My friend recently has a unit in the queensbridge cubesmart and I must admit I'm astonished!! Didn't expect the friendly service from the store manager and her associate plus the unit and building itself was spic n span clean!!! Unit itself was impeccable and from bathroom to inside premises I was totally impressed!! Store manager accommodated all her customers as I was in lobby with professionalism and knowledge . I'm normally a picky person expecting something negative in these types of companies but I must say...IMPRESSED!!!

The location was convenient but the hours of operation was not convenient for people like myself who work a 9 to 5 job. There is no time to visit your storage space at your convenience. As a long time renter of Cube Smart, the units rent has increased tremendously for such a tiny space. Just wasn't worth renting anymore. Hopefully the hours of operation will increase and the rent will decrease. If that happens I will rent from Cube Smart again because the staff was always kind to me when I did have the opportunity to make a rare visit and close my unit.

I had an amazing experience using this facility! The move in and out were super smooth. The units and facility are clean and very well kept. There’s even music playing in the background which makes the move less boring. The staff was super helpful and friendly, from Amanda over email to Brian and the manager JR who helped me fix an issue with my keys when I moved in. Highly recommend this location and would definitely be renting storage there again if needed.

Cube Smart is not a favorite anymore. Being a valued long-standing customer means nothing to the establishment. My Mom has been sick & I missed one month payment over stress. I gladly paid two months at a time and was hit with a 10.00 late fee three times + 110.00. I have had a storage unit with them for over six years, well not anymore. I will be moving on. I think there should be a legal remedy for the treatment I received.

Pretty decent. Clean, climate controlled. Parking is a bit tight with room for maybe 6 cars at most. Usually a spot available though. Imo units are a bit small for price. Shop around the neighborhood for cheaper options. You're really paying extra for the climate control.

I recently moved some things out of my storage unit. Upon doing so I accidentally left my tool box. Luckily Jr Rodriguez got my tool box from the dolly in the parking area and held it for me. I have visit this location several time and Jr is always pleasant and helpful. The moment I stated I left something and described the item he went in the office and got it for me. He is honest and goes up and beyond to assist the customers. I would also like to mention that this facility is always clean and staff is always readily available.

My movers canceled on me during the window they were supposed to arrive. They were also storing my items. I called to see if they had any availability in a panic and CubeSmart calmly helped me with all my needs. He was understanding of the situation and personally took me to the unit when I arrived. Kevin was able to get me a great deal. Tell the other guy that some person has a name. Never refer your customers to a nonexistent name. It is disrespectful. Especially when the person is standing right there. Even though, he apologized. When he did that, it made me feel as if I didn't matter. Now I would never recommend the storage facility to any family or friends.

I've been a renter here for the last 2 years. At first I had a small unit then I upgraded to a larger. The customer service is excellent. I worked with Tempest M for all three transactions -- initial rent, upgrade, and move out, and I thought the service was top-notch. The service bays have had parking every single time I've gone. They even play music throughout the building which is a nice touch. My only wish would be for longer hours into the evening past 7. But overall I've very happy with this Cubesmart.

Great experience overall! This is the second time we've used this location and couldn't be happier. The place is well organized and spotless. Special thanks to Christyn and Nicky. Renting a storage space is usually a pretty mundane process but they make it fun, always accommodating....and always with a sense of humor. Thanks! Get a coffee maker for those cold winter days! ??

I have been renting a storage unit for my business, at the CubeSmart location on 21st street in LIC, and I have been very impressed since day 1 with the Staff's professionalism, customer service, and upkeep of the facility. Excellence! NYC moving is intense, not matter how you shake it out. Cubesmart has been the most pleasant and solid part of my moving experience. They hooked me up with some movers and were super helpful during the initial lease signing. They continue to be so friendly every time I go into my unit. Shout out to J.R. who keeps this place sparkling! Seriously, this particular location is the cleanest storage space I've ever seen. Tempest in office is amazing and super helpful.

Do not give them your phone number! —I was very surprised at how storage has become the new telephone marketing scam. I made one preliminary call to find out their rates, and I was called mercilessly thereafter, up to five times a day! Their prices are no better than the competition, but if you do rent from them, be sure to use a burner phone!

Great CubeSmart that is exceptionally clean for a storage provider. The staff is very nice and helpful — I had not one issue with my move in. If this location was open 24hrs, like the other CubeSmarts I've used, it would put it over-the-top. Nonetheless I would recommend this location to anyone in the market for storage!

From the moment I walked into the facility I cannot begin to tell you how professional Tempest, the store Manager was. Tempest greeted me with a smile and was extremely polite and professional and went over the fine details of my contract with me. She made the dreaded contract experience very smooth and easy :). I would absolutely recommend this location and especially the staff. I had to make a lot of last minute changes and both the office (Tempest helped me!) and the maintenance staff (JR went above and beyond!) were so incredibly helpful, courteous, and a pleasure. They really helped me find the right unit for my needs. They also have a great loading dock area which made it easy to park.

Clean, and very accessible storage facility. Easy to get to, with 4 loading bays. Large elevators, and the code must be entered to access doors and elevators so everything is very secure. Prices are great, and 2 hours of a truck with a driver were included with my unit. Above and beyond all that, the staff is amazing. Friendly and courteous, they walked me through all the steps, the facility, and helped me address a few issues with my move (that were no fault of their own, really my problem they went out of their way to help with). If you are looking for a unit in the area, you can't go wrong here.

Entering CubeSmart, I was greeted with some wonderful staff, that took their time to understand my issues with the reason for the storage, they even shown me around, as well as the storage unit that I would be assigned to, and the layout with the security code is a plus. Also the staff kept a smile on their faces at all times, made me felt wanted to and safe to leave my belongings in their storage place. I want to say thank you Ladies and Gentleman for the service and the service with a smile.

Unfortunately, those on the phone for CubeSmart's center made things incredibly difficult and gave me a bit of a run around. The company they work with for the free truck is also difficult. However - Tempest is a fantastic manager and really saved me. She was kind, friendly, professional, and helped in every way she could to make the moving process better. She stayed late to make sure I got everything in my unit, gave me a deal on a second unit when the key broke in the lock, and assisted in the quick closing of the second unit. Overall, it appeared the place couldn't be run without her. It's rare to find good customer service in this city and Tempest is the greatest example excellent customer service.

Cube Smart on 21st Street and 39th Avenue has a great staff! The people are always available to help you with your needs, and treat you with a great deal of respect. The new units are always clean alongside the premises! I feel very safe when I am working in my storage alone as well! I would recommend this storage location to anyone.

We were looking around for different storage unit options in Manhattan or Astoria/LIC, and had previously rented a unit in this same location when it was under a different name, so we took a look at CubeSmart. We were pleased to find the same clean, well-run facility. The manager Greg was very helpful and took the time to help us look at several units before we decided on the specific size we needed.
