I recently open an account with CubeSmart and work with Angie. She was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient thru the whole process. In this new climate it’s hard to find good customers service but Angie was old school. Going above and beyond doing many roles yet never lost her connection with the customers. Her due diligence was something you don’t see anymore I hope the company appreciates her and the asset she is to this organization.

I asked the receptionist to use the restroom and her response was a complete no...there are not much options for us as drivers and with tight schedules to meet.... Today was the last day at 1200 water place facility and was sad to go. The staff was incredible. Dealing with the aftermath of hurricane ida was horrible. The loss of many of my belonging was frustrating for me and many other . I want to give a special thanks to Angie Caballero who was so helpful and sympathetic to me any many of the renter's at this facility. She is very good at her job. Just wanted to thank her if I need to rent another storage unit It will definitely be with cube smart.

Stay away. No flood insurance and inflated prices. Horrible customer service. I moved to extra space storage and got a bigger unit for half the price cubesmart was charging me. AND EXTRA SPACE HAS FLOOD INSURANCE, HIGHER PAYOUT FOR DAMAGES AND CHEAPER RATES. OVERALL EXTRA SPACE IS BETTER IN EVERY WAY. Horrible experience with cubesmart. Lost about 4k in items during flood and insurance didn't cover. Wont have that issue with EXTRA SPACE!

I lost half the contents of my storage unit following storm Ida due to "backup of sewers/drains". I was not promptly notified. I received a voicemail message to call the facility over the labor day weekend which when I did nobody was available. I called Tuesday and was made to understand that my contents were probably damaged because there was "water all over the place". I arrived Tuesday after work with three family members to clean the unit and throw the damaged contents into the street. There was mold already growing on my possessions. No additional carts, cleaning supplies, help, ANYTHING was provided by Cubesmart. I wasn't even given the courtesy of a reduced bill for the month when clearly I could not occupy the unit. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

My wife and I are a fairly new customer, and when we initially met Angie, she was an amazing help, and very kind. When we got our unit, we didn't get to use it right away because we went on vacation. However we got back and tried to use the unit, but the key wasn't opening the lock for some reason, even though Angie thoroughly opened the lock with us the first time we got it. Angie was thankfully there on site and was so nice and understanding. She tried the lock herself a few times, and it didn't work. Instead of her giving us a problem, she was so understanding and fixed the problem right away. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE Angie !!!! She may look like a little fashionista petite older woman, but let me tell you, She was a boss lady, and grabbed her tools and started cutting the lock. I was almost tempted to ask at first so I can do it for her, but she certainly did not need my help. Angie deserves whatever credit, raise, or promotion she can get!! She is definitely so helpful and welcoming.

I'd been a Cube Smart customer since January 2020 and I'm just able get in to write this review. I must said, Ms Angie Caballero is such a caring person. She had comfort me during this transition of losing my home due to a fire and losing my father who had died in California. She allowed me to vent and cry without judgement. She has great customer service skills as well. She'd informed me of all my rights pertaining to becoming a Cube Smart customer. Ms Angie has still up to today, 11/25/2020 hasn't change of being courteous and providing service with a smile. Also Ms Liz Morales is very welcoming and friendly too. This is the worst storage facility in the bronx. i have had nothing but trouble. Since day one. Pad locking the unit for 2 days late. The security gates not opening to access my unit and Tanya stated" drive through them its ok if u break it, it happens often". ANgie is constantly apologizing for the continuous errors made by them claiming to be human we make mistakes.

Location is ideal and parking is not a hassle. Easy-to-access loading dock. Location is clean and lightning is great. No need for additional lightning for the 5' x 10' storage unit. Customer service was excellent and the manager, Angie was very helpful and informative.

This place is clean and presentable with multiple entrances. The worker i dealt with was incompetent. There was apparently a glitch in the system. I had made a reservation prior yet it took HOURS to get me set up. The worker refused my suggestions to call tech support initially, until 34 minutes later she relented. She gave a hard time allowing me to do a paper contract (which i suggested after the 2nd hour of waiting) and allowing me to pay by credit card with a paper receipt. Had no idea what to do.

I had reserved 2 units for a move. I went there on a Sunday morning since their states hours were from 10-2. I arrived at 10:30 since I had work at 12. The doors were locked, I called cs, they tried calling the person on duty, but they never answered. Now scrambling and in panic mode, I went to another of their facilities. I was moving the following morning and was going 1.5 hours North and wasn't sure if I'd make it back office hours. I transferred my reservation to get the promotion 1st month free for 2 units @ $130, did I get the same promotion....NO...they wanted $260 for the same units. So I left and wound up leaving many things behind at the curb.
