Super clean. Brand spanking new which is nice. Temperature controlled so I wasn't worried about photos. Aisles were very wide. It was a real nice experience. My first with a storage unit. Office people were great! Only negative was that the prices were a bit high. But it's your personal things, you want them in the best place.

This location is clean, secure, safe and the on site mangers are friendly. HOWEVER, they will raise the rent at unbelievable increments! After one year they tried to raise my rent 50%. I complained and got it lowered to only a 25% increase. That is STILL far more than normal cost-of-doing business increase. They kept raising 25% and the final straw was a rate nearly 80% of what I originally paid 5 years ago. I was an autopay client. They had to provide NO service to me whatsoever. They have no cost of goods increase - only electricity. Yes - cost of real estate has gone up - but not that much. Don't sign a contract with out a minimal yearly increased specified. Should not be more than 10% per year in my opinion. Long time clients should be awarded not ripped off!

I loved the location and the people who work there. My issue is the greed of the company. They decided to increase my rent by 100 dollars. The excuse I got was its under the market value. Meanwhile, they were increasing 30 to 40 on a yearly basis. I was grandfathered in, had it before they became Cubesmart. Completely unfair. So I had to moved. For the record I was extremely loyal and paid on time even through COVID.

Professional and pleasant staff and great service. I was a big fan of CubeSmart. However, I was told that depending on when I signed up for my unit, the price could change, for better or worse. The price sounded reasonable and I signed up thinking I was locking it in even though I didn't need it yet. 3 months later I get a notice that there is a 10% increase in the cost of my unit. If they can change the cost of the unit when they want... what was the point of the conversation I had with the employee? "Fine print" was the answer I was given when calling the help line. ... I am not unreasonable when it comes to the cost of things. I get that everyone needs to make a living. But, a 10% increase says you don't care about me as a customer. Looks like I need to move my stuff down the street to the Extra Storage Company.

Sally is the go to person I met three years ago after a nerve racking time emptying out my condo in order to sell. Sally allayed those fears as she and others held my hand to get me settled. This is my second round using this location. 2 years ago I had to store a special vehicle here in a container. They were very helpful and friendly my entire time using it, at one point I had a days notice of 4 other items coming in to me that needed a storage unit each. Thankfully they had availability and quickly and efficiently got all the arrangements made and got me on my way for the day. This time I had 2 days notice I was coming out again needing a unit and “Nicolas” not only remembered me but remembered my particular needs and had me set up and ready when I arrived.. there units are clean and well maintained and staff is always ready to assist.

I had a great experience having the entire contents of my house being stored at CubeSmart in Yorktown Heights for 2 months. No rain gutters, so when the ice and snow are melting of the building, you will get wet, and freeze. The door does have tabs on the inside, don't load anything up against them, or the door will not open. The gate works well.

BEWARE... don’t not bring any of your storage needs to this facility!! They are crooks!! I moved out of my unit on the 3rd of the month they make you pay for the full month, as well as they are claiming something was left in my storage unit and charging me for two extra months late fees and and auction fee! Thankfully my nephew is an attorney!! I should mention I used this facility for almost 3 years prices constantly increasing, I’ve paid them close to $7000.00 and this is how they treat you when you move out! Disgusting!!

I have been dealing with Cubesmart at the Yorktown location for a couple of years now at different times and different reasons. I have to say that every time it has been an easy transition. The staff is accomodating and very helpful. No matter how far I move I will never go anywhere else, definitely worth the travels. SALLY and BRYAN are "AMAZING".

Easy, easy, easy! Bryan is the man! Got there 15 minuted before closing and realized I might have to size up. He showed us options and listened to our needs like he had all of the time in the world. Facilities are standard across Cubesmart, but service here was warm, professional, and welcoming.

My experience at the Cube Smart facility on Crompond Rd, Yorktown Heights was superior. Senior Manager Sally and Managers Bryan and Nicholas could not have been nicer, more helpful or courteous. It was a pleasure to have their help.

These guys are truly awesome????. I was made to feel very welcome. I had gone to another facility where I was nickeled and dimed before I ran into CubeStorage. I had to cancel my lease agreement with that facility before it became effective. They also offered complimentary services of a moving van to new customers. Bryan, Nick & Sally are truly great with their customers. Their prices are also difficult to beat. ????

Needed a storage unit on moving day (Sunday) as everything did not fit in the pods we had ordered. We went to Cubesmart and they were super nice. Only had a small unit available but we took it and managed to fit out "left over" stuff into it. The lady who helped us (sorry can't recall her name) was so nice. I would definitely recommend Cubesmart if you need any storage facility.

Compare this self storage place to many others and you come up well. They have 24 hour access for you night owls. Clean, dry, secure storage. What else do you want? Not sure about A/C though.

We rented a unit and are very happy. The process began online, renting a unit for the following day; Edwin followed up with a phone call a short time later to finalize the details. The location is great and all went smoothly. They even had a lock available for purchase right there. Filling out the lease took about 15 minutes, we are able to downsize at any point and get the new locker at a lower cost (and have cost pro-rated assuming we're taking another locker) so we are not paying for something we will not be using. This is perfect for our current needs. Easy outside access and reasonable hours of access are very helpful.

The people at this location of CubeSmart are SO terrific!!! I can't recommend them enough. We had a hard move that had to be completed in just a few days and the folks at this CubeSmart made everything so easy and fast. The place is VERY clean and well maintained. One of the best benefits of this CubeSmart is the 4 hours of free time with their truck. What a difference that made for us, as we moved a woman from her home in just two days! CubeSmart Yorktown is FANTASTIC!

I love this facility. Hands down,the best for any of your storage needs. Weather your in-between moves,or you just need to store extra house hold items,this is your place. Sally (the awesome store manager),is the best. I've been in this location for 8 years now. Over those years,my storage needs have changed,and Sally has always helped me choose what best suits my needs at that moment. She also has a rock solid team ,that works with her. Location is also key,this place is easy on,easy off the highway, and down the block from lowes,and B.J.s. Hours are very convenient, and most importantly, I feel safe with my items stored here.

A pleasantly designed office with a sitting area and cable TV (park the kids for a while?). Easy access to storage facility. Ten-foot tall storage gives you two more feet to stack your belongings (if you can/need) than most facilities. All climate controlled. Very accomodating and attentive staff
