Christopher Marr who is currently the CEO of CubeSmart has personally stolen all my belongings at the Woodbridge NJ store #4607 and has sent me - an impoverished , physically disabled 67 year old woman on a frantic , if not expensive , treasure hunt to retrieve those belongings. Because he involved himself in a silly romantic quest for a new " significant other" I am being forced to worry myself unnecessarily: this is the rather sick scenario : I was evicted and my automatic payments were returned to my bank because I had dozed off in the restroom after hours and the staff at Cube Smart are insisting their ignorance on the whereabouts of my Unit items They are dishonest and unscrupulous if not outright lying amoral I was physically ill at the time of the theft and I hope to warn all potential customers that this facility is a disgrace to the business community Besides which this company is failing miserably and obviously Marr is psychologically unstable : I offer my advice to all those looking for a self- storage unit to beware this open sewer

Infested with mice, barely ever enough working carts to carry your stuff, and definitely not “temperature-controlled” like it says online. The staff was amazing, though. Very kind and helpful people. They’re literally the ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars.

The Woodbridge NJ location is no longer Treasure Island Storage. It is now Cube Smart and it's gone downhill fast. Currently, the door to the facility is broken and has been wide open for 3+ days - awaiting a repairman. This is a serious security concern for customer safety and for the stored belongings. I would not recommend this location at all. Very unfortunate because it was nice when it was Treasure Island.

Great pricing to start a new storage space. Easy reservation online. Easy account setup. You do not even need to go to the front desk. They text you what you need to do when you arrive with your first drop. They have a temp lock on the door. You enter the combination they give you. Inside is your new lock. You put that on the door and return the temp lock. That’s it.

UPDATED 9/12/23 Once again I have to commend the level of customer service I received at the Woodbridge location. Manager- Shanteria was veryyyyy helpful. I highly recommend this storage facility!! Alex was extremely helpful when we stored our stuff two years ago at the Woodbridge location and again over the last couple weeks while coordinating movers to pick up our things. It's a great place for storage. Alex, and the rest of the employees are great and will help you with anything you need. It's a clean place, especially the restroom. It's got lots of camera's around, and I also like the idea of having a security officer checking out the area. Making sure everything is safe. The only bad thing about it is that the prices go up drastically, about every six months to a year. Other than that? I honestly love it, and I do recommend it. Just remember that the office is on the ground floor near PC Richards, and the storages are on the second floor either at the end of the building or from the back. You may be able to go up where the office is, but only if you have a little bit of things, and are not big. I hope this helps you, and I thank you for taking the time to read. The TI Storage is a very convenient place to secure your belongings and convenient to other business you may need as you leave your holdings witb them. It is dry and can go anytime B4 midnight just in case you really need to get a much needed item out. People are very pleasant. Which also makes business a pleasure. Go go go there work it out..

This is a great place. It has very generous opening hours. As any other of its type, there are limitations that are enforced in an effective and respectful way by Mabel, the one in charge of this place. I learned a couple of idiomatic phrases from Alex who keeps the location tidy. If I were nearby, I would be still enjoying this facility.

Be careful, they don't tell you this but when you opt out of the contract online, you still have to go to the office and inspect the unit for some reason, if you don't, they'll continue to charge you. Other than that the service is the same as in other places.

Mabell was very helpful in selecting the right sized unit for what I need and was able to answer all my questions and Alex was very accommodating when we had some trouble with the cargo van. Mabell Tobar (General Manager) and her team at Treasure Island Storage were a pleasure to work with. Due to COVID related travel restrictions, we had to make arrangements remotely from California to have my daughter's items temporarily put into storage until she could return to New Jersey in June. Mabell was very pleasant and accommodating from beginning to end. Their rates were also excellent with no hidden fees or issues with the short term rental. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I had my items stored here for almost a year while I was living in a smaller space. The facilities were always clean and the lady at the desk was always so professional and helpful. The hours of access are 8am - 7pm 7 days a week, which seemed very reasonable to me. If you are looking to store your things a clean and safe location I recommend using this location.

They really were flexible with my needs, I was able to move size of storage unit and cancel and restart my contract on a minutes notice. The team was very welcoming and helpful. Would totally recommend this storage service. I was moving a few towns over and needed to move my items into storage for about a week while I was moving into my new apartment. Everything was kept safe and sound. No leaks or damage.

I was in a transition period moving from an apartment to a dorm for college, and could not bring all of my stuff with me. I didn't want to just get rid of my furniture and things, so I was looking into storage. I found this particular storage company, and called up to inquire about price range and how it works exactly. They were super helpful, and friendly. I was a little skeptical of leaving my things wth a stranger, but I feel pretty safe and secure after everything was explained to me and I saw the location. Price was more than fair, and they saved me from having to just give away my stuff while I'm dorming for the year! A+ service, they helped me fit all of my furniture and boxes in the space in a way that I could get to things if I needed to as well.

It was my first using this company for storing my car because I would be staying in the city for a while due to a new job project. Overall, the company's car storage space was very nice that they have the proper facility to store the car such as climate control. I'd been to another place in the past for car storage but that company didn't seem to know storing car in a proper way. I'm so glad that I found Treasure Island Storage with the right price and good car storage space.

"Treasure Island Storage", I will say is the most quickly changing in the east coast area. I will recommend using their service's for storage and business inventory storage spot and individual storage purposes as well. The staff was welcoming to me about using their time to service me my items and my storage size to occupy and and how I should always vacate my storage unit's when, I am in longer using any of their space for long travel distance or just cannot upkeep their time manageable monthly payment's. Remember to Always,always know how the your storage upkeep is doing and if, any kind of problem can and or will occur when using their place of business and the time that can effect their policy.

As the lead Truck Driver for my bosses company in Brooklyn. He always has me do research for things. This is one of them. I'm not the best writer, but this company deserved a thumbs up. We are a company, that makes deliveries in the 5 boroughs, All parts of NJ and Phila. With office space for paperwork running out, if made sense to box years of invoices etc, in each area and state we deliver our product to. One of my companies I deliver to suggested TIS; I took a tour, and thought the facility was in a good location, clean and up to date. I had no idea how in demand self storage was. My company recently rented an 8x10 space for Bankers Boxes of paperwork. The location is temp. controlled; and we supplied our own locks. Pros: Very professional.; and rent quick as prices are subject to availability. I really appreciated their help; as I really knew nothing about self serve storage going into this deal

Treasure Island raised my unit every year also most $10 --I just got fed-up-- I moved my united out on 08/04/12 -- I went to the office and the rep stated I have a refund --But that she needed to speak with Bill the manager and he would need to call me back-- I received a call from Bill who stated he could NOT refund my money back. Very disappointed at Treasure Island for taking my money!!! --I give you thumbs down now you have my full August unit rent and now you will rent it to someone else and now you made also $85.00 --Shame on you Bill. Now I am paying the same price for a much larger unit and it's on ground level not a tiny square box on the second level. Karma
