I recently had a positive experience with CubeSmart. The customer service was excellent, particularly thanks to Henesy, who went above and beyond to assist me. She patiently took the time to show me the facility and explained how to access my storage unit, making sure I felt comfortable with the process. The storage units themselves were clean and well-maintained, and I felt confident that my belongings were safe and secure. However, I did encounter one issue with the hours of availability. I found the operating hours to be somewhat limited. Despite this minor inconvenience, my overall experience with CubeSmart was good, and I would recommend their services, especially for those who prioritize excellent customer service and secure, well-kept storage facilities.

I storage my stuff there yesterday they was nice watching bring my stuff in. When I got home 2 hours later they call me before they close saying an employee pop my lock by mistake they change the lock so I sent my son to get the new lock. But I told him to open both lockers to see if everything was there. He call me and 22 pairs of sneakers was gone. I didn't even have this storage 24hours. Then when I get there they tell me the camera wasn't working and I have to go though insurance to only get 2000. Please I had sneakers in there that cost 2000 dollars there no way they giving me just just. Don't put your stuff here they watch what u bring in and the employee are looking at what u bring and and working together and covering for one another. Most of everyone that work yesterday didn't work today. This not the last time they hear from me. Everyone please don't put your stuff here because they will steal it and play like they don't know nothing. 22 pairs of sneakers didn't cost no $2000 dollars when one pair cost that much I'm so mad right now and I will do everything in my power to fight this. Don't leave your stuff here. I want the owner to contact me manager that was there yesterday after I go make a report I'm calling new station because this is not fair you have employee there stealing from people. This was a inside job nobody can't get up there without access. If this the last thing I do out of my 51years of life everyone that was working yesterday will pay for my son 22 pairs of sneakers getting stolen my lawyer will be in touch

I came to cubesmart, 1425 Bruckner Boulevard, Bronx, NY, for the first time. It is clean. The lady at the front desk was kind and courteous. She knew the prices off hand. She even did a walk through, so I can see which storage unit I wanted. I even got a 40% discount and first month free, for the storage unit I picked. The rest room was clean. I would recommend this place.

Wow! Just what an amazing experience. Let me just start by saying, Alberto needs a raise! I have never dealt with storage units and have always had the perception that the process to move-in would be such a hassle. Let me tell you that with Alberto's coaching, advice, and assistance.. things were a smooth as can be. He was very clear, explained every step of the way and made us feel so comfortable through out the whole process. Not to mention, we did everything in under an hour. Signing Up, Loading, Unloading, Fitting things in the storage.. EVERYTHING. This man has to be a Tetris Champion because everything that I had fit so perfectly. I would recommend this location to EVERYONE. Make sure you ask for Alberto. He's great! Made us feel right at home.

I have used different storage companies and locations throughout the years. This CubeSmart on Bruckner Blvd and Bronx River Ave has been one of the best locations. Some of the reasons I liked it: 1. Great customer service. Thank you Henesy, Alberto and Avi for always being professional and courteous. The team at the front has always been friendly and helpful. 2. The location might be new or maybe they just have great maintenance staff. It’s always clean and well kept. 3. The office is connected to the storage warehouse entrance. This is convenient for when you need to check out a cart to move items in or out of your unit. I’ve been to storage spaces where you have to walk around the corner of the loading dock to get to the office, which is not a convenient set up especially during bad weather. The only reason I left is because another storage company had a 4th of July sale with 50% off. But if this location ever has a sale that matches my current rate, I won’t hesitate to return.

My “Cubesmart” experience was a wonderful, stress less and smooth experience. This being my first time with this process, their demonstration of their utmost professional and limitless patience towards me. The Staff, Ms. Hennessy went Above and beyond their duties and helping me, via telephone calls or going in person, in accommodating and assisting me. Ms. Hennessy and another staff, who's name I regretfully cannot pronounce was there and always helping I removed my property from the storage unit. This area are always kept clean and feel safe. The Cubesmart in the Bronx(955 Bronx River Ave) deserves a 5 star rating! The facility was very clean and well-kept. Gabriel Santiago, Ericka, Sanchez very good customer service love the family environmental feeling, my experience went from an emergency to problem solved within minutes. Gabriel also help me install a plug outlet giving me electricity inside my unit to plug up my bike very important to me helping me sleep easy knowing that my belongings are in safe hands. Be aware of these people, they don't tell you that if you can't afford your storage that if it get auction off it also effect your credit as well. So even if you on time with your payments your credit don't approve but if you don't pay it, your credit is effective. Shaking my head.

They were polite as usual, but it broke my heart that I'm still being charged a fee just for switching my unit to a smaller one. I got laid off and I can't afford such a large unit, so I arrived to break down some stuff, take some home and reduce to a smaller unit. I thought Cubesmart would have a heart right about now. Guess not. Meanwhile the elevator wasn't working, so I have to wait till it is, to move my stuff.

This without a doubt is the BEST Cube Smart in New York/Bronx! I've been using storage spaces for years for my extensive Dj equipment nd record collection. And used from all 5 boroughs.....From Manhattan Mini Storage, Public Storage, Safe and Secure U-Haul...You Name It! Let me start by giving proper accolades to Honey (Yes, that is her name, beautiful and sweet like the word..) who is the General Manager of this facility and her Assistant Manager Marcus, did an OUTSTANDING job in working with me in finding a perfect downgrade size from a large one that I already had due to a tragic death in my family. They were extremely compassionate, knowledgeable and insanely patient! In my years in New York (which is alot) This was the only professional storage facility that didn't act, shall I say "GHETTO!" They didn't suck their teeth when asked a question, didn't roll their eyes when I wanted to see different sizes in locker options or talk like they have freaking marbles in their mouth. Bravo to the staff at 1425 Bruckner Blvd!!!.....They All Deserve RAISES!! Thanks Guys!!

This CubeSmart location is great. The location is easy to get to and the staff is super nice and friendly. I made a last minute reservation and Jeffrey helped me every step of the way, from calling to confirm I was going to the facility, to making sure I had the perfect size storage. And he made sure that the actual check in process was painless. Another gentleman at the facility also helped us but I never caught his name. Moving ones stuff can be stressful, but this location made sure it was as easy as can be. Thanks guys.

I’ve been a customer here for a few years. It’s clean, plenty of cameras and staff on hand. Today I switched units because I needed more space. I got a unit in the same row and the process was easy and I achieved my switch in about an hour. The only thing I don't like is that they charge you a fee to pay your bill whether you call in or try through their website. You must either go to the store or have a check sent from your bank. Really inconvenient considering it's 2019 and greedy.

The most recent experience at this site was unacceptable, to say the least unprofessional. I came to the storage site on Saturday and to my dismay saw multiple cars parked In front of the Bruckner site. I waited HOURS to access my unit. After waiting the first two hours I contacted the customer service number at which time they were only able to take my contact information and share that they would “call us when they heard something.” Three hours in and nothing yet. It is most frustrating to be treated as if the money I pay monthly is insignificant and being held hostage from your possessions. At a minimum, I should be receiving some written correspondence apologizing for this inconvenience and compensation monetarily ie: free month for each hour I had to wait.

I started renting a unit at this location in February 2018 and have always been treated very nicely by the entire staff. Today however, I received top notch customer service!! Yesterday and today I had the pleasure of speaking to Siobhan. When I explained my situation to her she was not only professional in offering me options to help resolve my issue, she was empathetic and kind. I have been going through a few changes due to some financial and personal issues these past few months, and feeling at my lowest these last few days. I was afraid that things were not going to go well at all. The act of kindness that Siobhan showed me was something very much needed. I wish there were more I could do to have her recognized as the valuable employee she most definitely is to your company. You definitely need to hire more people of her caliber. Thank You again Siobhan you are a wonderful young woman!!!

When I first got my small unit there was extra deals (internet access and Free coffee/tea friendly customer service) after 1 year not only did the Internet access and coffee disappeared so did the "friendly" customer service. Today was an excellent visit that was different from my past visits being that I needed assistance with having my phone charged and the mangers on duty (Lyz M. & Siobhan M.) was nice & curtious enough to allow me to do so. I had visited 3 other places prior to choosing this place and the staff here is what made me at ease. During this emotional time I was very frantic and full of questions. Very very unsatisfied after being a loyal customer for a very long time their trying to auction my stuff I basically feel like their muscling me to pay one month late into the next I understand it's a business but I'm always late because I'm never in town and they had my contact info. wrong after advising them to call a different number i tell you the truth i only stayed with them because I didn't want to deal with the moving out after they raised my rent they couldn't even provide me the contract I and company signed or agreement so that I could go over it I'm still waiting for the email the thing that bothers me the most is that I always pay even with late fees and all I'm moving across the street see how they treat me to each their own judge for yourself.

I had the pleasure of chatting with 2 ladies name Carmen and Jennifer at the front desk these ladies where excellent!! Between the kindness of both of my visits and the overall introduction to inform me on how the storage operates I felt very comfortable using the storage facility. I'm so glad that there is still great customer service in the world and these 2 ladies are great representation of that.. Good job cube smart keep them!!

The manager Liz was extremely helpful ! I've been renting a unit for more than 2 years and I've never had a problem ! I currently upgraded to bigger unit and Liz was very helpful

Excellent service, The unit was as expected, the managers were very helpful. They even let me use their truck, almost for free, 5 starts
