The location is a very convenient place with good parking and acess . The staff are pretty nice and helpful however I didn’t like that 5 months into having my storage at this location I was informed my rate would increase by 30$ and when I questioned why they said because that happens . Never have I had a storage unit and within less than a year or 6 months my rate randomly change that usually happens with in a year or so. Also around the holidays I forgot to pay my bill one time and my lock was cut off my unit and I was charged and threatened for my stuff to be auctioned for being 30 days late . I feel that is a bit insane for one month ! Especially around the holidays ‘ I would deff say take your money elsewhere , something’s just don’t make sense at this location with changing prices whenever they feel like and auctioning items over 30-40 days of being late

I do not think it is possible to have worse management for a facility and the only reason I remain a customer is for my own convenience. Aside from the fact that the employee turnaround would leave your head spinning (says a lot about management) it appears that the person who oversees this facility is over her head (on the Regional Management side). Where do I begin? There are six carts for storage movement. At one point, the carts started to disappear. The facility has cameras so this should have been easily identified and remedied, but it wasn't. The solution for this facility was to penalize other customers by locking up the carts in a storage unit leaving no one with access to them when the office was closed but storage access was provided. Why would you provide access to storage but leave customers without carts? Well the answer is simple . If you were competent you would not. There is regular dumping at this place , which they finally started charging people for , but at one point an uncovered mattress sat in the lobby for over a week and when an employee was advised that this was against city code because of a bed bug issue; her response was , " Did you see bed bugs ?" Could you get more vacuous? I literally had to call the Dept of Health. Then the outside door handle ( the doors are code accessed doors ) was broken, Management did not replace the door handle with the excuse " We do not need a handle " . The oh so competent management didnt think to themselves , " well gee what if the doors failed to open - how would the customers open the door ? A big DUH ! I literally had to call the fire department who had to recommend to these brainiacs to put a handle on the door. Lastly, the facility has bathrooms that are accessible during office hours . The womens bathroom door is broken so it automatically locks and you have to call the office to get the door opened for you when it should be readily accessible. The rocket scientists who work for this place - wont fix the door handle - again claiming its not necessary. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO A DIFFERENT STORAGE PLACE !!!

Genuinely good spot for storage but the recent price hike made it too much for my needs. The customer service is perfectly fine. Storage is temp controlled which is nice but a small leak did stain one of my collectibles. They also need a few more carts, just to make it convenient for those busy times

Both Jimek and Rahuim are unexplainable workers. Only a few words are needed to explain them. Excellent, friendly, kind, extraordinary, thoughtful, and wonderful people in general. Whenever you come to these storage area you would want these two amazing workers to help you out.

The experience at Cubesmart was absolutely STRESS FREE! The gentlemen that work at front desk were professional, kind & Courteous. Julian was the manager that showed us our unit. He walked us through different units and listened to our needs. Our unit is convenient and made unloading our items easy & quick. One thing we truly appreciated re: Julian was that he just walked in from his lunch and was ready to jump in. Rahuium, the General Manager had called us first thing that morning, post reservation the night before to inquire if we had any questions. Based on what we said we had coming in... he upgraded the reservation for us without question. Once again, The entire staff is professional, kind & courteous! Thank you Cubesmart Team!

I came to the store today with a few concerns and the new GM here Rah exuded amazing customer service. I needed to change my payment date and he did that quickly without any hiccups. Mike assisted him and they both showed great professionalism. I also had concerns about my rate increase and they were able to help with that as well. Both Rah and Mike gave me confidence knowing that my stuff will be safe here and that I’m not just looked at as another customer but as a person. I’ll definitely recommend this storage to anyone who needs it. Because I know they won’t be disappointed.

Michael & Jimek are great! They are attentive, knowledgeable, honest and greet you with a smile. Excellent customer service! Revised review: I am revising my original review as they have you do the review as soon as you register for a unit. I received a rental increase at the conclusion of 6 months (this was not divulged when registering) and when I inquired about it over the phone with Jimek, another employee made a rude comment in the background of "got em" once it was explained to me. I feel that it was extremely disrespectful and uncalled for. Jimek claims he didn't hear anything and that the individual could be having an entirely different conversation. I know what I heard.

I just switched from an outrageously expensive and poorly-maintained Public Storage in Yonkers to Cubesmart in Mount Vernon. Michael B. was awesome! This was my first time renting storage units and had no idea what to do or what to choose. We needed storage immediately for our stuff from my former bilevel apartment and garage. Mike, the manager made the decision making super easy for us. He thought we were joking that we needed more than one units because we had alooooot of stuff. The price for the size we chose were very good compared to their competitors in the area. This is my 2nd month as a tenant and so far it has been good. My only qualm I have is the code activated entry gate - it tends to be stuck in the upright position which allows anybody to enter, especially in the night which pose as a safety issue for me. But all in all , customer service was great !

I'm actually a new renter. However, I really was impressed with what I witnessed from CubeSmart at 750 S. Fulton Ave. The CSR that helped me initially Mike , I believe is a manager. He was very pleasant and accommodating! A different CSR served me at the time of signing my lease, Rahuim. He was a pleasure to work with! His appearance as well as how he works is very attractive! He knows the product well, appears very confident and is very "chill"! I consider the agreement very pracital and very good prices. I appreciate the discount and referral benefits! The facility appears very clean. The hours are great as well! Very flexible! I feel confident that I'll have a successful experience at this storage facility!

I visited another storage facility prior coming to Cube Smart on Fulton ave and immediately Shauna gave such a warming welcome and very informative. Despite telling her I was only pricing different ones she still offered to give me a walk through the facility as if I committed. Although I was impressed I didn't make a commitment that day and was going to shop around she still treated me with the utmost respect and didn't pressure me at all. I went ri another and although the prices were competitive it was far from the service And not to mention the cleanliness as the Cube Smart on Fulton. I went back days later And even though Shauna was not there the staff is phenomenal. A young lady first addressed me while helping another customer and Raheem finished with another And concluded my experience with great customer service as well. Very informative and I felt safe leaving my valuables in their care. The facility is secure and Top notch Service. Keep it up. I will definitely recommend this to anyone that's needs a safe, secure, clean storage facility.

The office is extremely clean compared to another Cube Smart in the Bronx with ample lighting. Truck rental and move in day was peaceful. Everyone at this site has been great. I lost my job and I was homeless and they went above and beyond to help me keep my unit. A unit that had items that could never be replace, like items that belonged to my Mother who passed away over 12 years ago. Yes this is a business but the people at this location understands that life happens. From the GM to the front office staff I have had nothing but a great experience. This is the second time doing business with the Mt. Vernon store. Service is great. The staff is reliable and reminds of reservations, payments to prevent customers from having any addtl. fees. The facilities are clean although too cold for my taste. Rosemary show lots of patience if you have to retrieve documents. All in all: Fair prices, good service so I recommend this location. The only disadvantage is that there is no loading dock and no roof - when it rains loading is no fun.
