We requested a 10x15 on the first floor and what we were shown was a unit that had a tiny door and a giant metal post smack in the center of the unit as soon as you step into it which made the unit useless.

Overall good experience so far. During my visits last week, the security code system was not working. The manager informed me that I could go around to the front office and walk through to gain access to storage facility, but the door code system really needs to get fixed ASAP.

For the past month I been looking for safe places to store my furniture as well as good customer service and the people who will be managing the property I store my items. I found this location in Somerset and have to say not only is it a safe location but very clean. the manager Joey M, who helped me was awesome! Very friendly and so helpful. Not many friendly people in that retail business that take their jobs so seriously. But this guy was cool. I Wasn’t going to purchase much since things can be pricey in a storage unit i left satisfied and with every single thing I needed that I now don’t need to purchase elsewhere. He knew what I needed and what I didn’t need to ensure my move runs smoothly. Can tell he wasn’t just trying to make a sell as he advised exactly what I needed. I left there feeling more comfortable w the property and w what I purchased. I will be buying more just from this location as I trust his help and need more than I thought. After the stress of moving I Thank you Joey for making my experience a happy one.
