I actually like this storage facility and I don’t think what I’m going to discuss here is a direct reflection of the management necessarily but I’m posting it so they and others customers know what’s going on. Now I understand that people fall on hard times and things happen. But I can tell you, without a doubt, that there are people that stay overnight at this storage facility. One time I went there, there was a guy staying overnight in his car which was parked in his unit. I found out because the unit door was partially open and I went to check on the unit and maybe close it but there was somebody in there. Another time, the same guy showed up early in the morning, probably after work, and went to most likely clean himself in the bathroom (which is filthy by the way). The most recent incident was, I came to the storage facility around 8:30pm. No cars were parked outside. I was talking on the phone inside my car thinking I was alone. I was about to get out and get some things from my unit. The next thing I know, a random guy just comes outside from the main building to smoke a cigarette and it totally surprised me. Not to judge anyone, but this is totally GHETTO and the management should monitor it better. Aside from that, the facility is nice because it’s newer and, at this time, I’m pleased with what I’ve been paying for.

Maria was rude completely disrespectful I would not do business ever again or recommend to anyone because of her zero customer or people skills extremely disrespectful I left the unit extremely clean better then when I got it on the first place but if I knew how she was going to treat me I would have done little to no effort to leave it super clean it was covered in muse dropping and dirt when I took over the unit .pictures will show how I left it .

Conveniently located, clean location and storage spaces. However, points off for whatever power outage they were having recently without immediate access to emergency personnel. Long story short, the pin pads to enter the storage rooms were powered out. No one could enter until staff arrived. Waited roughly over an hour. Hopefully, this isn't a regular occurrence

I'm so glad I chose CubeSmart. This location in Linden is clean and spacious. It seems really safe for storage & most importantly, it doesn't have that sketchy warehouse feel! The best part was that I was able to use their truck to pack up a 2 bedroom den for like $10 bucks. Omar and Al were also pleasant to work it, and I feel confident my belongings are stored safely and securely. I recommend Cube Smart and their team!!

If ur not Latina then don’t go to this place because u will get treated unfairly,management is Spanish and he allows his people to run a muck on the storage facility grounds when u get there ur not gonna think it’s a storage facility because all kinds of activities are going on there,people are hanging out kids running around loud music people working on cars,people running their businesses out of the storage units customers driving up to buy items people sitting out with their lawn chairs one guy rides his motorcycle up and down the grounds and if ur not careful u will be run over,nothing but Spanish people all day everyday these activities are going on but don’t be black and break one rule because they will throw u out and call the police,if I don’t believe me rent there…

Wow… where to even begin. After discovering that a bunch of irreplaceable photos, personal letters, and old cassette tapes were destroyed by rodents in my unit, I filed a claim. Naturally, it was denied—because apparently, they’re not responsible for rodent-related damage. My question is simple: why are there rodents in my storage unit in the first place? And to add insult to injury, my bill this month suddenly jumped from $286 to $348, with zero explanation. What exactly is justifying this almost $70 increase? At this point, I’m left wondering if this company cares at all about their customers or just loves to tack on extra fees while providing zero accountability.

The only 2 negatives is that sometimes it’s incredibly difficult to secure a cart for your things and hallways are narrow if you have larger items. Otherwise this place is great. Regional Manager said if I was threatening cus I said I'm gonna give a review on-line.. My Storage since I moved in , been with Door issues, Door goes up when to close goes of the track , Manager come with tools to fixed it, I asked to be maintenance he replied OK , year after another Manager same issues, asked again to be fix and still Not fixed after 1 year .. They said I can move to another unit , I asked if they gonna help me or be compassionate to Move since I'm gonna have to take day Off. This was 2 weeks ago 05/09/2022 still waiting ...
