Talk about amazing personality and service she was there to answer any questions I may have had. Only question was is my unit a day time unit. Bit of an inside joke but Tina is great.

When they say prices are subject to change they were not kidding. My storage space went up over $100 in a matter of months initially and increased to over $500 in less than 18 months. When we first got the unit (an interior space), we were proactive against rodents and insects by putting down glue boards, diatomaceous earth and rodent repellent. Within 3 months a roach was on the glue board together with an assortment of spiders, crickets and other insects we couldn’t identify. For 2 years the same rodent trap was kicked around by the entry door. We often stopped in to find the exterior door open or ajar, allowing bugs and rodents easy entry. When we were leaving, a glue board in the back of the unit had an additional roach, beatles and a mouse. I could have thrown up. The driveway had craters in it and are falling apart for the whole time we rented the unit yet they had the funds to add additional storage spaces. If you have to store stuff do like we did and be sure everything is in tight sealed storage bins. This place sure wasn’t worth $462 a month that we were charged.

Very friendly staff. Easy to set up unit rental. They provide a bag within each unti containing information on office hours and gate code, a nice hand written thank you card with contact info for office staff and a brand new lock with keys. All documents are easily emailed and contained a map of the location with your unit highlighted to make the process as easy as possible.

Renting from Cube Smart in Liberty has been the fastest, easiest experience I’ve had with storage….ever! The online rental process was seamless, and moving in was simple. We were greeted by friendly, helpful customer service and everything was ready to go, including a welcome packet and lock in our rental unit, and a card with a smiley face welcoming us to the facility. The facility is clean and bright, inside and out, gate access is secure and straightforward. Couldn’t be happier with the experience start to finish and we know our belongings are in good hands.

Everything was on point. The staff Tina & Adam were very professional, kind & friendly… The unit was clean, my only concern was the automatic light, and that the door was not holding so we had to place a rock there and that was kind of iffy. Wouldn’t want myself or anyone to get their fingers pinched on that door. Other than that, I would highly recommend that place for anyone to storage their items…

No longer has 24 hour access unless you pay for it. Charges a credit card "convenience fee" TO PAY ONLINE! Leaving the gates open all day negates "controlled access" anyone can come and go if they don't have to sign in/out.

I am super pleased with the security and presentation of the facility. It is clean, very well unkept, from the storage area itself and the paved roadways to and around the unit, even the bathroom and office are super nicely maintained. The fences surrounding the storage and the gates all feel like this facility is super secure. Octavia the office manager was able to recommend where I could get help when I was in a really tight time wise situation. The help that came was great and I was able to bet my truck unloaded in a most orderly fashion and get my rental truck back. Octavia and Saviel where both patient and kind, which really helped because I was not at my best, and they really helped. I Thank you both very much. I look forward to meeting Tina in the Future when I go back to the storage. I am very happy with the fact that I chose Cubsmart. The storage is secure and this one is climate controlled which matters for me.

Expensive prices keep going up yearly. Lights in my area haven't worked in 7 months. Been a customer for 10 years keeps changing ownership. I've complained several time and get told we have to be patient. 7 months is long enough.

I store my stuff there, but I haven't been able to see my way around my storage unit for a couple months. I complained to the company that the motion sensor lights do not work in the area where my unit is located and there has been no progress in fixing the issue, so at this point, it's jet black in there and it makes no sense to even attempt to retrieve anything from there because I can't see!

Liberty. CubeSmart provides excellent customer service. Always check the hours for access. Gates close at 6:00pm. You can still contact the manager and explain your individual circumstance. It's still wise to get all your questions and concerns answered.

Excellent customer service! My mom has had a storage unit at this location for years, but during COVID did not get the bill paid. Tina tracked her down (even though she had moved) and let her know of the problem and Octavia was awesome in helping me fix the problem for my mom. So wonderfully helpful and nice. Only giving 2 stars for cleanliness and location. It's way overpriced and they give no leeway if your bill is not paid on due date, otherwise your unit is locked. Very uncoordinated information from in person staff and over the phone inquiries. Access gates are not reliably operational. Can't wait get my stuff out of there.

There is NEVER anyone there. We even waited 40 minutes but had to go . Have been overcharged, and have late fees because i can't get through to anyone to pay .Won't let me pay online so i am screwed. Can't get to my items because i work and there is no one there when i get off. When i do get time to run there to pay no one is there. I call repeatedly and have left messages explaining my situation and no one calls back.

Have a storage unit and have used their units before.Just so happens that the one I have has electric out in the entire unit so I have no lights and have to use a flashlight to see what I am doing.Was told they contacted an electrician but nothing yet.OH Well not a big deal.Units are clean,security cameras everywhere,gate access by pass code,competitive prices equal to all other units and a choice of climate control or non.If it wasn't for the electric issue I would have given 5 stars.
