From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. When I paid for the storage unit, I was assigned A069. I passed that information along to the driver delivering the items to be stored. The A069 unit isn't the right unit; it should have been A69. As a result, I have to move the items that I paid someone else to move. Plus, A069 has a trailer bay, and it's a hardship for me to climb in it, so I must pay someone else to move these items again. NOT HAPPY.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The self-service experience was simple, quick, and easy, plus there are security cameras throughout the storage facility. Something we did notice is that when we accessed our storage unit for the first time, there were police officers parked in the back of the parking lot questioning a couple who may have been living or squatting in the ungated lot right behind facilities. It didn’t bother us much, just something to note.

Storage container leaks, it took management three weeks to get back to us about even after we had contacted corporate - who didn’t do anything to help, and it still hasn’t been fixed over a month later. Unacceptable.

If you can find a new place. They keep raising the price every month for the storage, pretty soon, it'll get too expensive to keep your stuff there and it'll be the same price as renting a small studio. They're too busy ripping people off instead of running a fair business. Also if you're out of town theyll probably get rid of your stuff without you knowing. They used to be good and reasonable in pricing, but not anymore. They keep changing ownership.

David at Storquest is an exceptional customer service oriented young man. He was very helpful during the process of renting a unit. We had an 18 wheel moving truck coming and some logistical concerns. He was so helpful with everything. Very patient as well. I'm an annoying senior citizen and he was very sweet with me and my 84 year old Mom.

BEWARE!! Not a clean facility and terrible customer service. I guarantee you will be happier paying the extra couple of dollars to store your belongings in a safe clean storage area. Try Guardian self storage. This place is infested and dirty with nearby creatures and Mice. Save yourself the headache because they won’t fix anything but will certainly increase your rate after 6months-1yr

The clerk, Raj, began walking back and forth harassing my husband and I separately as we were moving out 2 days prior to when we even needed to. He threatened that the facility would charge us for August and send us to collections if we didn't pay it. He just wandered over to our unit out of the blue. We even sent them the required 10 days notice 11 days ago which they acknowledged via email. He cost what would have otherwise been 5 stars if I only he left us alone.

I have been storing at this facility for two years and the combination of outdoor privacy storage with the outdoor units, the friendliness of the staff and easy access is just right to call this place home. One of the best perks is receipt of packages, they hold mail and allow for UPS/Fedex pickup as well within business hours. The staff; gentleman by the name of Ken is one of the nicest people you could ever come across, he will keep you company and in stitches all day. Management is also great, they will accommodate as best as possible, really nice people, great place, fair price, what more can I say?
