It's okay we are looking into getting a different storage unit place to see if it's cheaper. They raised the price on us without any warning. Said it was the post-office fault that the notice wasn't mailed/received. Can't they e-mail notices? Just a suggestion for future notices.

I’ve been there since 2018 and never seen a bug; my stuff was clean and always safe. Bugs was a big concern for me because I’ve heard horror stories but with cube smart, never saw one in my unit or around. Ever! My stuff was just as clean as when I moved in. Of course my stuff is well wrapped, as best as humanly possible with what is given but as far as for me, never an issue.

Terrible experiences always. I'm pretty sure people live in these storage units. I've heard people pleasuring themselves and moaning inside the unit closest to me. Disgusting experiences almost every time I have to go there. They definitely have rats and roaches and has a weird musty mouse smell. I wish I'd never rented a unit. And the prices are crazy high, for this shabby service (about $90 a month). Also, don't ask the front desk employees questions because they can't be bothered to even answer with any sort of way except mundane, bored and unhappy. An all around negative experience

This storage facility is HORRIBLE!!! The staff represents the exact opposite of courteous customer service! The tone is always very matter of fact, if they even give eye contact. Your rate is going to increase multiple times a year for no reason even if the facility access decreases!!!!!!!. They make their own hours, close off exits, use the parking lot for their cars and are no help when you have issues!! My unit was leaking from RAIN, and when I spoke to the manager she gave me mattress bags to cover my items and told me to call customer service, about water currently leaking on my stuff???? CALL SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT! The damn phone call won’t control the water! And what facility doesn’t have a garbage area for customers but has a dumping charge in place for customers if you leave garbage here! I pay a total of $700 for (2) units! I’ve seen water bugs and cockroaches in here! I hate this facility and am getting my stuff outta here! Never will I support a business that treats paying customers this way!!!! Yall need to address this issue!!!! (Notice the gate is closed and the time is 241pm.) This facility closed at “6”, but if you’re not here by 530, you ain’t getting in!!! THEY SUCK HERE!! The maintenance guy is cool but has the whole loading area smelling like cigarettes, the Spanish woman with the prosthetic leg is the nastiest of them all! Her attitude and entire disposition sucks! If she hates her job, she should work somewhere else. The ONLY good person there is the African American gentleman with glasses. It’s been a while since I’ve seen him so I hope he got the hell outta here!!

Beware of rodent infestations. We stored our furniture here and, unfortunately, it was all destroyed by rodent feces and urine. This is a considerable health hazard. And, on a practical level, this is not a covered loss by Great American, the insurance offered by CubeSmart. While Jeremy, at the front desk, is very kind and helpful, there wasn't much he could do to remedy the situation. We escalated the case over two weeks ago but thus far have not been offered any recourse. Save yourself head and heartache and find another storage location!

Called today to make sure my storage unit auction i wont was ready to be picked up. When answered by Jeremey , he tells me “sorry i was just about to call to say the buyer paid” and i said “well that would have been good to know that yesterday so i didnt waste time and money driving into the city. He responds back with a real rude comment and says “well the stuff isnt yours anyways”. I dont know how you let ignorant people like this work for you. Goes on to tell me i know how you guys work you rush here to clear out all the stuff thats not yours. Guy clearly doesnt know how these work. Cubesmarts are getting worse and worse and i do these auctions religiously at multiple different venues.

What made my experience good was Jeremy Jones who work at the Brooklyn location on Atlantic ave. I've been to quite a few of these storage places and this one is my favorite. Don't get me wrong, I've been to some newer ones that had a better overall appearance, but the customer service there is second to none. Everyone wants to help, no one is playing on their phone pretending they don't see you. Even their master of the custodial arts (janitorial jedi) was knowledgeable about the units and could give you ideas about what might and might not fit. Ms Rubina is awesome, for someone like me who travels a lot, it was good to have someone call me and let me know my bill was coming up. Kishana also, super professional but also made it feel personal when they spoke to me, almost like family. I do wish they had a trash bin although I understand why they don't.

I reserved a spot for vehicle storage online yesterday (10/20) and then received a call this morning (10/21) to confirm the reservation and pricing, and did so. Within 10 minutes of that, I got another call (this went to voicemail) informing me that the spot was no longer available. I would have totally understood if another reservation for the spot had been confirmed ahead of me and I'd just missed out. It was incredibly irritating and unprofessional however to confirm a spot and then take it away.

I had spoken to them prior letting the company know I was going to take a lease with them. I hadn't mentioned the boxes because I thought I would arrive before it arrived however UPS is quick. Upon arrival I was greeted by Keshawna, whom I had spoken with beforehand when she confirmed my appointment. Keshawna showed us various storage unit’s which I appreciated, she didn’t rush us and answered all our questions! She was super informative and patient. She explained everything from lease signing, to insurance, to what could fit in a unit, and also informing us we could use a truck to help move our stuff for 2 hours with a driver, as well as how to use the keypad in the elevator. She helped us get the storage unit we needed. All in all I had a great experience from beginning to end.

This is my last month with cube smart on 2887 Atlantic ave.The females who work there are scammers and insist on continuing to swindle me out of money. I paid my late fee today so the bill comes up to $103 that is with the late fee. When I noticed the same amount was put in for the next month bill I realized they were attempting to scam me. I asked if the late fee charge added to the $94 was a rent increase or late fee- and the so called manager couldn't answer. This store will receive no good reviews from me. If you have to scam people for money get a better job or a career.

My HUSBAND and I have been using this location besides the other 2 that i have for over 10 years. I have only been to this location maybe 3 or 4 times. My husband pays the bill in person for the past DECADE. Now our bill was behind and he went to pay the bill to regain access. The manager was sarcastically professional when i asked why WE couldnt get a courtesy just allowing me to send my New York state driver's ID via new email being that we don't have access to the old email. He says it's impossible what do you do if you moved out of state have to come all the way back because of an email screw-up? I've called the corporate office waiting for a response.....

Great storage. Storage space upgrade is only allowed until the end of 30 days. If you need more space immediately, then you have to buy a separate storage space. Customers are not refunded for unused days, if they give up storage before the end of the month.

I am going to sound like I drank the kool-aid but it really must be experienced to be believed. Jordan, the manager, is an angel and is always a pleasure to interact with. He takes excellent care of his customers and knows what's up. We would be so lucky to have more people like him in the world. Facilities are very clean and well taken care of, and I've always had excellent interactions with the rest of the staff. Disappointed I had put a good review for them but now that they feel they can no longer assist me in emailing a stamped invoice to my email address changed the way I think of them. Called to have my bill scanned and stamped with cubesmart logo indicating the bill was authentic and not altered as proof for another entity then emailed to me, now is not possible all of a sudden. Claiming it's their policy. I explained I live far but that didn't matter to them. It doesn't make sense for me to travel 2 hrs there to pick up a paper. They've done this service for me lots of times in the past. Since they don't want my business, then I will take my business elsewhere.

Customer service is great. They send alerts to make sure you pay your bill on time and if you do happen to forget they're great about following up with you! I gave it 4 stars because they raised the price after a few months. I was hoping it wouldn't happen till after a year had been honored. If you're moving be prepared to be done at 630p instead of 7pm. The gate closes at 630p along with the elevators!

Cubesmart is definitely convenient! The customer service is great and im able to go in and get things from my storage unit throughout the day. Moving supplies are available for purchase if you dont have any of your own. I've been a Cubesmart customer for almost a year now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The unit sizes are very accommodating and easy to access. The cherry on top; I dont have to worry about my things because they offer a protection plan!

Great customer service, value and facilities. I only needed a storage unit for a month, and they still gave me a great bargain. Also, the place is a comfortable size. It isn't a giant maze like so many other storage buildings so it doesn't take 20 minutes just to reach your unit. When you are paying movers by the hour this makes a huge difference in your bill. And the staff is always friendly, which is the opposite of the robotic treatment I've received at other chain storage spaces. I will definitely use this cubesmart again when I need storage.

The facility is really cold but I love their customer service. I met a manager named Ashly and Jordan and when I tell you they made me and my mother feel welcome.
