Make sure when you’re emptying the unit that you go immediately to the office to notify them. Otherwise they will keep charging you, even if they just passed you in the hallway at your unit and confirmed with you that you are moving out while watching you take the last items out.

Reserved a unit online for one price. Got the email, went to sign the contract, and there was a new higher price with hidden fees that took it up almost $30 a month. If I would have been shown the final price first, I might have been okay with it, but not hiding the final price as they did.

Before anything if you're thinking about doing years of research at so many different storage units to compare one another, don't. It's a waste of time. From the quality of service to one of the nicest and best facilities I've ever used. Not only that but I've looked into getting a unit for the last two years and this place always has great offers. If you go here you'll be well taken care of. However, none of this would be possible without the staff hired to ensure the job was done. The manager who helped me, Chelsea, got the job done and was impressed by her communication skills. Coming from a young business owner with 20 employees I can humbly say I wouldn't be where I am without my employees. Again 5 out 5 star experience, to whom it may concern I hope you not only give Chelsea a raise but, also promote her and thank me later. I know a great person to work with when I meet one.

I went tonight with a reservation. To get either a 5x10 or 10x 5. I had spoken with the “sales” center who gave me a quote for both and set up my appointment. I get there and I’m quoted a price almost $30 more each month. The gentleman ithere said he was the “manager” and the was nothing to be done. The price was final. Poor customer service! Watch out if you think you are getting locked in at an exact price you might be wrong. Would not recommend.

10/10 would recommend the location in Burlington near I-85. Staff very helpful and easy process for opening/closing storage unit needs. Love the enclosed loading/unloading area which makes it convenient in all kinds of weather. Very clean facility and free moving truck to borrow if needed. Was a great option for storing my Elon student’s belongings in summers and after graduation until she knew what was next.

I have been with BeeSafe for a year and some change now. Just within this timeframe, I have seen several associates come and go, however on my last visit I needed to use the complimentary truck. Chelsea assisted me and was absolutely phenomenal. She anticipated my needs as a customer, was prompt and utterly professional. The computer had several issues processing this request and, without hesitation or even asking Chelsea had offered me an extra hour with the truck in lieu of our processing delay. I also happen to work in the customer service field and know excellent service when I see it. On top of offering the extra hour, Chelsea was truly apologetic, and the problem was no fault of her own. Management you must do whatever you can to keep employees like Chelsea. Give her a raise! Employees that go above and beyond like Chelsea to meet customer expectations, needs, and etc. truly benefit the business/location! I feel it would also be a sure bet that Chelsea treats everyone with the same exceptional service and attitude. Moving is already a difficult enough task to go through, but when you have employees here who care like Chelsea and can assist your customers' needs, it makes the dreadful and excruciating process way more pleasant and manageable!

Good experience from first contact, in person signing of contract & payment set up, move in, access during the time there, and move out. All personnel I interacted with were great! 2nd floor, climate controlled unit Special price/deal here at BeeSafe/Cube Smart when I began saved me $100 a month over a different facility It seems prices go up around the 5th or 6th month of storage. Only had the Cube Smart unit 2 months, so did not experience this here

The ease of leasing a space online, complete with paperwork done electronically and contactless move in, was exactly what we needed and appreciate, especially during a pandemic. The unit was clean. The building was clean and well lit and seemed very safe. The parking area and building access was clear and clean. Great location. Loved the covered drive thru access. Pam called to check on us twice even though we didn't really need help...excellent customer service! My only complaint is: the $24 service charge for the office simply drop off a tiny bag with a lock in it is very excessive! Cleaning the unit should be covered in the monthly rental and I had to pay $20 for a unit lock, of which the markup should have included the staff time to deliver it. But, otherwise a great experience and I would recommend to anyone!!

Updated from my original interactions with Bee Safe: Since this time, Aisha has left Bee Safe and was replaced by Terrence. I have since had two issues, neither of which was handled to my satisfaction by Terrence. 1. He demanded that my 19 yr old daughter get there same day to remove a lock on a door, when he had previously given no indication that it needed to be done prior to the following day. He had told us to have the lock off by Saturday, then the next renter came in a day early and under pressure in front of an unhappy customer, told my daughter she needed to get there that day (Friday). When I called up to deal with him, he acknowledged he was wrong and apologized and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Now: I rented again and they have this policy that even if you show proof of insurance they still charge you for their insurance for the first month (seems like a sketch way to make an extra $12 in my book) but I am aware of the policy so when I booked online I also called and spoke to someone at Bee Safe and asked if I needed to provide proof of insurance again since I already have an account and its in there. I was told no. BUT now I am being charged again and when I called to ask Terrence to credit me for 1 month ($12 mind you) since i was given bad info, he told me no. And now he is claiming I didn't have insurance last time, which is interesting since when I spoke with him the other day he told me that my old storage contract (4 months over the summer while my college daughter was home) couldn't be accessed as it was closed. So which is it Terrence? Either way, Beware of their insurance scam (designed to have people forget and waste $12 per month) and find another place in Burlington NC to store your furniture. Thanks for all your help Terrence! My initial view of Bee Safe Storage in Burlington NC: If the rest of the team is anything like Aisha, they will be awesome!!!! I called today to ask a bunch of questions about my online reservation and Aisha was super helpful and addressed everything. She has a great attitude, and clearly loves what she does, and she promises me the other employees are just a friendly as her. Can't wait to store my stuff there in May.

Bee storage is the best place for storage. They are reasonably priced for how nice they are! Management is always very helpful and kind. We were only there for a month due to a quick move but if I did storage again I’ll be going back to Bee storage

This place is nice and the setup of the units is unique. Laranda was very helpful in setting up my account and transferring units as I requested.

Hands down the nicest manager ever she goes above and beyond to help her customers and truly cares very hard to find would recommend for anybody to go by and see her just meet her and you will be a customer for life as long as she's there!! I will never use any other storage facility.

The storage facility is new, and the facilities mare great. Front staff are very conscientious, competent, and efficient. In particular, Ieasha is super friendly, and accommodating to customer requests. She is an excellent representative for the company..

Absolutely top notch facility, staff, and service. Aisha was wonderful and took great care of us checking in and out. The facility is SPOTLESS, and it was so great to have a climate controlled unit that I could drive right up to. We came and went, moving things in and out over a 2 month period as we prepared to sell our house and move. Never had any issues. I always felt safe here and never feared for my possessions. The month to month flexibility was key. We had no idea how long we would need the unit. Not being locked into a contract helped tremendously. We’ve sold our house and just moved out of the unit. If we ever need storage again, I will absolutely be back. Thank you for making this stressful process a little easier to manage!!!

If there is EVER a review for anything less than 5 stars, they are WRONG. They have worked with me around my unique situation not just to my satisfaction, but EXCEPTIONALLY. I don't need my storage unit anymore but if I ever need an ounce of storage again I am using this place, no matter what. My stuff came out in the exact condition as when I put it in there. This place is phenomenal....
