Very easy to reserve and complete rental. Quick and friendly communication from location right after I completed reservation. With 20 mins before closing, and completion of rental agreement, they had lock ready in the empty unit for same day use.

I had cube smart for two years now and they were helpful with saving my unit at first when i fell behind on payments. But i hate the fact that you can’t make payments or set up payment plans for your unit. they raised my monthly rate and i fell behind on payments yet again. I changed my payments from the beginning of the month to the end of the month and i just ended up paying double each month. Then after they charged an extra 110 for a fee And when you try to end your lease they want a percentage of whats owed before you can vacate. Everything i ever owned is in my storage and its stressful when you fall behind due to unemployment they can’t do anything to help you. And this is why i wouldn’t recommend cube smart to anyone i know ever!

Anthony and Skylar at CubeSmart are excellent. I’ve been renting a unit there for several months now. They are friendly, courteous, always great at answering any questions I have, and just recently helped find ways to help me save money which is a huge help. The units are clean, in great shape and the grounds are well kept. Highly recommend this facility and staff.

Pay close attention to your monthly bills. They get you in on a great starting rate, then jack your monthly up a lot and you will pay more than a larger unit is advertised online. They have the same unit I have online for a lot less per month than I’m paying. When asked why I’m paying so much more, they state they will contact a gm and get it resolved. It’s been a month now with no resolution and not even a phone call that I’ve been promised I would get. Very solid false advertising and terrible customer service.

Went to facility to get pricing for my business, first off, staff was out front smoking, when I finally went in, they seemed upset I came in. Showed me a cube that I was not happy with, finally didn’t introduce himself to me, offered to give him my name and number, he told me to do everything online. Makes me want to go to another place. Black eye on CubeSmart.

Good management at the facility, but the owners don't care about the place. They raise your monthly year after year, and do not put anything back into the facility.. The Road sign approaching the facility worked once, has never since. The roads inside the facility behind the gates are broken and uneven with pot holes/cracks... Again on staff management is excellent the guy's there are great and always helpful with anything they can do for you, within their power... Check around before going with cube smart. They don't care about their customers.

1. They claim they have temp control because they never use it 2. Pot holes the size of Mars all over the property 3. People are living in their unit(rumor) 4. 60% markup in fees to rent a unit since 2021 My wife and I have had units in the past with previous owners who had fair prices & property attendees. Since CubeSmart has taken over it has become a markup free-for-all simply based on inflation. If you can avoid these scammer then do so.

I was told the crack in the floor wouldn't cause any moisture issues. Well, it did, it created mold. I'm allergic to mold. I had to wait two months for a new unit to become vacant (I wanted to move to a nearby unit) and requested a free months rent for my trouble. My rent was raised instead by about $30. s month. I was told I could forgo the increase for 6 months. Still...I had to move everything and who knows what would happen in the new unit. When I left yesterday, the side of the step going in was completely white with mold.

Very poor management, locker steel door was broken for six years, no access to my work materials, management refused to waive the rent, $255 per month. Temperature control was not followed, or humidity. Security doors to my locker building were always not working, doors were not locked. Paths and lanes were ice covered. There is no adequate way to register complaints. Small claims court is the only redress. Terrible

The cubesmart in New Hampton NY was clean, climate controlled and i have to say their staff is super nice (special shout out to anthony)! I def would recommend this particular facility!! On the other hand, I am now renting a cubesmart in NC, and it is awful: dirty, sort of climate controlled.... it's crazy how different the two experiences are....

Rented CubeSmart for 2 or 3 months and they raised the rent over 30% . Outrageous!!! I moved to another storage company with a much better price. I feel CubeSmart roped me in with a low rent when you first sign up and then they stick it to you a fast as they can...if you rent an apartment your landlord can only raise your rent 3% a year ......a year

Lights inside of climate controlled unit were broken for over a year. The property is full of potholes that small animals can swim in. Climate controlled units are often very warm.
