They say online that closing time is 6pm which is a true lie. I arrived at 5:47pm (after lugging alot of things) and all the gates were down, closed and they were closing. I stated to the employee (who had a bad attitude), I will be writing a review about this and he said "Go ahead it's just a review I will let you in this time but next time it's 5:45pm". I also informed him I called 5 times and nobody answered and he stated "Something is wrong with your phone. I don't think you called 5 times and nobody answered ". When I showed him the calls I made on my phone he laughed and did not even apologize for his statement. I got to my storage unit and there was a big ladder there which I had to move myself to put my stuff into the unit. When trying to exit it didn't let me and another woman exit we had to go through the main (staff) exit. The attitudes are bad for what you are paying for and unfortunately this is the only storage facility near me, but might be looking for other places.

I dislike the fact that cube smart offers "climate control", but staff doesn't have access to adjust the temperature within the facility, in the winter the place is freezing and in the summer it's sweltering. On the day of move in, my unit was in bad shape, I ended up having to ask for a broom and a mop to clean the unit myself. I've noticed roaches coming from the unit next to mine.

First off I’d like to thank Samantha and her coworker a young man that was present the day I visited. As a first time renter at a storage facility I thought the experience was exceptional I mean from start to end very stress less experience. I didn’t quit know what to expect I was nervous as this is a new experience for me however by the time I left the facility I had a smile from ear to ear. I didn’t expect this place to be so clean I mean. This place will put your worries at ease I worried about insects or animals getting to my belongings but not here everything is perfect it’s very well lit and secure I can sleep peacefully knowing my belongings will be safe. The hours of operation are very convenient too if you don’t have a lock to secure your unit you can purchase one of theirs for very little money and the best part of all they have auto pay which means I won’t miss one single payment. Again I would like to thank Samantha and her coworker for a great grand tour that included lots of information about the facility you guys are very efficient and helpful I truly appreciate y’all I’m not sure how long I’ll be renting for but one thing for sure I can recommend this storage to anyone. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends

The place is usually clean and staff friendly. What I don’t understand is why are the storage hours only until 530pm all weekdays and weekends also? We pay a lot of money , well everyone does also to have very limited access to our personal items. I understood during the rough early Covid stages the limited hours. But not it seems that management is taking advantage and keeping those same hours. Closing time used to be at 8pm. Most ppl get out of work at 5 meaning they can’t get to their storage units. This is a major problem and I am going to close this account and search elsewhere.

Cubesmart is a money hungry establishment that was very inconsiderate during this pandemic. They would deny me access to my things even though I explained to them that I had lost my job just as millions of others across the globe. Horrible service and customer service is horrible. Always dealing with people with attitudes and you could never get in contact with this location. One time our storage had urine thrown over the unit and we told them what happened. They just took photos and that’s it nothing was done. I was a customer that has always paid 4 months in advance. Manager rushed to take my payment and left me waiting over 45 mins to cut my lock as asked. Time came and he refused to cut the lock bwcause it was time for him to go home. I left with my property which i lost that night. Upon retuning the next day ro complaint he told me sayonara we don't need you. I used all my credits and left for good. Am talling about thw heavy set Spanish manager with the bold spot. All I can say Jayson was amazing and for that I will always use Cube Smart as my storage company and refer to friends. I will tell you why he made my experience amazing and unforgettable. I was moving on a Sunday which started late, I arrived at CubeSmart at about 7:15PM freaking out because you close at 8PM. Jayson made sure that I would be ok and he would honor extra time. He lent me more than one cart at a time. Also I got locked out multiple times because it was after 8PM and we were still finishing up. I swear I had to call the desk for him about 5 times and guess what not once did he make me feel like I was bothering to the point he even let me use his access code because mine stopped working because of the time. Extremely disappointed with this location’s level of professionalism and work ethic. We arrived at 7:20pm, plenty of time to store four medium sized boxes, since they close at 8pm. The employee informs us that they close at 7:45pm instead of 8pm and if we were still here past 7:45pm we would be considered trespassing. Excuse me? The store hours are listed online AND PRINTED on the front door. So after we had hauled four medium boxes down SIX flights of stairs, rented an uber, arrived on-time, he told us to come again tomorrow. He then proceeded to lock the gate a little before 7:45pm, as if there were nobody else there — he had to come back out of the office to let three people and two vehicles off of the premises. In the end, we went to Manhattan Mini Storage. It was heaven.

Typical storage place . What i dont like is that they raise the prices with less than 30 days notice. My unti was roughly 150 a month now its 200 . It went up slowly but never the less it still went up . If i didnt have to go thru the whole hassle of moving everything out and going somewhere else i would've done that. For now ill stay until i have time to move elsewhere

Great storage place and great prices! Only problem was, I was reserved a moving truck for 8a-12p, and the manager never showed up that morning and ruined my tight schedule. I had to bargain with another customer who had a van to help me move that day. Only the maintenance guy was there, and they're not authorized to hand out keys to the trucks. The manager never showed even when I came back, they had a different manager there. Other than that I'm very satisfied. Would like to give 5 stars if the manager was there. Since he wasn't I would give 1 star, so I think 3 stars is fair.

Not only are they extremely easy to get to but they are also super friendly, very helpful and understanding of your needs. They have a moving truck they allow you to use during the 1st month for free!!!! Cuts moving cost all the way down. #ThankzCubeSmart????

The CubeSmart Self Storage that I am a part of have respectful and helpful employers. They assist you with concerns and answer the simplest questions that arise. I also am very happy with the unit(s) we have had and have upgraded to in the past. I do have one concern that has nothing to do with the employees but rather with the company. There is an increase every year between the 6 and 9th month and it's understandable in order to keep the business going, but, there is no long-commitment recognition and therefore nothing to that gives committed renters the incentive to continue their business with them when not only they but other self-storage rental companies are giving great deals for new renters.

I had a wonderful experience, the staff was amazing, the manager Eliezer was so attentive. The place is clean, with parking, and loading handtrucks for your personal use. I am so glad I chose this storage over many other options in the area.

Siobhan was very professional and accommodating. Exceptional Level of customer service! The only negative thing i have to say is it was a bit inconvenient because i reserved a truck and it ended up needing an inspection the day of... they definitely should of planned ahead and not figured that out when I was depending on their vehicle. I ended up going to Uhaul which was more time & money spent. In any event the job got done.

customer service is really bad, they don't know how to talk to people. not once did we get a call saying our account was over due, instead they call to tell us that out uint is being put up for sale. every time you call the store no one is there to answer, you have to go through the customer service line to get any info on your account and then when they call you its from a different number thats not listed on the site. NEVER AGAIN will i use this place..

CubeSmart needs to re-evaluate their garbage disposal policy. I emptied out a unit and needed to throw away some things and then was told I would have to take my garbage with me when I leave because their disposal was only for their purpose only. That needs to be dismissed from their policy especially if I'm a paying client. That is why I'm only giving 3 stars. Put some dumpsters for the paying clients to empty their trash.

The first day I went to rent a space the staff were great. I been with them 2 months, if it wasn't because i can't afford to move at the moment I would of been left. When I call they have attitude over the phone.. The moving truck was never available. I can't wait to move out. They are rude and I wish I knew where to report them.

They advertise 1. Free month but it's not true! They give you one price, then once you go in, it's charge upon charge! They do not specify cost properly, there aren't any refunds, and the workers don't even pay proper attention room to your concerns. Worse experience. Never doing business there again, nor will I refer them. Oh and remember never miss your payments or they auction off your property!
