Someone cut the locks on my Storage and tagged everything as if they was going to steal it, sell it. They also had enough time to a new lock on the Storage I pay for. If I did not come when I did all of my stuff would be gone. It just seemed like a inside job.

So,I happened to have had a storage unit at CubeSmart Storage for close to several months,at the time I paid nearly $100 dollars a month...more like ninety bucks per month. I originally gave CubeSmart four stars,but I have to change my rating. There was another storage place I rented from years ago...they actually were better than CubeSmart,that was Manhattan mini storage...and they at least had restrooms in their facilities. CubeSmart,wants to be like Manhattan mini storage,but they're not. So,I usually paid on time...right,well...turns out all the on time payments didn't mean anything if I was late with one. Why? because CubeSmart slapped me with an late surcharge of $10 dollars,not $1 or 3 or even five dollars...nope a surcharge of $10!!! So,with that I'd say there are a lot of storage places around...CubeSmart is one of them,but you could do better and look around to get a better deal.

I don’t often write reviews, but sometimes the service is so exceptional that it deserves to be shared. I will just say that after leaving a location in very close proximity to this one and being disgusted with the customer service (attitude from hello), I was filled with gratitude after walking into this location and being helped by not one, but two awesome individuals and Ms. Gonzalez and Ms. Nunez. Looking for storage can be time consuming, stressful and costly. These two young ladies took the time to answer my questions, helped me compare the sizes to my needs as well as show me the spaces despite it being near closing with absolutely no attitude. I didn’t feel like my questions were a bother at all. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference and these two professional ladies, at this very clean and well kept location was exactly what I needed to solve my storage search. Thank you ladies for making me feel like a wanted and valued customer. I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs. I’m grateful to the young lady from East New York location (Sad I can’t remember her name) who recommended me to the location after her location didn’t meet my needs. I really didn’t know where to start with this review. I was moving from Staten Island to Brooklyn and we ran into heavy traffic. We were going to get there an hour before closing the latest. We weren’t going to make it. I called storage explaining that I have all my things with me and literally nowhere to put it and I had to return the moving truck. This wonderful woman named Karla, stayed and we got everything in DANGEROUSLY FAST lol. I’ve never been so appreciative and grateful. Overall, the staff at this facility is very polite and professional. I’m so glad I chose this location and it’s in a rough neighborhood at that. Great job!

Have been storing here for a couple of years. The neighborhood is a bit rough yet there's plenty of on site parking. Most of the staff is super helpful. Kelvin, who I believe is the manager and Karla especially stand out. This place I always go to put my stuff in storage and let me tell you it is one of the best. I have storage in there right now, and dig this, I got a space that hold 5 big black bags of all my property and my big beautiful bike for only $96.00 a month, and the first month is free. First of all, Karla ( Pitkin Ave. location) is amazing!!! She assisted me with everything I needed for over 2 years. My first day walking into the door, she explained everything thoroughly and helped me choose the best option. Anytime I had a problem, I called her and she helped me find a solution. The associates at cubesmart pitkin ave are jus plain fantastic. They are helpful, polite and quite knowledgeable. The facilities are always spotless and extremely well managed. All round excellent storage facility.

Great, Clean and very well kept facility. Most importantly what I have experienced of the staff has been politeness, courtesy and they make you feel that they are truly there to help. Makes a huge difference compared to other storage locations I've been to. In the process of moving so we closed out one of two units there yesterday and even with that the manager there (Simone) provided an extra level of service that my wife and I truly appreciated. Would recommend this particular facility highly.

Clean and spacious storage units. Staff is very helpful, and friendly. I just wish they had longer hours. Otherwise no complaints. I would definitely recommend this storage place .
