This facility stay filthy all the time. I will move out of this nasty place. I believe ppl live in this storage facility. Bums always hanging out here at night don't feel safe it also stinks in there. It can be so much nicer if they clean the place. Sorry management. They just don't care.

So they raised the rent and yet it's very cold on the 2, 3rd and 4th floor. The inside said it was 57 degrees. The only warm floor is the 1st floor. I will be asking to move my unit to the 1st floor. I'm not paying $250 for a cold ass unit sorry not sorry at all. And I am reporting this storage unit to the board of health. It's not allowed to be that cold on the inside.

These staffs here don't do anything including the manager. This place is dirty they only clean when the big guys come. And not only that the only 2 women that work here are always in they car smoking weed and one of them lives out of her unit and she left the door wide open on a Sunday when that office door is supposed to be locked and closed cause nobody is supposed to be in that office on Sundays. Honestly all 3 of them need to be fired. Nobody actually works here. They come in to clock in and do nothing besides sit in the car and smoke. The manager clearly doesn't do his job either cause respectfully I would've been gotten rid of both of them.

The customer service is excellent. We arrived from out of town with a key that did match our lock. Although there is usually a 24 hour advance notice requirement to get a lock cut off, the staff took care of it right away and we were able to do everything we needed to do that day.

Made a reservation online during a 1st month free promo. They called probably less then 10 minutes later to confirm and if I had any question, asked if I could come take a look. Went over there, they showed me where the unit was and how to I'd be able to access it. Gave me a price breakdown and what's included. You need their insurance (different tiers), but the lock for your unit is optional. It was pretty simple and straight forward.

Ok, haven’t rented a storage unit in years, this experience was fantastic! Solis took the extra effort with me to find the right space. She was very patient with me and was a great listener. She heard my concerns and worked diligently for me. Without a doubt, a 5 star experience. Side note, the other lady in this office (I didn’t catch her name) had a great sense of humor which is nice nowadays. No hesitation, rent here.

I came in back in May and Amanda assisted me with setting up my storage unit. She was efficient and helpful all along the way. She gave me a tour of the facility and explained the hours of operation and that the storage unit is secure and safe. I highly recommend her and this facility to store their items. Lastly, I was able to get a discount for a larger unit due to reserving online. The promotion is only for a few months so it is temporary, but one can save during the in-between time.

A very clean facility. I had very little concern that my belongings would be in danger of being ruined by something beyond my control. Poor design of entrance — see photo. Price would continue to hike even above their regular price on website if you stay over 3 months. Management is inflexible and poor responses to any issues. You are forced to buy renter insurance even if you have your own.

Further, they provided discounts and were really friendly. It was my pleasure meeting both of them. Definitely recommend them and that cube-smart location.
