This is a great storage place, brand new, really clean, carpeted hallways. The app is better than the rest & Samantha at the front desk is really nice & helpful. I'm Definitely going to be here for awhile! Out of all the storage places I've tried, this one is the best. Edit after a week: I discovered that the building has 2 clean bathrooms & water fountains. Also, went in to get another unit and Nicole was nice & helpful. It's rare to find a storage unit facility with so many great qualities & features. This is where I'll be for years!

Nicole, the office manager is a sweetheart. Her customer service was excellent. The storage building is brand new, with heat and perfectly clean, including the bathroom. The unit we got is very nice and good for the price. Also they give us the flexibility of downsizing if suits us. My wife and I are very happy with CubeSmart. Moving is always an anxious experience. Danielle and Samantha were attentive, friendly, and helped me when I didn’t know what I was missing. I went to purchase a lock for my new unit and they told me the lock should have been inside my new unit. I double checked just in case I missed it. Samantha quickly opened a new lock for me. Excellent experience here. My first time renting storage, I wound up with a 10x7 unit near the rear loading docks. Ray took the time to show me 2-3 units and John reviewed all the pricing options with me, all told it took maybe half an hour. They are VERY enthusiastic about storage! Was able to start bringing stuff in later the same day. Highly recommended if this is something you need. Quiet, secluded spot, out of the way, easy access, very clean inside, very secure. They just re-roofed the place too so it's good to see they care about their facilities.

Wonderful Cube Smart Customer Service. If you are tired of Paying big money to Public Storage and getting ZERO customer service, CUBESMART- Roseland New Jersey location deserves your business. One person in particular is John Dempsey - local Manager. He is knowledgeable with the intention of making sure all of us are satisfied with our experience at CubeSmart Roseland. PS Cubesmart's prices are dramatically lower than the Public Storage near us. We moved everything to them last year. It was well worth the hassle, to save that much money and get great service as well.

I was only there for 5 months; but my experience was great. the friendly staff made my move less painful. This was my first experience with renting a storage unit since college. My only complaint is no pro-rating fees; due to being sick, I went into my next month by 2 days, and had to pay the full month even though I was moved out. To their credit, I was informed of this policy when I rented the unit, so it was a fair charge. I just wish they would change the policy. If you deal with Ian, you will definitely get the best service! I strongly recommend this place!

I was in need of a storage space that was large enough to hold all of my stuff for my business. I met Ian and Bryson and told them my requirements. There was nothing available at the time so I gave them my contact information. A week went by and sure enough they contacted me telling me that not only did one space become available but two. Being excited I went back to them to look at the spaces and could not decide on which one to get because one was larger than the other and more expensive. Ian was so accommodating that he reserved both spaces for me until I was able to make a decision. I selected my space and am now all set. The place is clean, convenient and safe. I would definitely recommend this location if you need storage.

I have been to my storage space a number of times and have always found it to be clean and secure. The staff members, Bryson and Ian, are extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Recently, I required a Cube Smart truck to move some large pieces from the facility to my home; it was arranged by Ian and expedited with ease -- a major cost saver versus utilizing a U Haul truck! Bryson, on several occasions, analyzed the changing contents of my storage unit and helped me select another one that better met my needs.
