I really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff at this location. I’ve interacted with a few of them, most recently Omar, who was not only patient and kind to me, but in how he handled the customers who were waiting to be helped. His energy is very calming and Godly ??. After out walkthrough, I had an easy time accessing independently. Am so glad that a larger unit became available the day before I committed to a smaller unit. Would recommend this location for sure!

Extremely poorly organized and staff is rude, unhelpful, and challenging to communicate with. I updated the contact info for the unit I managed nearly 2 years ago and they still call me with updates, although I routinely remind them I am no longer the contact, and I already supplied the updated contact. This morning, after reminding them of this yet again, the staff member hung up the call (I’ve reminded this specific staff member at least 3x). I do not recommend working with this location.

The employees are helpful when I called or asked questions in person. The facility is overall clean(I did see a mouse once but I guess it's inevitable ??). The access hours could be better 9:30-6pm is pushing it when you work crazy hours or work a 9-5pm. I would definitely advise to call before a holiday to confirm hours of operation. Overall wasn't a bad storage place.

my fiance and I came here to get some things from the unit. He called them and reserved the van 2 days in advance. Reservation for 1130 am. issue #1 : Didn't get the van until 1:50pm. Why? Because the worker was somewhat new. He had to call his manager, Johnathan for help. Took him 1.5 hours to finish everything. First he didn't see the reservation. Then he did. Then he didn't know how to input information. Speaking of information Issue #2 they never said what to bring in on the phone. Or that they needed $100 cash not card deposit, or that you need to bring your insurance bc they offer none. Also when you put gas in you need the receipt even if it is full or they will charge you $25 extra dollars. there is one more thing but I'll mention it lower However good thing I already had everything on the list and an ATM down the street or the day would have been wasted. Before leaving the manager spoke to us over the phone and said make sure you bring the car back without any extra dents. He mentioned one on the left side ( which wasn't there) . I let him know that he also had a gash above the tire in the paint. I ALSO HAD PHOTOS before even taking the van. I suggest you take photos as well if you still purchase here. On our end I was so annoyed with the service that I had my fiance take the rest of the stuff out of his unit close his account and now he is renting the same 7x5 size at another facility called snap box for $129 a month and longer facility hours. Cube smart was charging $215???????

It's a storage center in a bad neighborhood,. Started out cheap but over time, they increase the rent to exponential proportion (doubled in 3.5 years). If you want to use a cart you have to leave your driver's license at the font desk! Plenty of bugs found in my boxes when I moved out. Take my advice--find another company to store your valuables.

Like this place alot. Although I live far from here, I took it because the price is good. They do give a 6month discount and then u pay regular price. I split it with friends so it's even cheaper to pay. Granted ibhave big stuff, no small boxes. We have the biggest room and alot of stuff fits therem check them out a see the space. Jonathan went above and beyond. For reasons outside of his control, my unit had not been cleaned yet nor was my lock available when I arrived. I was in a time crunch and he quickly cleaned out my unit himself and sorted found me a new lock. He called me the following day to assure me everything was in order. The storage facility itself is as one should expect. It was quiet the day I went in and everything felt safe and comfortable. Dollies available for loading made taking the elevator to the 2nd floor painless. 10/10

This location of CubeSmart has great staff. Both Chris and Jonathan have been very helpful with my move-in. Jonathan stayed later the day of move-in and was generally very helpful. Chris offered to help me with receiving my packages and having them stored in my Cube upon arrival. I was disappointed at the fact I received a quote by email and when I set up my account I find other charges such as insurance was not disclosed. Insurance is mandatory to set up an account, I don't understand why it was not mentioned, if it's mandatory just say it. I understand there are different levels of insurance depending on the value of the stored items but it should definitely be mentioned when you are quoted a price. The price if the lowest insurance value should be listed and then indicated the insurance can be increased at a higher cost. Also, my access code did not work, it was the end of the day and I was too exhausted to even mention it to the customer service rep. Other than that the unit I selected was nice and the facility was kept well. The customer service rep was nice as well.

My daughter was attending college out of state and we had to empty her storage unit and move her stuff to a smaller unit. i was worried that this would be a big deal but your two female workers at the front desk Shauna and Priye helped us and make the process easy. They personally took time to show us the new unit and secured 2 rolling dollies for us to use and made everything so simple. our sincere thanks to these 2 women.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd give 5 stars but the back area has its lights go out sometimes every 10 minutes since it gets very limited traffic back there. So it is very difficult to sort through a big unit without the lights going out and leaving you in total darkness. Also the A.C. isn't on much back there so hotter days are bad in that area.

I have using these facilities for more than a year. Never was there a time when Tiffany or her coworkers didn't help me in some way. They are dedicated, pleasant and well mannered. They worked with me and my schedule to accommodate the days I was available, especially to consolidate a few units into a large one. The price is sometimes high but comparable. The good side effect are the women who work there. Thank you.

Good rates, clean building coupled with a friendly staff make this a good place for storage to me. There's a large garage out front you can use to get in, should be able to fit about 4-6 cars in there tightly. The only time I had an issue getting a parking spot was during the weekends when they have their auctions. They've also got carts you can use for free.
