One star for the entire company not the location. Just pray you never run into any financial issues while using cube smart as they offer 0 flexibility with payment options. Worst storage place I’ve EVER had! The rent goes up constantly. My unit has been broken into more than once. You can never get ahold of anyone when you call or go by the office! Everything I had stored was covered in dirt/ sand, and water damaged. Never use them! Why anyone would give this place a good review is beyond me.

I had this storage unit for 4 months and when I moved my items out, we noticed that the majority of our items were water damaged. This is the worst storage facility I have ever seen. Never store your items at an outdoor facility at Cube Smart. Update: I sent the information to the email provided and I never got a response back. In addition, my fiancé also posted a review and that got deleted. Seems like Cubesmart just sends public responses to make it look like they have good customer service but on the backend customers are stuck with a crappy experience and ruined items.

I would not recommend this place. The prices go up every month. It started affordable and now it's outrageous. The owners are greedy. Stay away. It's only been a year. I have a storage unit at another location for 7 years and the price has not changed.

Do not put your items here. Trish up front is a straight up liar. Our unit price goes up every other month. Since cubesmart has taken over our unit has been broken into twice. You cannot get a hold of anyone. Their insurance covers absolutely nothing. Stay away!!!!

DON'T PUT YOUR STUFF HERE (Menaul location). IT'S FILTHY. Wind blows dirt & sand inside the units constantly (I've had a 10x20 space since 2014) - EVERYTHING gets layered and seeped-in with grime. I've had to double wrap everything in plastic & seal boxes airtight. PLUS: OVERPRICED. When I 1st moved my stuff here, the place was locally owned, prices reasonable, & the staff worked with you (still wld not have chosen it had I known how filthy it would be). Since corp-takeover as Cubesmart no matter the conditions they'll raise the monthly rate on you $25-$38 in as little as 9 months from their last increase - & fine you $10 if you're a day late. And another $10 every two weeks. I plan to move elsewhere as soon as I can even tho disability & age makes it outright painful. Also: YOU have to pay THEM an ADDITIONAL rate to do online or credit/debit payment!! Other storage sites are HAPPY to take digital payment FREE. Worse, it's not even a flat fee, but a percentage of monthly rate - so at 2% = $5 for a $250/mo pymt though that was a year ago, could be a higher percentage now. So if you wanted to expedite payment & already had a late fee you'd have to pay half-again the $10 late penalty for trying to make it right. PS: Spare me. My name is RIGHT HERE so you KNOW which (9-year!) Account I am. And I'm NOT giving you any excuse to root around my unit when I'm out of town and CAN'T be there, tho that wouldn't stop you, would it, from NOT charging me yet another $34/month starting May '23 for having to wear disposable Tyvek coveralls just deal with the filth when I AM there. And let's not even talk about the stupid "Cubesmart" stickers you slap all over my lock every time I'm not there to (have to time-consumingly) remove them.

Your personnel staffing the facility where friendly and customer service was good. However, I was charge for another month the day I vacated without any pro-ration or accommodation which I feel is a sad reflection on your companies policies. Many of us will in the future re-rent, unfortunately this experience will prevent me from using CubeSmart again. Please adopt a more compassionate policy for your customers.

I will point out that I agree with another reviewer; YOU Will ALWAYS get cheaper prices using the online reservation app. That being said, I had a bit of a shuffle of the date that I needed the unit. The unit was already available for rental on their end and in the end, I needed it sooner than I expected. However, this caused price problems. The gentlemen that work there have gone above and beyond to get me my ORIGINAL quoted price even though I already signed the rental lease and have paid for three months of renting so far. They actually said that they will make sure to refund me on the months that I paid over the rate of the original quote. Cheaper than what I signed for and refunded. That's quality customer service. They are polite, talk to me, remember me, help me get the door or latch shut when I'm struggling. I CANNOT say enough good things about this particular storage place or the people that run it!

Amazing place down to earth people that genuenly care about peoples situation. The security is great, its a gated facility that requires a code to get in and out, and they have over night security. The prices are reasonable and the guy we spoke to, Warren, made a positive impression on us he went above and beyond to help us and he is always smiling, positive and in a good mood. I recomment this storage facility one hundred percent they really are an exemplary business.

Drive up access for easy storage, even sprayed my unit for bugs before the move in!! I moved my mom from her big house in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to a small apartment here in Albuquerque. She had way too much stuff so I was in need of space to keep it all. I chose this spot because I couldn't get over how friendly the managers were. Who knew southern hospitality would follow me here. Great spot!

This is, without a doubt, the best storage place I have ever worked with! And I have stored things in several states, on many occasions. The manager is especially nice, thoughtful, and knows what she's doing. She made this place even better than the good facilities they have, by being easy to work with and very professional. We felt very secure about our things being here. If only all the storage places were this fantastic! Cannot recommend them enough!
