my bill. I asked the Manager to show me where, in my contract, it included such language. To this day, he has never provided evidence that I agreed to that condition. All he did was act like he was doing me a favor by reducing the increase to $155 instead of $165. This is a horrible business practice. I will never use CubeSmart again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. You rip off customers to make a few extra dollars, and it is not right.

I had an overall pleasant experience at this storage facility, the employees were all very nice and knowledgeable and setting up my unit was an easy process. I was surprised at how clean the lot was and I'm happy I chose this place to store!

Walking in as customer not knowing what to expect, management was very friendly as I was greated with a smile, they helped me to figure out wich storage unit was best for me, the pricing was perfect, service was fast and easy, they even walked out to the storage unit with me to show me where it was, very down to earth, when my experience was over I felt as though I walked out as a friend and not just a customer.

So far, so good (this is my second day renting from CubeSmart). Agent was timely; he gave me a bottle of water, showed me how to open and close the storage doors, showed me where to put stuff, and gave me a clean storage unit.

I was please with my first time experience At this location a employee by the name of Mike greeted me with a smile he was very professional Anytime I had a question he answered it with profession. When my bill was due he’ll call me and make me smile with laughter and say you owe a million $. I like the humor in him very helpful and cheerful he’s never ignored me when I needed help with my storage door or things that were hard to manage that guy I give him five thumbs up that. Employers need more people like him that cares about the tenants

I had been with this cubesmart location for 6 years until today. I was in the military when I rented my unit, and the staff greatly appreciated my service to them, as I did theirs. Throughout the years I had periods of late payment. I was always given a very polite heads up on the matters of my account. That alone was a relief during hard times. I recommend this nice and quiet location, for their commitment to their customers, their cleanliness, and an overall great experience.

This place sucks if your late once in one year they will ask you to move your things to another storage as if you don't have bigger bills, plus sometimes people fall short but it didn't mean it wasn't going to get paid. You want to store your things with a company who cares about your things as much as you do!!

I work with Swat Environmental and rented out a unit at the Hamilton New Jersey Location. I could not of been more pleased with the service I received, especially from Gina X. Whenever I asked her to check on anything, she could not of been more helpful, whether it was putting a package in our unit, forwarding mail that should not of gone to that location, or checking up on something because I wan not on the premises. I took my son to get a storage unit to store things that belonged to his deceased mother. It was an emotional couple of days for him, separating and boxing these items. I have been had contact with Gina ( manager) when paying my bill. I just want to thank her for her consideration and patience with my son and her compassion towards the situation.
