Very competitive rates here. The staff here is very helpful. They are very organized as well. Never a problem getting thru to someone on the phone. And if you leave them a message, they follow up on the callback. Take advantage of their promo specials they have from time to time. The facility is very clean and most importantly secure. The initial storage rate was a no brainer. The location is convenient for me and the employees have been very helpful. They definitely made me feel like VIP when opening my storage and getting a delivery of goods into my storage. I forgot the young lady's name who assisted me initially, but Cory was the gentlemen who assisted me and he was amazing. His customer service was immense.Both of them were good. After I was all completed in opening my unit, Corey said, welcome to the family and I really felt him being genuine. I think it's beyond the company, just who he is. He's an asset to the company. I got my first delivery and it was a LARGE delivery. He went out of his way to assist the truck driver and I unload my things and got it done quickly! I was impressed at how helpful he was. He made me as the customer feel valued.. I felt like he was a helpful cousin or something. He definitely meant it when he said welcome to the family. Another thing I appreciated from the staff is that they made me aware of the frequency in which the unit would increase and that the site had no control over how much it may increase so there was no surprises. That's something my 1st storage unit never shared and I was caught off guard. So far, I happy with my choice to use cube smart

Cost of renting a storage unit at Cubesmart was no longer competitive with other storage units in the area. By shopping around the Cubesmart area I found Life storage which was $81 per month as opposed to $222 a month for the same size unit. I hope to see how Life Storage treats me as a customer compared to how Cubesmart did. I had been with Cubesmart for 5 years. My rate went from $100 in 2018 to $222 in 2023. Fingers crossed ! I must add that although I had prepaid Cubesmart storage $222 in advance for the month of September and I had vacated my unit on September 9, Cubesmart did not want to give me a prorated credit for the 3 weeks I hadn't used. Plus the District Manager for the Bronx store0105, Wendy Chin, does not return customer calls and the staff at Cubesmart try to run game on dealing with Customers regarding credits and refunds. Very Bad Customer Service, that is why I give them 1 star.

The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful (5 stars for them!) but beware! This location is constantly increasing your monthly fee. To make it worse the facility is not as nice and it once was. Elevators are frequently out of service and lights don’t work which make for a big inconvenience when trying to locate items in your unit. I have read other reviews about rodents and have also recently noticed evidence of this which is sad. Used to be a great place.

Buyer beware! Your initial unit rate will change drastically over time and the increase in your monthly rent Will increase EXPONENTIALLY! *WARNING *Extremely disappointed in this location. Prices have gone up drastically by over 75% since I rented my unit. They offer absolutely no rationale for the drastic and FREQUENT PRICE INCREASES!!! I have inquired as to why the prices go up so drastically and why they don’t treat current customers with any level of loyalty. Tonya and staff are amazing. I am solid in my decision to change facilities. The facility is clean, services were explained thoroughly, benefits were offered. I was mislead with an offer for a unit that does not exist anywhere. What was advertised as a 5x10x8 unit in the Tillotson Bronx location then became a 5x10x4 unit which presented as 2 separate 5x5x4 units. Each of which fell short of those measurements. Such business practices are misleading and deceptive. I doubt the legality of what was done and expect a FULL REFUND

The customer service here is superb. A special shout out to Tanya Aviles, The general manager there who was extra kind patient and patient, work in the front by herself and going above and beyond. Her call of duty when I left and lost my phone in the bathroom there. I went back to retrieve it and it was gone. She took the time and checked the cameras to track down the person who last used the bathroom and basically had the person come back and and return the phone to the facility and I was able to get it. She did this all this after I had left and she went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm glad I left numbers for her to contact in case she heard anything and she did. She was just such a blessing. I really really really recommend this place.

They were all very nice knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction with my unit. My experience was smooth and I gained 3 friends in the process!! Thank you Cube Smart!! Almost forgot my 2 friends in maintenance that keeps the ground’s sparkly- Giovanni and Dylan does an amazing job with cleanliness from the outside to the bathrooms. The store is spotless. The Cube Smart on Tillotson is fantastic. The place is airy and bright and clean. I have used other places in the past and I will never accept anything less now. This location should be the standard for all others. The customer service is top notch as well. I was given two tours on different days and both were great. Everything was explained very clearly to me and I left feeling very confident in my decision. Huge shout out to Helimah. I was very hesitant to get a unit in the first place, but she made the whole experience so pleasant. I have recommended the location to family members already. Thank you so much for all you do :) My only suggestion would be to please add some vending machines ??

The unit I had was a boxed cubical it fit all of my items I had even when added more stuff I still had a decent amount of space left which was amazing but that all came to an end when I got my apartment with my GF I took all my stuff and ran xD I just did not like the fact that because I was two days late on my payment even though I was leaving CubeSmart I had to pay my balance to close my account other wise it would affect my credit that is a real sneaky way to get money out of people and very unfair I hope that isn't how CubeSmart gives a free month to the next person renting the storage units !!

Priced too high. Don't reward customer patronage by allowing current customers to downgrade and take advantage of the same low rates as newbies. There are several self storage facilities in the area so I went to a competitor whose rates were much more competitive and will allow me to upgrade or downgrade and enjoy the same rates as newbies; i.e., everyone can take advantage of the current promotions regardless of their status (newbie or current member).

CubeSmart on Tillotson Ave. in the Bronx is the best storage facility I know of in the borough, NYC, Westchester county or Tristate. The team is led by a wonderful General Manager (Tanya) who is very professional, considerate, friendly, and knowledgeable. Location is easy to get to via public bus or vehicle with highway seconds away. Interior & exterior of facility is always impeccably clean and provides safe accommodations to keep us as customers safe as well as our belongings protected from any pest damage. My wife & I have used this facility since April 2020 and at no point have with we been dissatisfied. Thank you Tanya & your team for taking pride in your work & providing excellent customer service.

I moved myself and it was not a good idear my doing the move with no help got me thinking nothing is going to go right until I stored my belongings in CubeSmart CubeSmart was the only thing I did right especially after I lost my keys to my storage unit all the help I needed was at the CubeSmart storage place. I’ve used CubeSmart before and they are definitely the go to for storage this place is clean and well kept. I love how there’s covered parking so need to worry about rain or snow. I also would like to applaud them for having more than one furniture dolly in the facility and not just One or two This made my life so much easier as I had a ton of items to store temporarily due to a relocation. I was amazed by the wonderful personalities of the staff. They were pleasant from the initial inquiry and remained consistent thereafter. They answered all of my questions. On my move out day, Dom and Johnny were very helpful and gave me individualized attention. Kudos to the CubeSmart staff at the Tillotson Avenue location. I have never had a bad experience in my years there. The facility is clean, well maintained, climate controlled, secure, there is ample parking and always a cart available for me. I love the accessibility the mobile app offers. No more memorizing codes or carry paper slips, hooray! This location served all my needs. They are conveniently located and the hours are great. They also have a van available for move in. The down side was the high renewal rates, however, they did waive the fee increase during Covid. My unit was a 10x10.

The staff at CubeSmart located at 2301 Tillotson Ave Bx, NY is the most amazing place to store your goods. The staff there is very friendly, kind, helpful, and care about their customers service and service needs. They go above and beyond to be sure your satisfied. I have been renting a storage space at this location for the past 7 months and customer service i received over this past weekend was amazing. Mrs. Martina Mauleon and her staff met every need i had with much professionalism, concern, and most of all great care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this particular location. You will be 100% satisfied!

Fatima is amazing, with a smile of gold and she gave me the best deal....EVER! I? will recommend anybody and everyone. Just ask for Fatima and Martina I had to increase my storage space and Helimah was a pleasure to work with and made my storage purchase a pleasurable experience. She showed my wife and I the storage space twice to ensure we were purchasing what we thought was adequate for our storage needs.

The service at this location is great. Martina was a great representative. She was pleasant, informative and patient. The use of a van for free is a nice accommodation and I like how they have accessible carts to help bring up your items.

The place is nice and customer service is great price is good but there is 1 thing that need to take into consideration for business that there is no 24 hour access and also the opening time for business access begins at 9 am I hope this change to 7 am -8 pm. Apart from this everything els is ok

My experience at this CubeSmart location was great. Tanya and Tanisha were so helpful and friendly. I’ve been here for 2 years and have no complaints! They deserve 5 stars because they are the best. Everyone that I’ve had interactions with were very nice to me! 5 stars for this location!!

This cubesmart self storage just recently opened up at Corner street. Went in and immediately I was attended to with a smile. The young lady at the front desk started explaining the procedures to me and asking me question in order to accommodate my need. She then gave me a tour show me where my stuff would go and other necessary information. I got into a hiccup with the scheduling of the truck.(Not affiliated ) I called her back and it was fixed. If not it would have been 5 stars. I would reccomnend this storage facility .

Upon arriving I was greeted very professionally and courteous, I was immediately shown better options to choose from and given a better opportunity for a more suitable storage unit for my needs at a reasonable price. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend it to everyone I know who needs storage space.

I had a great experience at this CubeSmart location it was my first time there. This facility is very clean, spacious, and secluded. Martina was helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody looking for storage. The prices are less expensive compared to other storage places I researched.

100% satisfied the place is one of the BEST and Cleanest place I've encountered,the person that took care of me did a fantastic job at explaining everything fully so that I understood every detail I give Marilyn a 10 star!!!! Okay. The place is nice. What I don't like is being told I need to buy a $12 lock cylinder when I already had a lock. And that never came up when I was reserving. It's dishonest and makes me feel cheated.
