Thank you for a positive experience, I’m sorry I don’t know the names of the man and woman seated at the front desk but they were both very kind and helpful in getting me set up with my new storage unit. I was new to the process and appreciated their time and patience answering my questions, showing me different options, discussing what size unit would best fit my storage needs/ price range, showing me the cost breakdown etc. the gentleman showed us the two units I was deciding between on a golf cart and made sure I knew how to unlock/lock/open the unit and how to access the entrance gate. the woman was very sweet and thorough overseeing the process and double checking our paperwork before signing. she seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced working with customers and in her position at CubeSmart. Made a last minute (and I MEAN last minute) decision to do a short term store at cube smart without having ever used a self storage service before and it could not have gone smoother. Frank, who was managing the site, was super patient in helping us identify the optimal storage solution, in terms of price, quality and space. He also walked us through how to access, lock and navigate the facilities. We specifically rented a 5x5 and it had ample space to stack up 6-8 boxes/bins and other items, and it was climate-controlled! This was a real time-saver and big relief because had this not worked out, I would have been running around Jersey trying to scatter my boxes in the basements of my friends’ houses all day. Tip: if you have a sturdy padlock at home, bring it and see if you can save yourself $20 instead of having to buy one on site.

I would stay away from this facility. I moved in fall of 2020. Immediately I had a problem with condensation dripping down from the ceilings. Staff gave me plastic tarps to cover my things. Little did I know the tarps would be needed to help keep concrete dust off my things from the neighboring concrete plant. I had antique furniture and tools in the units. Staff has to know about this problem and doesn’t let new customers know of the problems before moving in. Also there are mice in the units.

Only giving a 1 star because 0 stars is not available. The worst customer service ever! They will increase your rate periodically and never inform you. They will force you to purchase insurance even if you tell them you don’t want it. They won’t call you back when you have an issue. The worst customer experience I have ever had. INFESTED! INFESTED! INFESTED! Wish I could give zero stars. I moved out of my unit today and when I got in my unit was COMPLETELY covered in mice droppings! I had to throw away any furniture I had in there, although the staff on site was nice he couldn’t offer any help except for me to file an insurance claim. And I kind of felt he was insinuating the mice droppings Were my fault somehow because he said “sometimes mice are attracted to certain material, are you sure you didn’t have food in the unit?” Not to mention every month my bill was a different price and they would email me weeks prior to my due date saying my payment is due Stay clear of here if you Value any of your belongings. Just sad you pay months of rent for your things to be safe all for you to have to throw out nearly everything you own.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Emerald even suggested using my renter's insurance so that I didn't have to pay for the additional mandatory $12/month insurance that they provide. I felt like she was looking out for me the whole time.

The customer service is great. Frank was very thorough in explaining the storage and payment process. Reserving my storage was fast and easy (I called CubeSmart directly); they helped me determine which size was best for my things -- I did not feel ripped off. The service at this location is also convenient ; after you pay, you have before and after hours access to your storage.

Great customer service at the Morris Township facility. Affordable short term storage for those of us who can't seem to settle down in one place. The lock is pricey if compared to your local Walmart locks, but you keep it for other uses later on and it seems good quality. Would use again, and I recommend this storage facility.

I have never seen such excellent customer service as I have with CubeSmart in E. Hanover. I needed to find a storage place close to my home and had to weigh the costs of the larger versus the smaller unit. The manager, Frank, showed me my options and his friendly staff went over the cost. They were so accommodating, thorough and helpful. I would recommend this storage facility wholeheartedly.

I have had 2 then reduced to 1 storage unit at the Hanover location of Cube Smart in NJ for almost a year. The units are clean, easily accessible and excellently maintained. More importantly, the staff there are very friendly and welcoming. They are professional, knowledgeable and very familiar with company procedures and policy so the check in and check out is easy and fast. They are always accommodating if you need a little extra time after hours and happy to help you around the facility in the golf cart. The one characteristic that sets this location separate from others I believe is Frank who I see most days I am there. He always remembers me and treats me more than an average customer but with a small business feel. You can tell that he cares about his job, my belongings and respects each customer and their experience. He gives a genuine family owned feel to the setting.
