Do not do business with this company, they barely have a working number and do not accept partial payments when you are behind, which is a predatory business and though apparently in the contract somewhere, is not clearly disclosed during the sign-up process. Spend a bit more and go elsewhere for storage. These people are unprofessional and unreasonable to say the least.

The customer service was always sketchy they consistently raised the cost for a small 5x 10 unit without my knowledge .when I expressed my concern learned they changed hands and under a new management when I stated I would remove my storage they questioned if I was near by...I wonder if that's why they thought it would be difficult for me to get my things after learning how unbelievably high my rent was. I said I would be there to pick up my storage and asked for the gate code the gentleman on the phone refused to tell me ..( meanwhile its ok for me to share my credit card info over the phone ) siting I must go into the office at another location to be given the code.?!. Luckily someone who was leaving the lot was kind and allowed my u- haul in so I was able to unload my over charged 5x 10 storage unit I notice how they offer such affordable rates for the same unit I had. .nice clean storage units ..nice safe lots..but disgusting unethical management !

The storage location is easy to access, and the promotional deal price I got is great. I intend to rent the unit for very very long time (probably forever as long as the price is kept within my budget), so the location and price were the two huge factors for me to decide this renting. Also, I would like to acknowledge that Joe the store manager is very nice and friendly. He insisted to sweep my rental storage unit with a broom even when I told him that he didn't need to. This shows his professionalism and great customer service. ?? I am very happy. Thank you very much!!!

Horrible location after calling corporate it’s an “annex” location so no managers on duty or anyone in office during office hours. What kind of BS is that. After the first month my gate code no longer works. Been here two different times and doesn’t work to gain access to my storage unit I pay $200 a month for.

Not very good. I paid for a storage that was rented already. I still haven't got credit from that payment. This is since December. They need to give me credit for $82.00. To the storage I have now. I have to keep paying for the new one I got.

It was an easy process and we were able to start putting in stuff the same day! The manager, Carlos, was very helpful and knowledgeable and assured us that we were going to be good there. The 35% discount online was great for us especially since we are on short notice and still in the process of looking for a house. This helps us minimize the hassle of moving! Thanks again.

Very happy today! After driving 2 hours to get to my unit cuz I live in North Jersey, ran into one of the nicest managers who saw the difficulty I was having to fill the car with small furniture and mattresses to bring it to the landfill. So he came over, told us to back the car over to his dumpster that he happened to have(not a usual thing) and helped us put the garbage in the bin. So grateful! Made what would have been another 2 hours of driving and work so easy on us. Thank you a bunch!

I moved out my storage unit, two weeks before the next renewal. I called the location store manager to let him know, he got my name and unit number and said I was all set. A couple of days ago I was charged for a new month and I’m currently still waiting for a refund.

When I got to my unit there was a lock on it so I could not get in. I made a phone call and they tried to reach the supervisor on call. I had to wait about a 1/2 hour before I received a call and was told to cut the lock off. After that All was good.
