It’s currently 9am and there’s no one to be seen in their office at the 720 1st St. location in Albuquerque, NM. It would be nice if they could possibly open at the stated time that displays on their Google business profile. When dealing with peoples personal property and livelihoods it’s always best to possibly practice being honest and doing what you say or is stated you will do.

Would give negative stars if I could. We reserved and paid over $300 for one month of climate controlled storage. However when we arrived on our agreed upon move in date, NO EMPLOYEES were working in the middle of the day and the access code we were given did not work. We called ALL customer service numbers but NO ONE could help us. So needless to say they are now costing me even more money in UHaul truck fees over the 4th of July holiday since we could not move in. We also spoke to a couple other customers while we waited on help that never came, and were told that these customers were very unhappy with the service for over a year. Now I am trying to get my money back BUT I'm not getting anywhere with that either. Just call some other place and save yourself all the wasted time and money.

Its great to try new innovations a new site has to offer, like the indoor lift for a less back breaking transition from unloading straight to your floor. But we take stride with the pros and cons and having a good staff helps us all thru it. Aaron, the on-sight manager was resilient with every step that led in the wrong direction. Great attitude and seemingly knowledgeable of his position, it was his presence that made this experience stand out. He always went out if the way to WANT to make things better

High prices but convenient location, management teams judges , ridicule , harass , make fun of people who is not to there standards , regardless of if you are homeless or have a place , caution if you choose to rent a unit here , the door on d3 rolls down alot , and I have caught under the door when it came down on me almost got my dog several times , they refused to fix it ,
