Auction buyer here , the manager in this place is a complete joke . I purchased a locker that went to auction , I’ve been doing this for many many years now and when there is personal stuff like ss cards , tax returns , in date credit cards I typically leave that in the unit and inform the property manager . That is what I did hear but this guy lost his mind on me. There was 3 boxes of very important stuff and he told me I had to throw it out in the dumpster that was on site . Never have I had access to the dumpster on site . I wake up today and find that my auction access is suspended because of this guy. Hey BUB the doll was beat up .

Yesterday I was going through a very hard place and l was tired and not clear what l needed to do in that emergency. I went to commend your Elwood for just being a focused listener and was able to give me the proper guidance I needed He even saw how hot l was an offered me water. Business establishment are really concerned with customer service anymore but Elwood is an exceptional example of putting the patrons needs first and foremost. Worst customer service team. I’ve been waiting for a call from the district manager for 3 days now, and the store is no better. Also, they pull you in with this “promotional rate” and then raise it after 2 months of being a customer. I’ve never wrote a review in my life I don’t think, so imagine how irritated I am that I’m even doing this. Never again, if I had the time I would go pick my stuff up right now,literally.

Storage auction buyers be aware! They changed the gate code earlier and me and my husband couldn't finish the clean out. It was weekend, nobody was in the office. After they keep our cleaning deposit and the rest of the thing we left in the storage because the gate code was changed, they call Storage treasures to get our account deactivated. My husband left them a review and a representative asked him to send him an email with his phone number and other information. Hi did, but nobody hasn't called him so far. Looks like they responded just to look nice in front of other people who can reed this, but not to fix their mistake. Our storage treasuries account is deactivated, and we can't work.

I won the storage auction on a May 4. Clean out deadline was May 7 (Sunday). On May 6 (Saturday) I entered the storage facility with the provided code but couldn't get off because they changed the gate code (when I was inside). It was Saturday evening so nobody was in the office when I was leaving. I had to call main office asking to let me out. So without the gate code I couldn't finish clean out on Sunday. I lost my cleaning deposit, the rest of items in the unit and some personal items I left in the unit. The weird part that on Monday a Manager contacted Storage Treasuries to get my account suspended because the unit wasn't emptied by May 7th. But it's not my fault! It's you changed the code earlier without letting me know at the time I was in the facility. You can check it with the main office. They have my call on file.

The reservation did not state that the unit was inside. After driving around for 10 minute looking , we peeked in a building to see more storage units. The outside did not show what number units were inside so we had to search again. Once we located the unit, we realized there was no lock. The office was closed so we had to call the 800 number and wait for them to contact the manager for a lock. The inside storage units are harder to maneuver because the hall ways are narrow. We would have never chosen the inside we were just assigned it which not fair to the consumer. All in all I’m glad we are only using it for 2 months. Would never rent again from them.

Mom has a unit at the Williamstown facility and passed away in 2018. Jules has been amazing helping us while her estate has been getting finalized. She has gone above and beyond to make this difficult process much easier. She treats ppl like family with respect and understanding. The facility is clean and well managed. I originally reviewed this location 5 stars for how great the service was. Over the last 4 years, my rent was increased at least 6 times. Constantly told I would receive calls from higher supervisors for help, with barely a call back. Even the corporate office will not reply. Will never use their facilities again. Would give zero stars, but Google will not allow.

We had the unit here for about 7 years. Rates started out good, but continued to climb. I had to go to another storage facility because the rate was increased to where I couldn't afford it. The people were very nice, and I hated to move my belonging, but cost left me no choice.
