Super easy signing up for a storage unit, you can tour the place before signing any lease or everything can be done online if you prefer that. They have better deals online so I do suggest going that route, and you can secure the online prices while still signing the lease in person. Staff here are all super friendly and the facility is clean.

Just yesterday I needed to arrive in time before closing or I would have had to keep my stuff from the rain overnight. I called ahead to indicate I could possibly be late.even though I made in in right before closing. The staff allowed enough time to store my things with about twenty more minutes to spare. That might the rain pour harder than ever. And I kept a sense of peace of mind.

Best Self Storage in Brooklyn! Kathyryne, Jahnah, Jessica and Tony are so great! I have been renting with them for 2 years and they have been so helpful and accommodating. The covered loading doc is useful and it's easy to take a ride share to the location. The complimentary moving truck was also a lifesaver. Highly recommend!

Jessica was very friendly, patient, and understanding. She listened to me ramble. She was understanding when it was time to pay and I forgot to transfer the money so we had to do the payment again. Then after I told her I didn't need a lock because I had one from before only to find out I picked up the wrong lock. So I had to go back the next day. Should state that access to storage is cut off at 6:45pm got there at 6:46pm and was denied access to my unit not to mention it was a car blocking me from entering the facility there went the extra minute and I’m pretty sure he worked here he pointed at his watch before slowly moving

When I had a reservation to get a unit, they wouldn’t stop calling me and leaving me messages, and they always answered the phone when I called them back. Now that I have a unit, I can’t get them to pick up the phone smh. What a difference a week makes.

Terrible customer service. Try and avoid if possible. Staff not interested in helping customers. Limited parking. This morning one van was blocking all spaces and front desk had not managed situation. Uncaring place...do not use!!! Last time I went they were more concerned about closing up and did not abide by official closing times. Do not use!!

The place is clean, the worker I had Angelique was friendly but just read the fine print and bring your own lock, it’s much less expensive than their $20 lock. And check to see if the monthly rate will increase after 2-3 months—especially if you choose auto-pay.

So far, I am having a good experience at Cubesmart. I like my space and the comprehensive system to enter the facility works well for me. I especially like the fact that the facility is clean and well-kept. And, I appreciate the climate-controlled environment. Recently, I moved in to one of the storage units! My experience from the initial walk through to moving in was very professional and better than i expected. The staff was very knowledgeable of the property, specials, contracts and guidelines. The property is spotless from the reception area, bathroom, loading dock, corridors and of course the storage unit!! Compared to other storage facilities i visited, Cubesmart is the absolute best! Koodos to corporate and management, brilliant team at the Atlantic Avenue location!!

Staff is kind. Prices for units are expensive and go up steadily over time 5×8 340.00 a month started out at a much lower rate. After almost 10 yrs of loyalty, I had to let it go. That's a car note payment.

For starters, the rent increase was ridiculous. I've used several different storage facilities over the course of more than 15 years and I've never had a $43/month increase. The fact that CubeSmart thinks it's okay to impose such a drastic rent hike is unacceptable. Beyond that, the staff at the 1260 Atlantic Avenue facility needs serious lessons in customer service. I've dealt with the manager and her staff on multiple occasions. They are generally all unwelcoming and act as though they don't want to be bothered, despite working at the facility's front desk/office in a capacity that exists to provide service to paying customers. Even during the limited interaction involved with getting a cart, they can't even muster words like "Hi", "How can I help you?", or "Have a nice day". And forget about a smile. Why would I want to pay significantly more for the same space and deal with an unpleasant staff who clearly doesn't appreciate me as a customer?

I've only dealt with CubeSmart at the 1260 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn location. So far, the price has been competitive, the facility is very clean, the front desk customer service as well as the follow-up customer service/reminder phone calls have been great, and all of the details associated with my purchase of storage have been clearly explained. I've dealt mostly with Anika, but everyone has been good.

Had to move my storage due to an older location closing. The team made the transition SO easy and the new location at Nostrand and Atlantic is a huge improvement. Clean and efficient. The staff was super helpful and friendly and MOST IMPORTANTLY, they kept our monthly charge the same. They also called me to alert me I did not lock my unit properly which was a great service. Recently, i was told that my former storage facility was closing and that i had to relocate to another storage facility. This wasn't the problem, except that i was now leaving in Florida. TIS staff coordinated and arranged the move, provided me with all the documents several days in advanced so i had time to review and sign. Their assistance was invaluable. The day of the move came and went without a problem. I am happy that TIS is my storage facility.

I want to say that I was very satisfied with the workers and also how they were very helpful in many ways to me. I just moved into one of their units and was very happy to be here. Any questions I had all the staff workers right there for me to help me in any way I needed it. I would recommend Treasure Island Storage to anyone that wants to have safe keeping of the personal items and protected as well. Treasure Island on Atlantic and Nostrand is very nice brand new and the storage places is bigger than the old one but if you're going to transfer are you going to join treasure Allen, need to go to the one on Atlantic and Nostrand customer service at the desk is excellent and a manager she's very nice and she's a good listener. This lady is the one who makes the decision to raise the price or lower the price. And excuse me and I left them in out the men at the Des has excellent to very good listeners. They will, date you whatever size unit that you need the price may be a little bit more because the units are bigger than the old units. I am honestly a bit shocked at how great an experience I had with Treasure Island storage. My expectations were low—I just need a space to store some stuff... but every person I interacted with was super nice and so helpful.
