The Morristown facility is beautiful, convenient, and clean. Each entrance has carts to help you load goods from your vehicle at the various entrances which are like loading bays. The code system is easy and self explanatory, as is the unit set up. You don’t have to engage with staff at all if you don’t want to. I signed my contract online. I took a star off because the reservation process is tedious and they don’t tell you that the day you sign the contract is the day you start being billed. I had to cancel and redo the reservation and it took quite a bit of time. I ended up executing the contract the morning I was moving in and it worked out fine. You can only create a reservation a few days before you need the unit.

This is the first time EVER in a storage place, so I have nothing to compare it to. This place, THIS PLACE is........SO FRIGN CLEAN you can eat off the floor, well I wouldn't but you know what I mean. The carpets were like they were just put in. The doors on the units, oh I should tell you this is ONLY on the inside units, were SPOTLESS. idk what it is, your going to say I FOS, but I swear I am not, the air in there was like, clean. It's so hard to explain, it was ez to breath like it was different. Now I have no dog in this fight. I don't even belong, pay rent, there. I was there to help my mother in law. There is no reason for me to lie. So, the air was like different you just have to experience it for yourself. Now this might be normal, but again I have never been to one of these places before. Oh, no dust. NO DUST AT ALL, like how is this possible. Not on the doors , Not in the lockers cause the tops were open. Nooooo Dust. I have no clue how much it is, but if I needed a place to store stuff for some reason I would definitely use the inside units of this place

Had a really nice experience. I reserved a storage unit and received a call from Shannon (hopefully, I got her name right). She was really nice and answered my questions. I went to the office to finish the payment and signs a couple of forms (though all of this can be done online). She walked me over to the unit, showed my how to use the lock and open the door since I have never rented storage before. She also showed me around and told me where I could park. The facility is very clean, temp controlled, and has carts to help move your things to and from the storage locker. I will likely only need to store my things for a few months but I would absolutely use this company/location again because the people who work there are so friendly and the units are very clean.

Very happy with my experience at this CubeSmart location so far. I had an online reservation with a different location, but ultimately went with Morristown because it is so close to home. As this was a last-minute change, I went to the location in person. The manager, Ed, gave me a great tour of the facility and was knowledgeable and professional. He fully explained the lease and policies clearly, and the location was fully compliant with COVID-19 regulations. Not only that, but the place is spotless and very well maintained. I had the lease signed and storage space ready to go in under 30 minutes.

This CubeSmart location is fabulous. Ed, the head manager, has been extremely helpful every step of the way, from when we were researching storage locations, to offering packing advice, referring movers, explaining how the facility works, keeping the facility sparkling clean, and helping with move out plans. He is not only patient and helpful, but is also a really nice guy. I would even travel to use this CubeSmart location. Not having to worry about your stuff, cleanliness, or logistics moving in and out is priceless!!

Wonderful experience at CubeSmart Morristown today. Jenn and Ed were both so lovely and helpful with getting me the best price possible and provided such a welcoming presence. Offered us coffee and lollipops off the bat. They told us fun stories from their times working in storage and made me feel incredibly secure leaving my things in a storage unit here. Not only the people, the facility itself was incredibly clean and well maintained. Great experience at the new CubeSmart facility in Florham Park NJ. The manager, Ed Madan, was terrific! He took the time to show us the facility and the options available, without doing the ‘hard sell’ that occurs with competitors. This facility is brand new and has the latest accoutrements to ensure the safety of stored items. We especially liked the security and easy-accessibility features, such as ready access to elevators. We would highly recommend this CubeSmart facility to anyone!

I have used other self storage locations before but this CubeSmart location is by far the best by every measure and standard. Starting with the general manager Ed Madan and his associate Jen who were wonderful and should be the poster representatives for CubeSmart!! I first spoke with Jen on the phone and she was cheerful, kind and very helpful! When I was ready to rent a unit I decided to visit the facility to do a first hand inspection before signing on the dotted line. This is when I met Ed; Ed was so nice and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was absolutely GREAT! Ed gave me a tour of the facility and it is unbelievable. It is in brand new condition, I mean immaculate! Like "Grand Opening Ready" and a true testimony to the care and high standards with which Ed, Jen and their team maintain on a daily basis. I don't normally give public endorsements , and I have never met or encountered Ed or Jen before this, but I was so impressed by this whole experience that I consider this a Public Announcement to help my fellow self storage renters find the absolutely best facilities at the best and most marketable prices around! I want to give a shout out to Ed and his staff at CubeSmart in Morristown! My storage unit keys fell in between my car seat & wedged under my trunk area. I fussed for an hour to get them out to no avail. When I called to explain the situation Ed called me back with a solution. In a matter of minutes we were able to retrieve my keys with an extendable magnet! I think it was wonderful that a solution was sought to retrieve my keys before needing to drill my storage unit lock! Thank you for all your assistance & putting helping your customer over the profit of drilling my unit!

Stored my belongings here while I was between apartments, and I couldn't have been more pleased. I was moving to Morristown, and this location was so close, which made moving in and out incredibly easy. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the rates are reasonable and the facility is sparkling clean and looks nothing like the drab storage facilities I've used in the past. I would be more than happy to rent out space here again.

The employee/manager at this location Bob could not have been more thorough or clear on all the details and the process of renting a space. He was patient with me and showed me numerous lockers to choose from. He genuinely cares about your experience and it shows. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the cost. The location had more than half vacancy yet were not very aggressive in their pricing. The facility is brand new and sparkling clean. They do charge you $13 for a lock, and the loading dock is outside but covered.

I am renting a storage unit for a few months now and I moved into a larger one the other day. The facilities are clean (this location is also brand new) and the staff is friendly and helpful. The slightly higher prices at this location are worth it because my items are protected from humidity and from theft (video surveillance and coded gates). I am satisfied with the service and overall experience.

We just moved to this local area and decided to move our storage from Extra Space to Cube Smart. Ian & Tim were excellent and provided professional customer service and helped us through the whole process.
