Terrible Terrible Terrible Not only was my storage broken into once, It was broken into twice at this same location. During the 1st robbery they offered me another unit to move into Which was a complete lie, my storage had to be broken into again to get moved to the 1st floor for things to get even worse, i've been going back & forth with the insurance company they use for coverage "GREAT AMERICAN" and after about 2 months since the second robbery, they did not cover the robbery of my unit because all the false statements the location gave to the insurance. Its so unfortunate that i have to take such a lost with all of my valuables that were stolen and not being compensated for it. Save your self the trouble at all cost, its not worth it. this place is not a safe place to store anything..... DISSAPOINTED!

I have had a unit with CS for just under 10 years & through all the mishaps & issues that arise, the Staff has tried their best to support me & my rental. I just recently downsized & Sandra was a wonderful help! She worked quickly & made sure I had what I needed while I moved my items. She was on point with the paperwork & even made a call to solve an issue with an old account. Her customer service was greatly appreciated! I had to pay the monthly rent to cancel my lease. I was 9 days late and they didn't let me get my items until I paid the rent even though I was canceling the lease. I will be making a complaint with BBB and disputing the charge with my bank as well.

I've had nightmare experiences with storage facilities in the past, but this one, by far has been the best!! The units are similar to other places like Manhattan storage, but the price is much more affordable. What sets this place apart from others is the customer service. The front desk rep, Jonathan Coleman, was exceptional. I had the opportunity to speak with him about getting a unit. He was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I have a 10×15 unit at this location . The staff is well trained and provide good customer service . I'm only giving 3 stars caused of they gave me a price which they raised it after the 3rd month !! Also you will only have acces to your storage after 9am to 6pm , making it really difficult if you need a tool or something for that same day you'll be loosing a good portion of your morning waiting for them to open.

First I would like to thank the staff at CubeSmart storage for their kindness and understanding how important it was for me and my family to change back to CubeSmart storage. It was a very smart move. It’s clean and location is wonderful for me. They were honest with me about pricing. They save me over $100 dollars with the change over. They are like Fort Knox they make it hard for anyone to steal your belongings. Did I mentioned that they stay open Monday through Sunday from 8 to 8 the office and the lot. I really don’t know what storage does these things for their customers. I can't say enough good things about Valerie. Valerie facilitated a stressful move from beginning to end. First, I came by the facility and asked a ton of questions. She patiently and knowledgeably answered all of them. She's the reason I ultimately chose the E. Tremont facility even though there was a promotion going on at another Bronx facility. Then on the day of move in, she was enormously gracious in helping me get the dollies quickly since I was on really tight timing. She was able to assist me, without me feeling overwhelmed and gave me a courtesy call concerning my next cycle and the charges to prevent. Service like this makes me happy to be a customer. After searching diligently for a last minute storage facility, I came upon Cubesmart .This location was highly recommended, and truly was an experience beyond expectations. Due to a particular situation, I needed to temporarily store my furniture, which was a complete inconvenience.Valerie the manager, was our consultant, she kindly and patiently gave us a breakdown of our available options. We advised her that we will consider Cubesmart, however we were not ready to make a decision right then. At no point did Valerie pressure us into signing a contract. I'M BASING MY OPINION ON HOW I WAS TREATED.I FEEL LIKE SOME THINGS NEED TO BE REVIEWED,LIKE THE STAFF NEED TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ON THE CONTRACT POLICY,RULES AND REGULATIONS,AND NOT BRING THEM TO YOUR ATTENTION WHEN THERE IS A ISSUE. THEN THEY TRY TO TELL YOU THAT THEY EXPLAIN IT AT THE INITIAL CONTRACT AGREEMENT SIGNING.NEXT THERE SHOULD BE ATLEAST ONE DUMPSTER FOR SMALL TRASH,NOT FOR BULK TRASH LIKE FURNITURE,BUT FOR THINGS THAT CAN FIT IN A TRASH BAG.I KNOW THAT CUBE SMART IS NOT IN THE TRASH REMOVAL BUSINESS,HOW EVER SOME TIMES YOUR CUSTOMER"'S MAY NEED TO DOWN SIZE JUST A LITTLE TO FIT INTO THEIR UNIT.KEEPING THE CUSTOMER AT A ONE TRASH BAG LIMIT FOR NEW UNIT MOVING IN LEASE HOLDER'S WOULD NOT BANKRUPT THE COMPANY.WHAT EVER HAPPEN TO KEEPING CUSTOMER'S HAPPY AND SATISFIED? I ALSO HAD A CUBE SMART LOCK CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT WHICH I DIDN'T MIND BECAUSE I NEEDED ONE BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A COPY OF THE RECEIPT,WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DO YOU GUYS DO?THAT'S UNPROFESSIONAL.

They're very helpful and very clear on unit information and the services they provide. No issues with moving in, although I got a pretty small locker high up it was still spacious and accessible. Will continue to use this branch for a while.

I gave cube smart four stars because I received too many phone calls to confirm my reservation, after I had already confirmed. But... besides that I give Might a 10! She is very professional and really care about her work environment. I have never seen such enthusiasm at a storage facility. The place is clean,. well lit and very secure. When I first went to cube smart the managers there were so friendly, informational and respectful..they answered any questions that I had and knew what they we're talking about. Also Cubesmart is clean and secure, it never crossed my mind that any of my stuff would be taken cause they assured me that, out of all the other storage facilities, Cubesmart is the best of the best and if I needed to use them again I would and I would recommend my friends to use them..Thanks to the staff, and Mig Torres and Otie Edoris for the great service

Customer service was should I say PERFECT the manager there Mig, was super friendly and very welcoming. She Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable not only while I was there but as well as over the phone. The employees are very nice, no problem. The accommodation to gain access in a top unit that requires a ladder it is ridiculous wait time because of one latter on the 1 floor for 311+ unites is crazy. If you have all the time in the world by all means. I spoken to employees and manager their only response is they have brought their General Manager. In other words just pay your money and deal with it. They have will be losing my business because many complaints on this issue for 3 month I've been there. Who knows how long before this issue has been going on.
