If you are looking for storage unit I suggest shopping around and avoid Cubesmart because once you are in the pricing goes up every 3 month and they have increased their late fees from $10 to 20% of your rent. To add to that when I moved out many of items were damaged that were not damaged when they were put into the unit...

This place is a scam. The advertised 5x5 space is 3x3 at most. When i questioned the discrepancy on square footage, the person at the counter told me its because the space makes up for it in height. Really? Since when is square footage, height? Laughable. Then to make matters worse, the height of the unit I was shown was not even 8ft, as there was a sprinkler pipe running right thru it. Am 5'-9" and i almost hit the pipe. The place is old, rundown, dirty and surely infested with vermin. If you want a cheap scam and don't care that the unit is not the size as advertised, then this is your place. If you truly need 5x5 and want a clean, newer storage unit with true 8ft of height, then....skip this one.

Destiny what can I say !!! ??she was kind nice and understanding to my financial situation she even called and emailed on multiple occasions to make sure I knew what was going on with my items. I was impressed that she went the extra mile speaking with her command staff to help me out. I do recommend that you come here and speak with her to make a reservation. Storage was nice - customer service was unavailable. I rented the storage in November 2021. By May 2022 - the rate changed. There was no indication on my contract of the rate going up, nor did I receive a notification about the rent going up. My first contact over the phone was with Stephen at your Kensico/White Plains location and then with Destiny at the same location. They could not have been more helpful, informative and patient. They answered all of my questions, explained the full process and Destiny walked me to my unit so I would not get lost! Very well managed and great crew at the store (Number 563). There was also another young man there who was very helpful as well, but unfortunately, I did not get his name. They all work very well together, knew the system and their jobs very well and were professional throughout the entire process! They are a very good working team and assist each other to be sure each customer gets the best experience possible.

Great service! I received a very detailed explanation of the requirements and services. The facility was clean. Devlin went out of his way to make the process easy. (Which I greatly appreciated.) Shirley, the senior manager, was on site, very friendly, and available to answer any additional questions I might have had. Every time I move out and need an extra space for my stuff, I always come here. The best storage you can imagine, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they always make sure you are informed, they are also bilingual, which is great because they have the opportunity to help clients who struggle with English. The manager Sherley and Jesse as well as the staff there have been of great help in my needs and have gone above and beyond to resolve my concerns! They offer the best customer service to their clients. If in need of extra storage I highly recommend you go to this location. The employees at this location have made my moving experience so easy. They treat you like family! I’ve never experienced a place that caters to their customers the way that they do. They showed me my unit, helped me to choose the right and affordable boxes, wrapping paper, etc... based on what I was packing, and I was able to rent a moving truck that would have cost me more money through another company. A one stop shop for anyone putting product into storage and at an affordable price! I would highly recommend the team on a S Kensico Ave to others. Thank you for all that you guys have done!

I used this CubeSmart facility for nearly three years for my job until I relocated out of state recently. I got a new CubeSmart unit in my new town because I had such a good experience at the White Plains location. I am a pharmaceutical sales rep and need a unit for materials relating to my work. CubeSmart is secure and the staff signed for my shipments and placed the items in my cube for my convenience (They had a copy of my key in the office and I signed a form authorizing their entry into my unit). The staff always alerted me immediately when I received deliveries via phone call or voicemail. They were always very professional and accommodating. They are all also very friendly and I enjoyed seeing them when I stopped in. They always remembered me by name and even offered me a cold bottle of water on hot days. I want to specifically recognize Shirley, Jesse, and Brenda, as they were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Overall a great company and exceptional staff particularly in White Plains. Very pleased with my experience, absolutely recommend.

I only needed the unit for a short time (2 months) but this staff was just about the NICEST group of customer service reps I have ever encountered anywhere. Everyone was wonderful! Friendly, polite, cheerful and very professional/efficient. This is a good place to use for storage. Great staff, convenient location, clean well maintained facility and reasonably priced. I'll go back there if I ever need a local storage unit again!

It was great because of the pricing and the explanation by manager Jesse. This is in white plains. But your truck assistance was terrible. It was a friday and no one picked up. Later on saturday I called at 8am and no answer. Later that morning I got a call I couldn't answer but returned the call 8 times throughout the morning, afternoon and evening and it said no one is working. They suck.

I had a wounderful experience when I was with my brother during his rental at Kensico Ave. The staff is well rounded as well as entertaining, not only did I feel welcomed but they made me laugh. No matter how many questions I had, They were extremely patient and courteous. The staff were very attentive, and offered us bottle water during a move. I know where to go if I ever need storage! i just moved to White Plains NY and desperately needed a large storage area. i did an email search and many facilities in the area were unavailable for my needs. CubeSmart came through. i went to the facility which to my surprise was only a few blocks away from my place. The Staff was friendly and very helpful to my needs. the size of the unit was exactly what i needed. Access to my unit was easy and also secure. i found so many upsides here and the cost was less then others in the area. i have only one down side. i did see a bug crawling on the walls. i know its a city and they come with the territory. Still,i can secure my items so that bugs should not be able to nest.
