My price randomly went up twenty five percent. Although the staff is friendly, trying to get an answer as to why has been nothing but a battle. After visiting the location three times and calling over four times (whenever I was lucky enough to get an answer), I was continually promised phone calls back from a manager to discuss it further. It wasn't until reaching out to cooperate that I was able to get an answer, and that answer was that they couldn't do anything about it, then tried to tell me I was getting a steal on the unit, and that it is valued at over double what I am paying, but listed for the same on their website and virtually every other website in the area. Don't go here unless you want crazy price jumps every year and terrible customer service when facing an issue.

After my POD was never delivered, as scheduled (TWICE), I called CubeSmart and within minutes I was set up and able to move into my unit! I paid for the first month on August 28th and we were all moved out of there by the 11th or so. The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time! When I saw that I was charged for a second month, I called because we were already moved out. Without any questions, they refunded my money and were very helpful! It turns out it was actually our fault, as my fiancé thought I was calling to cancel the unit and I thought he was telling them when he went there. They could have just said it wasn’t canceled and charged me, but their customer service is fair, kind, helpful and accommodating! I would use CubeSmart again for any storage needs and I highly recommend them to anyone else in need of storage! Thank you for relieving so much of my stress!

My father recently had to move storage units as his rates had been raised dramatically at another storage facility. He found this CubeSmart and the two people working in the office couldn't have been more helpful. They told us exactly how much he would be paying (which was very reasonable) and told us that if we ever needed help to let them know and that they would see what they could do. Cubesmart raises your rate every year. I can not afford $499 a month for a unit. I think they should cap the units price at say..$300 a month I had been using Cubesmart for about 10 years and it was $170 a momth when I started and had a price raise every year unti I realized it was cheaper to go to a different storage company plus pay a moving company then it was to stay with Cubesmart.

Nice place, great rates, and I got a great deal! The manager, Keyosha Pulliam, was very nice and informative. Just remember to bring your own lock if you're definitely going to rent a space there. They do sell them of course but it was a little pricey for me ??

Unit was big, and I'm glad I took Gina's suggestion to buy painter's tarp and lay it down on the cement to protect my belongings. Let me begin by saying that I buy storage units at auction (have so for years) and have been to EVERY different storage locations across all of the different companies ... I personally use this Cubesmart as my home base for all of our storage unit sorting, cleaning, selling, and storage. Out of every location I've done business with through auctions, this cubesmart location is the only place I'll ever use for our personal storage for a few reasons: 1. 24 hr access... This is the single most important thing for me personally as I'm a night owl and run other businesses by day. Without this I would have looked elsewhere 2. Well upkept property.... Never any trash around, the gates are always operational, etc. 3. Great value for the price. Right on par with other major locations in the area, but with 24hr access, unbelievable value! 4. Something that caught me off guard as to how important it can be and how much easier it makes my life... The staff... Especially the property manager Kellen.... Simply put, they are the best. I could tell right off the bat that Kellen takes pride in what he does and wants his property to be the best it can be. Between him and the other gentleman (can't believe I can't remember his name right now! So sorry!) regularly patrol the grounds and are as nice as can be. Super accomodating, and I really get the sense that they value my business there. I can't say enough about how great they are to deal with. I recommend anyone who will listen to me to use this location! If you are considering this place to store your belongings and the size unit you want is available, reserve it NOW! It won't be there tomorrow because someone else will have rented it... That's how popular of a location it is. Wish I coulda gave 6 stars

We began our experience with Cube Smart in 2013 when we rented two units,one for us and one basically for our son, although we had some items in that unit as well. In 2014 we moved to Florida and emptied our larger unit leaving the other unit for our son's use. We never had a problem with maintenance or renewal. Then, in March of 2016 our son died and we had to make a special trip in May to empty the remaining unit of his belongings.Mr. Mazure was very helpful during this difficult time. He coordinated times for us around a major painting job at the facility in order to meet our schedule. He offered us use of restroom facilities and water during the two days we had to complete this project before going back to Florida. He also got us a reimbursement on our rent because we mistakenly sent the next months payment! No hassles. It was a pleasant experience despite difficult times due to Mr. Mazure's capable managerial skills and sensitivity for others. I wish there were more stars to give.

Kellen and Lou are the most accommodating, nicest professional guys you could ever meet. I was struggling to find a storage that I would feel comfortable leaving my baby grand piano in. When I called and spoke to Lou . Unfortunately there was not one available in the size I needed. Four days later to my surprise Lou called me to let me know that the perfect unit open up over the weekend. I could not believe that he was so thoughtful and called me to let me know. I am so grateful!! It is working out perfectly thanks to the initiative that Lou put forth and his amazing customer service. When I went in to secure the units,. Kellen and Lou were very informative and patient in answering my many questions and making it an easy transaction. Moving is a very stressful and exhausting chore. Lou and Kellen were the highlight of my entire week. I can't thank them both enough for making the process a simple one. They are excellent!!!
