While the manager was pleasant to speak with and helped me out over the phone to rent the unit, and told me she would take the temp lock off before she left...when I went there to put my stuff in my unit, it was locked and seems to be someone else's unit. So, I was rented an already used unit. It was after hours so I called customer service and they tried helping thinking it was a combination lock for me to open and it wasn't, we doubled checked I was at the correct unit and I was. They said there was no way to get in touch with anyone at that facility to have them come there to correct the issue. I was going to rent a new unit and wait until Monday to get my credit on the one already rented, but they couldn't give me the same promotion I already had. So, I am there with a rented truck plus 3 cars and my kids to help and now I had to leave with my belongings still with me. I have a closing on my house monday, which I now have to postpone and probably get a penalty, I rented a truck lost that money and now will have issues with the closing of my house. who is at fault for renting me a used unit? Who is going to compensate me for the money I lost? Or the issues I will have for my closing? I am sure this isn't going to even be read or taken care of. I was going to rent someplace else and I should have. I hope someone makes this right I would like a bigger unit for the same price as the one I was supposed to get. Someone has to make this right. Now let's see if I am contacted

Clean, convenient facility. Office staff very nice and competent. I was not told before going in to sign the papers that the discounted rate was temporary, so I hope I don’t need it after 6 months. The latch was hard to use but I imagine it will get easier over time. Thank you for being available at short notice.

Stay away from cubesmart in Wayne. This place has poor customer service and one incident showed it all. A few months ago I was contacted by the office manager that they were going to pave the lot and asked for my trailer to be moved as I was paying for the parking spot. I was paying $224 a month. I was asked to take out the trailer for the day while they paved the lot and that I could take it 30 minutes away for the day. I asked if I would be credited for the day or two that I would have to arrange to take out the trailer and get it back there. I was stunned and couldn’t believe how they would not credit $7. The manager was arrogant and wouldn’t budge. Yesterday, I decided to take my trailer to another storage place. My bill was due on Sunday so I went by Monday to close it out. The manager wanted to charge $24 for a prorated insurance. The insurance is $24 a month. He stated that it was a prorated amount and when I explained that it was 1 day he said that was how the company does it.I was there for 30 minutes for them to figure out how to prorate the proper fee of $6. Again, it wasn’t the &6 or $7 because I’m blessed to be where I am today but I refuse to get ripped off for any amount, especially bad customer service.

Nenuchka Plaza is one of the nicest, helpful, most respectful Managers I've ever met. I wish everyone in customer service was just like her. I actually enjoy seeing her when I go in the office, and she always asks how my wife is. She also waves to her and says hello if my wife is in the car. I can only give her 5 stars, but if I could I would give her 20 ?? Thank you for being so good to us for the past couple years since we've known you, you're the best!

Was fine, I never asked for anything after the day I moved in. One year later they raised my rates $50 without a warning except for the invoice. Packed up and left, not worth $300+ dollars a month for a 10x20 unit with no lights in it, and difficult to use a trailer.

WONDERFUL SERVICE! I stopped by after work today to open a new unit. I spoke to Maria on the phone to ask her to hold a unit I found on line at a great rate. She was fantastic, and guaranteed me the price! When I came to the office, she remembered me from our phone conversation, and set everything up for me. Had my vehicle get broken into and needed a safe and close location to have it stored, rich helped me out and was very nice and fun to chat with. I had a rough day and got my hand all blistered up on the day I brought my vehicle in and rich came to the rescue and patched me up not only was he helpful but he guided me every step of the way when I needed to put my vehicle back in storage after I made my runs. Since you get your first month discounted that really helps financially.
