This place has lots of room to park by. Just in case you're tired of having to search for parking to get to your storage unit. It seems a little out of the way to get to, but if you don't mind driving a little over to College Point then it's a little less stress I'd say. Place is quiet and easy to get to your unit.

This is my first time renting with CubeSmart and I must say that my experience was extremely positive. Prior to entry (after reserving a locker), I received a call from a polite staff member (apologies as I had forgotten their name) explaining the process and details of the reservation. She was courteous throughout the entire conversation and provided all relevant information very well. In addition, she answered my questions quickly giving me the impression that she is knowledgeable and knows her position well. Upon entry I met with staff and was guided by a member (apologies again as I forgot her name as well) and her trainee (Mr. Wilton(?)). Both were professional and courteous and provided a comfortable environment while introducing me to the locker load in process. Every instruction provided was clear and easily understood. All details and information regarding the locker, change policy, promotional policy, late fees, etc were explained so well that I did not have any additional questions as they were already answered. In addition, the transaction process (in-person) was easy and fast and I did not have to worry about online sign up as everything was handled efficiently. Overall, I must thank the staff for their assistance and guidance. Most importantly their customer service and attitude was fantastic and spot on. Thanks to the staff that I met today, I would highly recommend my friends and family to rent at this specific location because of the staff. I was very comfortable throughout the walkthrough and if any trouble were to occur down the road I know the staff will provide assistance without any trouble. CubeSmart 31st St. In Flushing is by far the best self storage location i have used before. I have two units for both business and professional use. The location is clean and well managed. The only challenge I encountered was a significant mandatory 6 month rate hike but the company worked with me to keep it within my corporate budget. They make me feel like a valued customer!

I went into this facility to check it out because I was looking for a short term storage option (didn't need it in the end). Anyways, I called ahead of time and a perfectly polite person picked up. I asked if I could come stop by for a tour, she said "of course, just stop by anytime as long as we're open. If you decide to stop by today my name's Kendall and I'll be more than happy to help you". Since I had some free time I decided to stop by about an hr later. I walked in, said "hi I called earlier and spoke to Kendall, she said she could give me a tour?!". Immediately Kendall greeted me warmly and said she could help. She proceeded to give me a tour, I IMMEDIATELY realized the place was immaculate. Fair prices for various units. She gave me so much information that at the end of the tour I barely had any questions! She gave me her business card and told me to call the number on the card and ask for her if I were to ever come back. Although a couple weeks later I didn't need the storage unit, if I ever do need one I'll be sure to return because of Kendall. Never have I ever met someone who works in customer service that was extremely professional and polite. Anybody looking for a storage unit should definitely check this place out.

Ms.Jackie Thompson Is the BEST worker , she was an AMAZING person while renting my unit. she showed me the best unit ever, it fits everything and more!!! I rented a 5x10 unit and a 10x10 unit . It was GREAT!!! Her smile and energy was so Beautiful. I will recommend my friends and family to rent at this site. Thank you Jackie for your amazing time.

I’ve been renting with Cubesmart for a few years now and I’ve always delt with Jessica she’s awesome I was happy when she started working at this location because it’s closer to my house I immediately Moved out of my other location and went to this one the staff here is so nice and friendly I made a great choice p.s and they have a soda machine!!!!

I’m very impressed with the service and facility at this CubeSmart location. Viviana was my service agent. She was an absolute delight. She was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She made what was an unfamiliar undertaking for me easy and pleasant to follow through. She guided me through the whole process in a most efficient and proficient manner. Each time I come by to use the facility, it has been very pleasant experiences. I definitely recommend this location for anyone who needs to store their personal and business items.

I went in today to sign my contract for the storage unit reservation. Ms. Reyes was very helpful with every aspect of the process, from taking me up to the unit, explaining (literally) the ins and outs of the facility, and giving me my codes. She was also friendly and professional the entire time.

Awesome service! The definition of great customer interaction / service. Freddy not only ensured I was happy with my online reservation, he went above and beyond to ensure my process was completed with full knowledge of me operating the facility as well as my storage unit and so on. Great personal connection with the people in this building! Every other self storage unit I have used has never provided a level of service this advanced. Kudos to you guys!

I had a amazing experience at CubeSmart of college point. The customer service is a A+. I had the Manager by the name of, Jacqueline Thompson helping me. She was extremely helpful , friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. She took her time with me, wasn't pushy and got me exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this storage facility. Not only are the staff amazing with there customers , but the facility is extremely clean and the pricing for the units is affordable and reasonable. My experience and overall review for this facility is a A+++. Highly recommended !!!!
