5/18 @5:15pm the man on duty was very helpful and professional. I love the easy access to the storage unit and how clean the hallways are. It’s easy to go in and get out during the day and at night. There’s plenty of room to drive in and park by the unit to unload. I would recommend this storage place.

They'll lock you in for over 3 hours giving you a different wrong code every time you try and call. Then they'll "leave a message" with a sleeping supervisor with no estimate on when you'll hear back or receive any sort of help, and tell you to leave your car behind and walk 20 miles home in the middle of winter, to the point where you have to call the police to be let out, and they'll think $25 is a sufficient "credit" for almost costing you your job for being several hours late to work by holding you hostage. Been here 2 months and it's been a HORRIBLE experience. Don't store your stuff here.

I’ve had my belongings in storage for over 6 months And I must say the indoor units that have climate control are great!! The ones that don’t aren’t so great But I will tell you that Keith goes above and beyond to Make your experience is a good one!! He has been very professional and helpful since the day I met him and he’s the reason I stayed with cube smart . I feel Keith is an asset to the company he has gone out of his way to help me with a troubled lock and any questions I’ve heard he’s always answer them he has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable when you walk in the door

You should really go out of your way to get your unit at Cubesmart's 94 Dolson Avenue location in Middletown New York.Rebecca handles the walk-in and online reservations like a pro, and gives you the sense that what you need is important to her, and not only to you. It's true Cubesmart offers a great service in many locations throughout the country, but you'll think about taking care of all of your storage needs at 94 Dolson Avenue in Middletown, because Rebecca is there--you cant beat her patient, confident, professional, and friendly way to look after her clients, and you won't want to leave Rebecca, even if you have to move. I just got my storage today and it’s a nice size I’m happy with. A couple of concerns though. I dropped off my stuff at 7:30pm and it was DARK back there. There are no outside lights at all which was really scary considering the fact it’s secluded in the back of other buildings. Another thing is where are the carts because the B building had none?

I wish the carts had wheels that weren't broken for several years now. Elevator door closes in about 10 seconds. I'm trying to get my stuff on or off of it and it constantly is closing, nobody else in the building, but elevator is pissing me off. Doesn't have inspection card in it either. Not sure if it is safe.
