When I went in to confirm my reservation, I was greeted by Melissa, who was so incredibly helpful and sweet. She showed me to my locker, which was very clean. In fact the whole place was clean. There were carts for customers to borrow to bring things back to their unit, which was a relief that I didn’t have to carry it all. Melissa helped me through the paperwork to make the unit mine, and then even went outside to help me test my code to get in to make sure I knew how to do it. It was a great experience, in large part because of Melissa, and I feel secure storing my belongings here.

I met with Dave to facilitate my storage needs. I requested to see the unit I had reserved to make sure it would fit all of my belongings. He was more than willing to walk me all the way over to the other side of the building where my unit was. We had a pleasant conversation the entire time. He was kind, knowledgeable and personable. I believe he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and made sure to tell me that I could contact him with any help/questions I may have in the future. Additionally, the place was extremely clean and well taken care of. 10/10! :)

What a fantastic experience. Mostly they are fast, responsive and it's CLEAN. I couldn't be more satisfied. Oh, and they had a list of movers to choose from (just business card photo copies) and I called the first one and he came the next day and moved all of my stuff. So I appreciate all that attention to detail. Floored by the caliber of the staff for sure! Also, Melissa is a rock star! She was the one who helped me the day I "moved in" so to speak (the items moved in ;-) )

I am a new member of cube smart and could not be happier with my service. I grossly misjudged the amount of space I needed for my storage as I moved from out of town to be closer to family. Melissa was absolutely wonderful in helping me with a solution and saving me money on top of it. She stayed later than the office was open to help me and she personally walked me to different units trying to figure it out. The units are very clean the facility and bathrooms are clean, there is ample space to unpack vehicles and items from your car. I very much appreciate the help I received. She made my move WAYYY less stressful!

Fabulous facility! Clean! The staff is so helpful, friendly, and accommodating, it's hard to believe how easy and stress-free they make both moving in and moving out! Melissa, the store manager, was able to help me set up my move-out and accommodate some unusual requests without blinking an eye. I have always felt my belongings were safe at their facility, which is clean, well-lit and very well-kept. Amazing customer service is very rare these days, but the folks at CubeSmart go above and beyond to be the friendliest, most helpful people you could ever hope to work with. First of all, the place is so clean and spotless, which made me feel very safe considering recent COVID concerns. I had recently lost a loved one, and Frank made it so easy and simple to get everything taken care of. I really appreciated his superb customer service and how he was patient with all of my questions. He was very helpful in selecting the right size of storage and gave me some great storage suggestions. I would recommend this facility to anyone, and will send people to Frank by name. This facility is brand new and beautiful. It was very easy to sign up online for a unit. Their pricing is competitive. This location features a drive-in unloading space and automatic doors to access the storage area, so you can be out of the weather and don't have to fight with doors while carrying your things.
