The discussions on the phone with rep from P.A. was informative yet it was a bit confusing getting to stick to the subject. If I am talking about one unit let's get the price etc before going directly to another thing. At the actual cube smart location James made all the difference with his attitude of patience in discussing the units as well showing me one as he told me the benefits of storing there and getting the special on the units. So my thanks to James. OK Cubesmart ??

I asked what the cost of the unit would be, and then received a number that was at least 25% higher as a result of “insurance”. It felt slimy and as if somebody was just trying to close me when I made my first call. I’m now we’re looking to refer anyone to CubeSmart. For now I will keep my unit.

Bought a "climate controlled" unit in southold. It wasn't climate controlled at all. There were holes in the metal siding of the building and in the base of the building. After 1 good rain the unit had rain water pouring into it that got half of my belongings wet. Don't waste your money here if you don't have to.

What?? Since when did CubeSmart become so professional? James at this branch gave me a concierge experience. Appointment booked, tour of facility, lots of advice and options. Price was competitive, but if it weren’t, I’d still opt for James + this CubeSmart given what a pleasure the experience was. Hope the price and James don’t change, would like to stick around for a while.

Very disappointed with the constantly increasing prices. A new customer can get a unit at half the price as a loyal customer of 5 years due to increases every 6 months. The only solution is to change units every 6 months? How is that practical? Deceptive marketing and bait and switch tactics with promotions.

The price was very high, after my belongings sat in the storage unit for about 3 months, during summer, my furniture got moldy. And had to be tossed. the lighting in the unit was off after supposedly passing inspection. And had dirt still from previous renter. The clothes i had in the storage unit also had mold but it was the only storage unit available at the time. The customer service was friendly.

Been dealing with them for a long time. They always tell me if there is an issue with a payment and do their best to help me out when I had surgery and was not working. Carmen and Rudy will bend over backwards to try to help you. I haven’t seen my storage area in 5 years but I trust them that all is fine. It’s all just really nothing worth much. But it’s my stuff! Came in today to buy a box and the woman there helped me tape and pack the box for shipping, she even carried it out to the car for me. I never knew this place was in Southold the post office referred me because they did not have the size box I needed. While I can not remember her name the woman there was very friendly and helpful.

Amanda was great, both when we spoke on the phone and then when we showed up to rent our unit. She made the whole process simple and she couldn't have been nicer.
