Facility is quiet with plenty of parking. Always clean. One issue: I wanted to change the due date because of the way my SS check arrives. I always end up paying a late fee. According to the powers that be, I have to make the change in person. I am currently in a nursing home and I cannot get there to change the date. Therefore, I am forced to pay this extra money every month. I can't even have a family member change it for me. UGH!

What a Place! This is an extremely we'll run CubeSmart location, with highly professional staff. The quality of the service, combines with friendly staff making New Rochelle CubeSmart at 111 Cedar Street a premiere storage location. The managers stay alert, and are available to every need. The Store Manager, Ms. Lauren O'donnell, made sure we had easy access to our unit, and showed great sensitivity to us after the passing of our brother, who shared the unit with our Mom. Both the store's General Manager, Ms. Elizabeth Rodriguez, and another of her Managers there, Mr. Robert Relta, also showed us great compassion, and friendly support. Thanks to Lauren our family is recommending this CubeSmart location in New Rochelle to everyone, where it is clear that Lauren O'donnell cares about her customers, and has been strongly influenced by her General Manager, Elizabeth Rodriguez. The facility is clean and well lit and Elizabeth and the rest of the staff are efficient and very helpful! I'm always on the run lugging lots of sports equipment, sponsoring afterschool sporting events and competitions and this is a perfect place to store equipment pre and post events. The loading platform is great for heavy equipment loading off the truck. Located at the on and off ramp for I95 is very convenient when you have to service several sites in Westchester.

I had a great experience at the New Rochelle location yesterday. I reserved a unit online and went in to finalize the transaction. Elizabeth was professional and courteous. She gave me the tour of the facility, showed me the unit and explained in detail how to access the facility. The facility itself is nice, clean and secure. Please note that the quote on the site doesn't include insurance and a lock (if you don't have your own). Nevertheless, , my monthly fee is still a whole lot less than other storage facilities were asking.

We just had significant water damage in our ground-floor unit in New Rochelle; we believe up to 8 inches of water was in our unit and we lost thousands of dollars of items. CubeSmart offered to move our contents to a smaller unit on the 1st floor; we had to complain to get one our size or larger. They still haven't told us what happened. They still haven't explained why we were never told of the possibility of flooding on the ground floor. And, to our knowledge, they're not proactively notifying other owners of units on the ground floor. We would not recommend CubeSmart in New Rochelle.

I have been with Cubesmart of over a year now and recently had to consolidate my two units into one when we moved into our new apartment. I’ve had a storage unit there for the last 2 years and the customer service has been excellent to say the very least. Everyone there is detailed and knowledgeable. They saved me money every chance they could. And when it was time to downsize into a smaller unit they’re the ones who offered up the idea and saved me a ton of money. I had a truly great experience at CubeSmart on Cedar St. in New Rochelle, NY yesterday. I didn't have a lot of time as I was trying to get to a 10:00a train. I was there at CubeSmart when they opened their doors at 9:30a; I got a tour of the facility; saw my new little storage unit; signed all the necessary paperwork and got out in time to meet my train. Very nice and efficient team there. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

My monthly rental cycle was just about due while I was unpacking a lot of Summer and boating equipment at the New Rochelle Cubesmart location. After it was all gone I ended up having just one very large box left so I stopped at the office to inquire about renting a smaller unit for the Summer. Even though it was almost closing time (on a Sunday & Mother's Day), Lauren, the Manager on duty , was able to show me another unit very close to mine, execute a new rental agreement and also provide a new security code for me in. Very fast, efficient and friendly service from Lauren who always has a smile on her face and conducts herself in a most professional manner. In addition she was able to apply credit for me to the new smaller unit. This all took place in 10-15 minutes. Talk about being focused. As a customer, service like this is truly appreciated. Excellent service, employees plus a clean and secure location in New Rochelle.

been a renter of a cube since 8-1 16.gave a 10 day notice of departure notice on 10-19-16.on 10-29-16 i started to move my belongings out and urgently needed to use the bathroom so i went to the office and was told by the 0ffice Manager Lauren told me that the bathroom was out of order and she ordered me to us the outside bathroom I looked and there was no out of order sign hanging on the door. I used it at anyway.after leaving the restroom Lauren was gone.I returned today [10-31-16] to finished my move and went to see LAUREN and request the name and phone number of the CUBE SMART of area district manager to file a complaint about her LAUREN because she lied to me so far i have not heard from the manager and i think she's lying again saying she will give my info to him cause she would not give it to me. Beware LAUREN can not be trusted

I arranged A storage unit online through the cube smart website and was contacted within 10 minutes of making the reservation . I was contacted by Loren at unit location. She was very friendly and very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the storage unit that I had reserved. She covered all the topics regarding the storage unit and all the paperwork even including insurance. The location is immaculate is so clean you could eat off the floor. I was very surprised with the great customer service and the great location status. I highly recommend this storage location.

This was so easy. Facility was clean, process was simple and service was great. Elizabeth met and exceeded all of our needs. She was very friendly, extremely efficient, and went out of her way to help. That was 4 years ago! Revised and disappointed in services. We moved and had both units in auto pay. Did not realize credit card expiration caused payment to be declined for two months on 1 unit. Never received a phone call and had 2 months late fees (they did waive 1). To add insult to injury, they would not allow us to update card over the phone or secure web site. We had to drive 40 miles RT during their business hours. Unless I am mistaken, you can rent one on phone or through website?
