Convenient. easy access . However i didn’t realize that there would be so much moisture and not climate controlled. A little expensive for not. Every time I go - my stuff is Fallen over because My moving boxes have gotten soft from Moisture and started collapsing into each other. I have a feeling once I move I’ll have some Damaged stuff from it .

Cube Smart (120 River Ave, Patchogue, NY) had exactly what I needed to accomplish several projects - temporary storage space. I had to empty my suv with only 2 hours notice, to drop my vehicke at the body shop for repairs. I started with a small, 5x5 unit. It was perfect. Then I decided to switch to a 5x10 unit to make de-cluttering my apartment easier. I accumulated "stuff" over the years, and it got worse over covid. As I filled boxes for donating, plus a few large items to keep, I moved them to the unit. That made it much easier to sort through things and to clean the carpeting. Patti, in the office, was friendly and helpful.

I used CubeSmart storage in Patchogue to store my deceased mother's possessions. The facility was very clean, neat, and well secured. No signs of vandalism, mold, water damage or junk around. Sal campo was very professional and helpful. It may cost a little more, but is well worth it.

I recommend this company and this location. Reserving this unit and moving our things in was the only simple part of our move. This was my first experience with cube smart and it could not have gone better, Patricia from cube smart in patchogue made it a absolute pleasure and made the experience Extremely easy as well as provided the reassurance necessary to let me know and show me how my valuables would be taken care of properly. I rented a 10x20 unit to store my car in, the unit was absolutely spotless as well as the store itself which is especially important given the current circumstances. I will definitely be using Cube smart again, highly recommend.

I rented a 10-20 unit. Within 24 hours of having the unit I soon realized I needed more space. I immediately wanted to upgrade to a 10-30. Only to be informed that I would lose my monthly discounted price and I would also loose all the money spent on the already obtained unit. Nothing can be done as the system would not allow it. Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! I give a star to the manager Dani that originally setup up my unit because he was great. But was Guillotined at the through by another manager on duty when I needed something so simply done and now I am in a pickle. Thanks for nothing.
