This place sucks. They have one cart available at all times and raise the rent everything 3 months and tell you after. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I wish I could it Zero stars. Our monthly rent was raised around 6 times in a short amount of time. While nothing changed in the building rent went up for no given reason.

I never had an issue getting service (from the wonderful agent at the front desk) or any problems accessing the location. The autopay made payments easy, the location is has easy access with a key code as late as 10pm. No real complaints and at the end of the day, worth the price.

Debbie and Tracie in the Delray Beach facility were very helpful and went above the call to locate a unit the size we were looking for! We appreciated very much their efforts as we had seen other storage facilities that we very questionable at best. We wanted a unit in Delray.... it was fairly new, clean, secure and well maintained. Having Debbie in charge was an added plus! Look no further then this storage facility in Delray Beach.

I had this storage unit for over 3 years and didnt touch it for all those years...It has been kept nice and no one bothered it. It did start at $59 and now its $86. However its time to end my lease. The management is superb and very understanding.

Clean facility, easy to access, great help on site, and reasonable pricing. The only drawback was the upper-level unit and having to go up and down the portable stairs. It makes having heavier boxes difficult to store. But, this specific facility was very well maintained and managed.

I have been with them since 2017 I called the office trying to pay my bill I am locked out of the system to pay it because they changed over to cube smart you think that the storage vault I would have told you they were changing over but they didn’t I called today around 4 o’clock and no one picked up the phone it kept ringing and ringing and ringing so I didn’t get to pay my bill and now I’m going to be charge late fees if I could write the place zero I would I’m really not happy right now I would like someone to call me back I kept on calling the store and I left messages how do you expect me to pay a bill if no one picks up the phone

They were not clear with there pricing. First they said it would be $105 for the first 2 months for a 10 X 10 locker. Then after I made a reservation they told me about an administrative fee. Then they told me the 105 rate was only good if I stayed 2 or more months. I only needed the locker for 2 weeks. I hate it when people give you a price and then you find out it's not the price when it's time to pay.

I rented a climate controlled storage unit at The Self Storage Vault in Brightwaters, NY and would highly recommend it! The facility is brand new and so clean! The manager was very resourceful in helping me to determine what unit size I needed and they even offered me free use of their move-in truck to easily get my things moved in. The storage facility is locally owned, so I was glad to be supporting a local business too.
