This storage is not reliable. Not only did the old management get caught for selling people's storage units, the new management is charging over $700 in fees for the storage units. This is not an apartment. My old storage unit got broken in to, too!! No one is in the front office. Half the time, people are waiting in their vehicles at the front office. This is the most messed up storage place.

My Experience with Asia was professional and kind 7440 Central Cubes mart. Iyll give her 5 stars , but the owners don't take care of their clients. Over 25 units broken in. Cameras don't work.They still make you pay and put your card on auto pay. Unethical practices. My units still not fixed after being broken into in September. Asia seems to really care about the place. Hope it changes

Staff is amazing!! Nothing but good things about them and their office... However the units and cleanliness of the business in general is bad. Trash everywhere, several units had torn walls, wall are real flimsy, and break-ins according to other renters are pretty common in this location on Central. If you plan on renting here, make sure you have the most insurance you can, and don't store anything too valuable that the thieves can sell. Corporate CubeSmart should really invest in this location and get some extra security.

The cameras don't record, but they have signs posted stating that there are camera's recording. Several units got broken in and there was no recording. They had no clue who did it but said they did. Nothing happened about recovering our property

Everything fine at this location & friendly office staff who walk the grounds regularly.The remote staff works just fine to get things ready for when the office opens & on site staff arrives. Just make sure to bring Xtra Padlock to put on with the assigned unit they loan out. The storage doors have 3 Big Lock hold for up to 3 padlocks for triple protection . The thieves will need a big cutter for more than one padlock.It is unlikely they will cut them. The units are super clean & spacious & affordable for a hard spot at the moment.

I was pleasantly impressed with how polite and welcoming the gentleman who delt with us is. He help us decide on, what size storage would be realistic, while staying within our budget. It was easy to see, he wasn't being nice just so he could make an extra buck! His help is Genuine, and it doesn't go unnoticed. Which I find to be, unfortunately ??,a Rare Occurrence, when dealing with many of the business owners/workers in the "International District". Despite all the negative events that take place in our everyday life of the I.D. some of us call this area home and the bad only wins if we allow it to take over. I love seeing another person, who can be added to the list of chosen ones , a person who won't give up in the time of battle or throw in the towel when a job becomes work! Prices are a steal for sure. And clean units. Yes I do recommend them .

Everything I had in storage here was stolen. My unit was broken into, and I was wiped clean of everything I held precious leftover from my family. This location has had many incidents of break-ins. Many. break-ins occurred while I was trying to assess what happened. I made a total of 3 visits from the east coast to try to find out who did it and how did they get in. Finally I gave up when I saw these incidents were daily at this location. I had to give one star to post. The manager Jessie is awesome and wonderful but he is vulnerable here. He does not deserve to be left here without the proper resources to safeguard this location. My thanks to Jessie, I only wish I had known that this place was targeted by thieves. I would have come running to move out.

It was very easy to reserve the unit online. The unit I have is affordabley priced. I went in the other day because I had forgotten my codes. I walked up to the office and it was closed.The General manager, Mr Jeremy (?) Showed up in less than two minutes. He got me fixed up in nothing flat. He seemed really tired though. I asked if he was OK and he said his job is a 24/7 kind of job. I hope you guys are paying him good money. He deserves it.

So far, so good! Reserving my unit online was very easy, however, I could not complete the online process as it kept telling me that my drivers license number was invalid. The hazard of military licenses not expiring while active duty! The woman at the office was sweet, efficient, and super friendly, and gave me a lot of info not only about the storage unit process and procedures for military, but about the area itself. For some reason they were unable to process the military discount on move1in, but I received an email a few hours letter letting me know it had been credited. My unit was very clean, the door functioned perfectly, and my move-in was an A+ experience. The grounds are well kept, and a caregiver lives on-site. Only time will tell if anything will change, but as it stands, I’m absolutely satisfied.

I was offered a deep discount online for storage at this particular location which, despite some technical glitches not reflecting this discount upon our arrival, was upheld once I provided the confirmation email. The surrounding area seemed super suspect and we came to discover it's in "the war zone", however during 4 months of renting we never had a single issue and security was tight. We often returned to our unit to grab an item we needed or return one we no longer did; the coded gate system made this easy and we never observed anything unusual on the storage grounds. All staff, especially the on-site manager, were incredibly easy to work with (even over the phone). I highly recommend CubeSmart AND this location.

Fast and easy over the phone and online purchase didn't have to go no were to do the whole process when I showed up to the facility code worked got right in code on lock worked my new lock was laying inside for me to put it right on besides the unit being alittle dirtier then it should have been didn't look like it had been cleaned very good after the previous ppl stopped using it so I had to sweep it out and didn't take but 10 15 minutes but still shouldn't have had to do that and I wish the didn't have a set time the facility closed for tenants cause like me I own my own security company and most my posts are over night posts so I am hardly up during the day and on my days off I would have like to been able to go in and out during the night hours to put all my stuff in storage rather then if I don't get it all done by 10 I am stuck til morning then after I am done I have to go to work tired as he'll so would have been nice if they atleast left the facility open to tenants only not everyone just unit holders besides that everything else was fast easy and affordable as for friendly CSR's over the phone so I give this facility and company or storage company a 3 star rating besides those couple things I mentioned above everything was perfect and I would recommend to my family and friends so far we will see if my thoughts stay the same or change at the time I am done with the storage unit and and end my monthly payments!!!!

This cubesmart facility helped get me out of a horror moving experience. My mover took our stuff, delayed delivery for 3 months and stopped paying on the unit. I contacted the facility and was delighted to hear that Jess was able to confirm that my stuff was there. After many phone calls, I was able to move my stuff out of the facility and it is finally on it's way after a long painful 3 months. The guy running the place is friendly enough but I was disturbed to see that no one is on site on Sundays and the security gate is completely broken. I emptied my storage unit on a Sunday and there were homeless people walking around the units. Then the guy wondered why I locked it and came back on Monday to release the unit... Ridiculous. If we are paying for gated, safe storage, that's what we should get. There was a long gate access code, but that means nothing when it's busted open......

The pricing is kind of high there. I rented a 5x5x8 and it costs $95 a month plus insurance a taxes. Yet my first month came out to $56 because I chose the first month to be free because you have 2 options 35% off each month or first month free. And I loved that I was able to do everything online I didn't have to go into the office at all or talk to anyone on the phone in order to rent my storage, and when I went my first day they emailed me the gate code, my storage number and the temp combination code. Then when I got to my storage there was a welcome bag inside that had my lock that I purchased and all the info that I needed. And all I had to do was turn in the temporary lock in side the drop box.

From the first phone call I was very satisfied. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and informed. I always appreciate being offered an explanation with payment options. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jess and got a detailed information confirming my reservation and process moving forward. When being shown my space, Jess gave me a ride on the the CubeSmart Chariot (golf cart ??) and he was very informative about my neighbors (other renters). The place was clean and when showing me my personal unit, Jess whipped out his magic wand and potion (broom and insect spray) to wipe away the few cobwebs and prevent any unwanted friends. This was all the day before I planned to move my things in! Along with all of that, the place was spiffy, free of debris, and had just been rejuvenated with a new paint job! 5 ??'s and Highly recommended! Thanks, Jess!

On my way from Arkansas to home in Arizona, pulling an open trailer with two motorcycles on it, my transmission failed as I approached Albuquerque. I limped into the city early Saturday morning. Transmission shops were mostly only open 0800-1200, so I had limited time. My repairs will take until Wednesday, at least, so I had to have a place to safely store $40,000 worth of motorcycles and equipment, and it had to be quick. That’s where CubeSmart, and the local manager, Jess Parker, and employee, Corey, come in. Jess understood my stress levels, and went way out of his way to help me secure a storage unit that I could store my valuables in, even switching units mid-stream when maneuvering room challenges made it difficult to get into the first one chosen. I experienced really first-class customer service from Jess and Corey and will seek out CubeSmart when I have storage needs in the future.

Over all it is a good place to store the items that you don't have room for and this place is accessible from 6am till 10pm they have a coded gate access and various sizes of units that are reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful and they even were nice enough to throw in the first lock when I rented the unit.they were willing to work with me when I had a time that I was late and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a storage .

I was helped by a man named Jess I believe. Very nice friendly and helpful. Everything was cool there. I just have one complaint and it is against the storage industry in general. I hate the fact that all storage facilities including CubeSmart make it mandatory to buy insurance which I think is a complete scam. I think it was $11 a month for up to $2000 of damages(assuming that you can prove the value of your damages) which I think is a complete joke. God forbid if something happened to my stuff in storage, $2000 would not even come close to compensating me for my loss. CubeSmart's saving grace was that they were reasonably priced and their security was very good.

If I could give Jess Parker and his staff 10 stars I would do it. I'm a long time customer of Cube Smart with Jess Parker. Through the years I've had my share of ups and downs as most people. I'm not sure I would have made it through a few of those tough times had it not been for Jess and his staff. It truly is the first time that anyone has gone above and beyond what is expected to insure that at least this part of my life was running smooth. There is one other facility closer than this one but I wouldn't trade my experiences with Jess and his staff for anything. This storage facility is VERY bad. It is beat up and run down and not very well maintained. The place is crawling with homeless people who wander in and out because Central Avenue where it's located is rampant with thugs. They FORCE you to take storage insurance which is ridiculous to pad their pockets even more and get more money out of you. I would STRONGLY recommend staying away from this storage facility. Go to a better area of town away from the criminal element.

The last year has been very rough for me and my family. It's gotten better but it was very hectic for a minute there. I literally want to thank the manager from the central location for his awesome customer service as well as his beautiful heart. Jess, the manager of the CubeSmart storage where I am renting, is one in a billion!! I can't thank him enough for the service and great deal he gave me. After finding out my new apt. Wasn't ready to move into until 6 more days and we HAD to be out of the old one, cubesmart saved the day for us. Our original plan was to store everything at the Gibson location due to them having a truck that clients can use to move. Gibson didn't have the size we needed, so Grace was able to locate a unit we needed at the Central location. Jess was friendly and honored the price quote I was given. We can still use the truck from the Gibson location. I wish that there were storage locations that offered on a weekly basis. It's unfortunate to have to spend over $100 for only 6 days of use!

My husband and I purchased a unit that was up for auction and the manager was nice, but when he opened up our unit and we were looking we noticed someone had been in there between the pictures that were online and how it looked when we got there it had been gone through. There was a few things missing and stuff was not in the same place as it was prior to buying .. we will more than likely never come back to this place .

Clean units, and property. Price is about the best I could find. Manager lives on property and makes rounds on it periodically. Just don't go to your unit close to closing time.. That's when the sketchy characters come around..??

Make sure you pay your rent on time after 31 days they really stick it to you $110 fee added to back rent plus other late fees. Smdh

I had a storage unit at this location for 4 months. The staff was always very friendly and they returned any phone calls I had promptly. Jess was particularly helpful on a few occasions during my lease. He was very kind and professional. If I need to find storage again, or if anyone I know needs storage in the Albuquerque area, I will 100% recommend this CubeSmart off Central.

Everything was going from bad to worse. I had planned on a one day move (house to house) but got three days notice I would have to put my things in storage. CubeSmart is great! Jess is great. They had some outstanding special offers and I went with a large storage unit and a climate controlled unit for my electronics. Jess made the paperwork painless. Thanks to CubeSmart, I had some light in an otherwise nightmare of a situation!

I arrived after a 3700 mile drive from Alaska with all my household goods. Jess was awesome and really made us feel welcome. Though the place is in a "war zone" here in south east Albuquerque the facility was clean and very secure. I really do not have any fears about this location even though the surrounding area is questionable. I would recommend this location to anyone that wanted to store something in SE Albuquerque - though I suspect they are pretty full right now with the excellent customer service that we got. Thanks CubeSmart and Jess.
