i stored my items with this company for more than 5 years and it was getting expensive however i was lazy to move. i just kept paying them. Now i was not able to do so and requested to move out but with all the years i was giving them business they were not able to do anything for me. Not only that they are super strict and their timings are horrible. Most of the time the people are not in the office. Sarah is horrible and rude. She claims that she is the manager. will never store with them again. I rather go far than near ones.

From the time I started the review and then decide to go with cube storage in Woodside making reservations on the phone was very easy very clean totally explained on what would be happening with the discount is and then I got to follow up phone call to make sure everything was okay with me and I can go over and see the cute whenever I wish went there the people there were very very nice they took you around they let you see your cube we did everything except close it out didn't close it out into the day I told him I want to start my payments to start went there the young man who helped us the young woman who helped us when we first got there was very sweet very sweet very nice lady very knowledgeable and then the young man who helped us when we went to close the the contract out he took us around he took me back to my tube to let it see what it looks like we got our keys and a lot he was very helpful they both answered all my question including the two interviewers on the phone when we did the reservations by phone I want to thank them all thank you very much

Nice clean place but their rates are unreal. The rental rates always change from day to day but even though they may rise they will never go down. My rates rose in only 4 months and then again in under a year....for a room the size of a closet 5X5X8 to $150....which is ridiculous because that size can be found for less than $100 elsewhere.

I've just signed up for a smaller sized storage unit this weekend, and the CubeSmart rep was really thorough in explaining the different levels of payment, along with the benefits of each. Since I was looking for at least a year of storage, I was able to get a good deal by paying for the year up front. I do feel it's a pretty good deal, no matter which option you choose. The location is clean, well lit, and temperature controlled. It felt very secure to me as well. The day I signed up, there seemed to be only one person running the entire place; clearly, she's not able to handle issues inside the storage area as well as new customers. The office was locked up when I first arrived (I was confused, as there was no "Back in 5" or anything). Obviously, it was locked and deserted again while she showed me the space. Perhaps it isn't feasible to pay more than one person, but signage might help when away from the office.

I have never heard of CubeSmart prior to visit on Saturday February 17th. I went in to ask about pricing and size. My initial experience when I walked in was amazing, Caprice was very attentive he wasn't pushy. He explained all the fees associated with the rental, it was alot to read. I did ask many questions but he was very patient and explain it to me . One disappointment with offering the free truck and driver, it wasn't transparent as it seems. I wasn't aware that the driver wasn't on site, that should be told upfront. It's a great selling point though. Caprice has a great personality , and did an outstanding job. Kudos to the person who hired him. Great asset to your company.

Very clean place but today saturday 06/30/2018, I am really disappointed. I've never been threatened like that before on a place where am a customer. Am for years having an storage space here and always customer service is excellent. As there is not any garbage can inside the building. I decided to put 2 empty paper shopping bags on the garbage place located on the parking; outside the building. I was surprised by a man that came out from reception yelling like crazy saying not to do it and using attitude. Never wants to give me his name. At the end said his name is Caprice. He speak so loud to me as if I were a child and was so agressive talking. Several times he sugest me to shut up and said he don't care if I make a report. Worse customer service I had ever on this facility. It was today around 1:40 pm. He want to charge me for put those 2 empty shopping bags on the garbage. I consider this place don't need him on that position. Maybe move him to work away from people.

Moving my things from here asap. The staff is very shady. Every time i go to my unit the workers come up stairs and pass my unit to try and see what i am storing in there so they can try and steal from me. And if that's not enough i got sick from inhaling dust that drops from the ceiling its ridiculous how much dust is growing on the ceiling. I feel sorry for people that are storing their things in the higher units i can just imagine how much dust probably falls in on their stuff. I can never visit my unit in peace every time never fails the workers pretend to be looking at units but really only coming up there to look into my unit. No privacy what so ever people don't go here go elsewhere without such shady nosey staff

I came in a day late because my drive to the unit took longer than expected, but the management had no problems with this and moved my reservation very easily. They were super nice and friendly and helped a lot along the way. In the end, all my things didn't fit the storage unit I picked out and they happily and easily helped me pick other options for getting my things safely stored so I could get out there as quickly as possible. Great service and the security seems really good too! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs storage in the area.

First of all. When you first come to this place they beg you to write them a good review and now I see why. Every time you go here and visit your unit there is this guy named ray he stays on the floor until you leave and keeps walking past your unit to see what u have in your box. I have actually witnessed him going inside of people's boxes before. He's a thief. They also have a rat infestation and my things in my storage unit got covered in rat poo and piss. You would think they would take care of the rodent problem but nope they can care less. This place is disgusting and dirty. You should see the ceeling it is covered in dust and it falls on top of your things if you have a top box. And let's not forget your things are not safe here the top of the storage box is a thin grid wire that anyone can easily break into. I will update this review of everything I am talking about with pictures to show. I am looking for another storage place and taking my things out of here ASAP. PICTURES ARE SOON TO COME!.word of advice people there are way better places to store your items don't store them here or you will deeply regreat it!!

Had such a great experience here. The manager Manda helped us, gave us the best price, and was just a really fun person to be around. The storage unit we got was a 5×5×4, its clean and easy enough to get to. We came a bit late(630) to sign the lease on our move in date, and had some stuff to put in. Manda was there and was so kind, she helped us get it done. Also right across from a great little shopping center. And a very short walk to more shopping.

Facility is nice but there are moths and a few months later they can raise your rent so you either pay or leave. The front desk explanation was that "rental prices go up based on market demand" ......so I left! I'm sure you are thinking "will they go down based on this same market demand"?

Staff is friendly and courteous. I had a unit for about two years, they helped receive and store my shipments and were very flexible and professional. I truly enjoyed working with them.

Cubesmart is a good place to keep your belongings, it is clean, air conditioned, Cindy Denison is awesome, and so is her staff. I only gave 4 stars because the prices are high, they should be more reachable to the working peoples pocket.

These folks are the greatest. Always helpful, always caring, always making me feel special. I had an issue with lighting in my storage locker, and they went over and above duty to get it straightened out, installing a special lighting fixture so that I'd always be able to see in there. I love these folks.

Cindy, Bill and staff were awesome in getting our storage unit. We originally booked 4 smaller units because the larger units were not available at the time, so a day before of our reservation we get a call from staff and said there are two large units available on the first floor we took it. It was real thoughtful that they kept this in mind and really made our moving so much easier. Thank you Cindy and Bill for all your help.

I have used many self storages as my life as a New Yorker but I have not be as impress as I am with this location!!! So clean very help fill and super friendly!!! Mr Marcus help with ALL of my storage need. Answered everyone question with great detail and knowledge. I would highly recommend this particular location for all of the storage needs!! This is my first time renting a storage unit, so I read many reviews and decided to come to Cubesmart to check out the location. The ease of getting to this location by public transport and by car is great. The storage units are spotless, very clean and safe. Tempest helped me secure my storage unit, showed me the different options and clearly explained how everything worked. Other staff members were also very helpful. I would highly recommend this Cubesmart location to anyone who needs to store their things based on the how well the facility is managed and the great customer service.

I store inventory for my vintage furniture business at this Cubesmart location. It's important to me that the space be secure, clean, well-lit and accessible and at Cubesmart it is. But what really makes this location exceptional is the professional and courteous staff. In particular Tempest, who works at the front desk in customer service, is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It is a pleasure to visit the facility and be greeted by Tempest. She understands my business, my schedule, she knows my staff and she is always able to help make the time we spend moving things in and out of storage both productive and pleasant. She helps to coordinate use of the facilities -- managing the elevator, "traffic" flow in the aisles and she has even let me know when particular storage rooms that meet my specific needs became available. Tempest is an asset to Cubesmart and to my business and she is a big part of the reason I am so happy with the Cubesmart facility.
